After the frothing is completed, the milk frothing portion of the coffee maker is also cleaned with hot steam. The milk is stored in a separate milk container which has a sensor for contactless measurement of the availability and quantity of milk stored in the refrigerator. A milk tube cleaning system automatically cleans a milk delivery system at preset time intervals.
The milk tank and the coffee separator are cleaned by water injection and dried by compressed air, so that the cleanliness and the food safety of the coffee product are ensured.
For the top layer of milk froth added to the coffee, the movement of the robot arm (robotic arm) can be completely customized to the customer, adding graphical functionality to the top layer design of the milk froth. This process can also be accomplished by attaching a food grade printer that can add almost any graphic to the milk foam. In this step, the difference with a conventional coffee machine is why the milk frothing is treated before the coffee is added. In the foaming process, redundant bubbles in the foam are released, so that the foam is more stable and smooth. The robotic arm may move the coffee cup to an associated printing station to add a take-away service and/or an external label of which coffee to use.
All the movements of the robot arm are coordinated by signal control receiving relevant components such as control board, ethernet. Each step can be adjusted and controlled individually.

The most significant difference in technical design of the present invention is that all components are modular in design, making it possible to maintain, add, replace or upgrade components and related processes without replacing other components. The communication signal connects the component elements that are acting independently during the manufacturing process of the product.

Claims (17)

1. The robot coffee station is characterized by comprising a mechanical arm, a coffee machine, a coffee bean grinder, a control panel and a network router, wherein the mechanical arm, the coffee machine and the coffee bean grinder are respectively connected with the control panel, the control panel controls the mechanical arm to imitate the manual coffee making process through a network, and the mechanical arm, the coffee machine and the coffee bean grinder cooperate with each other to prepare coffee with personalized taste.
2. The robotic coffee station of claim 1, wherein the front end of the robotic arm is provided with cup tongs and a cup lid hold down device.

The robotic coffee station of claim 1, wherein the lower rear end of the robotic arm is provided with an air duct inlet and a controller connection port, the robotic arm is connected through a pneumatic duct to an air compressor that controls the robotic arm for pneumatic processes of coffee making and device cleaning, and for processes of cup gripping by the cup jaws and cup lid covering by the lid pressing device.

The robotic coffee station of claim 1, wherein the coffee maker comprises a foam nozzle, a coffee separator holder, and a control panel, the foam nozzle is disposed beside the coffee maker for frothing milk, the control panel is disposed at an upper end of the coffee maker for controlling pressure adjustment, coffee type and making time, the coffee separator holder is disposed below the control panel for holding and holding the coffee separator containing coffee powder and performing coffee powder processing under hot water to make coffee according to a type selected by a user.

6. The robotic coffee station of claim 4, wherein the control panel includes switches, status indicators, the switches for steam release and signal control.
7. The robotic coffee station of claim 4, wherein the milk frothing is done before it is added to the coffee.

The robotic coffee station of claim 1, wherein the coffee bean grinder comprises a container provided at an upper end thereof for putting roasted coffee beans, a container cover having a closing means to prevent coffee beans not entering the grinder from falling off the container, a selection wheel provided at an entrance of the coffee beans into the grinder for selecting a grinding grade, a grinding main body comprising an electronic control device and a motor with a grinding wheel, a front display screen provided at a front end of the coffee bean grinder for displaying a grinding state, a powder outlet below the front display screen for delivering coffee powder into the coffee separator held by the mechanical arm, and a sensor at a lower end of the powder outlet for activating the grinder and outputting the coffee powder into the coffee separator when the coffee separator held by the mechanical arm is close to the sensor.
9. The robotic coffee station of claim 1, further comprising a disposable coffee cup dispenser, a coffee cup lid dispenser, and an adjustment station.
10. The robotic coffee station of claim 1, further comprising a coffee compactor for compacting coffee grounds loaded in the coffee separator.
11. The robotic coffee station of claim 1, further comprising a bar counter cabinet.
12. The robotic coffee station of claim 11, wherein the counter cabinet has a recessed surface on a top surface for receiving coffee cups.
13. The robotic coffee station of claim 11, wherein the counter cabinet further comprises a convex surface on a top surface thereof, and wherein the bottom of the milk container is placed on the convex surface and tapped prior to adding the milk to the coffee.
14. The robotic coffee station of claim 11, wherein the bar counter cabinet has a storage space below a cabinet surface where the coffee bean grinder is placed, for placing the milk frothing container after the automatic cleaning process is completed.
15. The robotic coffee station of claim 11, wherein the bar counter cabinet further has a plurality of automatic control openings in a front thereof, the automatic control openings being associated with an ordering process.
16. The robotic coffee station of claim 11, further comprising a transparent enclosure disposed outside the coffee station to isolate the robotic coffee station from an external environment, the enclosure comprising glass or acrylic transparent panels.
17. The robotic coffee station of claim 1, wherein the network is an ethernet network, enabling communication between internal components and the outside through an interface connecting the artificial intelligence and a local service station.
