Description

A netted thrombectomy device for lower limbs artery thrombectomy
Technical Field
The application relates to a reticular thrombus removal device for removing thrombus from lower limb artery, and relates to the technical field of medical instruments.
Background
Arterial embolism refers to thrombus or atheromatous plaque attached to the inner or proximal arterial wall of a heart chamber, which is washed to the distal end of an artery by blood flow, so that the lumen of the distal artery is embolized, and acute ischemia occurs to distal organs, limbs and tissues supplied by the artery. Of all peripheral arteries, the lower limb artery is the most common site for embolization. Traditional methods of treatment of arterial embolism in the lower extremities include the following: (1) cutting a Fogarty catheter to remove the thrombus from the lower limb artery; (2) eliminating thrombus in the cavity. The disadvantages of these two conventional approaches include:
1. cutting a Fogarty catheter to remove thrombus from the lower limb artery: firstly, the thrombus-taking device can only be used for the thrombus part positioned in main and lower limb arteries (iliac artery, femoral artery and popliteal artery), when the thrombus is positioned in three branch arteries below knee, the thrombus-taking catheter cannot be accurately controlled to enter a certain specific artery to be taken out, and therefore the thrombus cannot be completely taken out; second, arteriotomy often requires the patient to receive general anesthesia, which is difficult to perform for some patients with poor foundation conditions who cannot tolerate general anesthesia, and open surgery is more traumatic for the patient; finally, this method is not effective if the patient is simultaneously associated with lower extremity arteriosclerotic diseases.
2. Clearing thrombus in the cavity: although this method is less traumatic than the incision and embolectomy, the thrombectomy device mostly removes the thrombi by physical rotary cutting/scouring, in order to avoid/reduce the damage to the artery wall, the action range of the thrombectomy device is often a certain distance away from the artery wall, thereby resulting in incomplete thrombi removal and even causing new distal embolism participating in the displacement of the embolus; second, the effectiveness of the thrombectomy device is often less than optimal for the head of the thrombus (i.e., white thrombus).
Because the lower limb arterial embolism is acute ischemia, the ischemia degree of the affected limb is heavy, the progression is fast, and the prognosis is poor. Therefore, if the curative effect is poor, the amputation and even death of the patient are often caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a thrombus extraction device which can extract thrombus in a lower limb artery through a minimally invasive method, and avoid unrelieved ischemia or new distal artery embolism caused by incomplete thrombus extraction.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme of the application provides a reticular thrombus removal device for removing thrombus from lower limb artery, which is characterized by comprising a protective umbrella component, a thrombus removal component, a conveying catheter and a thrombus receiving catheter; the protective umbrella assembly comprises a reticular protective umbrella and a first guide wire connected with the reticular protective umbrella; the thrombus taking assembly comprises a thrombus taking device and a second guide wire connected with the thrombus taking device, and the thrombus taking device is a conical metal net; a round hole for a first guide wire to pass through is formed in the side of the embolectomy device; the conveying catheter is used for accommodating or releasing the protective umbrella assembly and the thrombus taking assembly, and the thrombus accommodating catheter is sleeved outside the conveying catheter and used for accommodating a thrombus taken by the thrombus taking assembly.
Preferably, the front section of the first guide wire is a soft section, the rear section of the first guide wire is a rigid section, and the reticular protective umbrella is fixedly arranged at the position, close to the soft section, of the rigid section.
Preferably, the edge of the reticular protective umbrella is provided with a plurality of metal wires connected with the first guide wire.
Preferably, the diameter of the mesh near the tip end of the tapered metal net is smaller than that near the open end, and the diameter of the mesh gradually increases from the tip end to the open end.
Preferably, the round holes are provided with two ends which are respectively positioned at the tip end and the opening end of the embolectomy device.
Preferably, the diameters of the first guide wire and the second guide wire are 0.014inch; the inner diameter of the conveying conduit is 0.035inch; the nanocatheter outer diameter 7F.
The application can be used for patients with lower limb arterial embolism, which can not apply conventional treatment methods or has poor curative effect after applying the conventional treatment methods, and has the advantages of improving the prognosis of the patients and improving the limb protection rate. The application fills in the blank of the thrombus removal device in the field of lower limb artery, does not need general anesthesia during operation, and provides a new choice for patients who cannot use the traditional method or have poor curative effect after using the traditional method.
