Abstract
A method for installing a vertical pipe of a bread pipe water and gas distribution system comprises the steps of prefabricating a water inlet and air inlet channel sinking at the bottom of a reinforced concrete pool, prefabricating a cover plate pre-embedded with a gas distribution vertical pipe sleeve and a water distribution vertical pipe sleeve, and preparing a gas distribution vertical pipe, a water and gas distribution bread pipe, a bolt, a pressing plate and sealant; erecting a prefabricated cover plate at a groove opening on the top of a channel, compacting by using bolts and a pressing plate, and embedding and sealing by using a sealant, wherein the upper part of the embedded gas distribution and water distribution vertical pipe sleeve is a straight pipe with internal threads; the gas distribution vertical pipe and the water distribution vertical pipe are in threaded connection with the straight pipe.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a vertical pipe installation mode of a bread pipe water and gas distribution system.
Description
The filter is used for filtering, and is used for removing suspended matters in water to obtain water with lower turbidity; some of the filter tanks are used for removing water in sludge to obtain sludge with lower water content, the filter tanks are of more types and can be divided into a fast filter tank and a slow filter tank according to the size of the filtering speed, most of the filter tanks are fast filter tanks in current practical application, the fast filter tanks have higher treatment capacity, and the effluent quality is good.
The back flushing of the filter tank is a key step in the whole filtering project, and the good flushing technology can not only effectively remove the accumulated mud in the filtering layer and restore the ideal filtering function of the filter tank, but also prolong the filtering period, save the flushing water and reduce the energy consumption.
The filtering pool with bread tube system features that it has no central canal, all the filtering pools have effective filtering area, its water inlet and air inlet canal is under the bottom plate of filtering pool, and vertical water and air distributing pipes are used to pass through top plate to distribute water and air to bread tube. The common mounting mode of present bread piping system is that filtering pond cell body, bottom plate and the channel of sinking pour completion earlier, tie up the reinforcing bar at the riser template and put sleeve pipe secondary concreting, and the riser still need be installed and leveling from the channel, wastes time and energy, and construction quality still is difficult to control.

the gas distribution vertical pipe and the water distribution vertical pipe are in threaded connection with the straight pipe.
Furthermore, the bread pipes are symmetrically arranged at two rows at equal intervals along the water inlet and air inlet channel at the bottom of the pool, and the bread pipes are buckled on the air distribution vertical pipe and the water distribution vertical pipe of the prefabricated cover plate.
Furthermore, the bread pipes are arranged at the bottom of the pool along the single side of the water inlet channel at equal intervals.
Furthermore, the prefabricated cover plate is in an modularized assembly type, the width of each prefabricated cover plate is equal, and the same number of water distribution vertical pipe sleeves and gas distribution vertical pipe sleeves are embedded in the prefabricated cover plate, the assembly is realized by filling and sealing through a sealant 8, the surface is leveled through cement mortar 7, and the bottom surface of the cover plate is leveled without gas accumulation after installation.

The bread pipes are symmetrically arranged at two rows at equal intervals along the water inlet and air inlet channel at the bottom of the pool, and the bread pipes are buckled on the gas distribution vertical pipe and the water distribution vertical pipe of the prefabricated cover plate.
The surface covering pipes are arranged at the bottom of the pool along the single side of the water inlet channel at equal intervals.

The gas distribution vertical pipe or the water distribution vertical pipe is screwed into the sleeve from top to bottom until the protruded sheet touches the convex line in the sleeve and rotates continuously, the sheet crosses the convex line of the sleeve by elasticity, thereby the top surface level of all the gas distribution vertical pipes can be adjusted, and the sheet limits the vertical pipe not to cross the line in normal work.
The water and gas distribution vertical pipe is provided with a gas exhaust hole at the bottom of the external thread, and exhaust in the channel can enter the sleeve pipe, so that the water and gas distribution vertical pipe is more convenient.

2. The installation of claim 1 wherein the bread tubes are symmetrically arranged in two rows at equal intervals along the intake channel at the bottom of the tank, and the bread tubes are fastened on the distribution and distribution vertical tubes of the prefabricated cover plate.
3. The mounting arrangement of claim 1 wherein the bread tubes are arranged at equal intervals along a single side of the intake air channel at the bottom of the tank.
4. The installation of claim 1 wherein the prefabricated cover plates are modular assembled, each prefabricated cover plate has equal width and has equal number of vertical water and gas distributing pipes embedded, the assembly is sealed by filling with sealant and the surface is leveled by cement mortar.
5. The mounting arrangement of claim 1 wherein the preformed cover plate lateral wedge has a closing plate support base at the base.

The installation mode of claim 1, wherein the upper part of the pre-embedded gas distribution and water distribution vertical pipe sleeve is a straight pipe with internal threads, the inner diameter of the straight pipe is larger than the outer diameter of the required water distribution and gas distribution vertical pipe, the outer ring of the straight pipe is provided with a water stop ring, the lower part of the sleeve is a bell mouth, the inner part of the bell mouth is provided with a plurality of horizontal convex lines, the convex lines protrude out of the internal threads, and the bottom of the bell mouth is flush with the bottom of the prefabricated cover plate.
