Abstract
The invention discloses a device with a status indicator light, and relates to a device with an indicator light capable of switching and selecting different contents to be displayed. The method comprises the steps that by adjusting a rotary coding switch, a dial switch, a sliding coding switch, a 1:N switching device or a switching mechanism outside an exposed shell of a jumper cap pin arrangement, an address signal provided by an address unit (2) formed by the rotary coding switch, the dial switch, the sliding coding switch and the switching device is controlled to control a data channel selection unit (1) to select a specific indicator lamp driving signal (9) to drive an indicator lamp (31); meanwhile, the displayed content of the indicator lamp at the moment is prompted through the position of the switching mechanism and even the prompting information on the shell. Each indicator light can conveniently, simply and selectively display different contents, and the number of the indicator lights of the device and the configuration of the circuit are reduced.

Technical Field
The application relates to a device with an indicator light display, in particular to a device with an indicator light which can be switched to select different contents to be displayed.
Background
The indicator light of the device displays a plurality of operating states of the device, and a large number of indicator lights are often needed, so that a lot of circuit board and device resources are occupied, and electric energy is consumed.
Patent CN29427192U discloses an ethernet switch capable of displaying network port status independently, wherein the numbers of LED nixie tubes are changed by keys, and the numbers of the LED nixie tubes indicate different numbers of 4 LED indicator lamps. According to the scheme, the control circuit of the key and the LED nixie tube is complex, in order to indicate the content of the 4 LED indicating lamps, the LED nixie tube is required to indicate, a large number of circuit resources are required to be configured, and a large amount of electric energy is consumed.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem that this application will solve is: it is simpler for each indicator light to controllably display a variety of different status information.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application discloses a technical solution, in which an address unit of an exposed switching mechanism is used to control a data channel selection unit, and the data channel selection unit is used to output different status information to an indicator light. An apparatus having a status indicator light, comprising a display assembly; the display component comprises an address unit 2, a data channel selection unit 1 and a plurality of indicator light units 3; the data channel selection unit 1 comprises a data selection circuit 19 composed of data selection devices (such as CC14539 four-to-one data selection chip or configured as a data selection PLD chip), wherein the data selection circuit 19 is provided with a plurality of input ports 11, a plurality of output ports 13 and a plurality of address ports 12 which are initially at high level; the indicator light unit 3 comprises an indicator light 31 of a lamp holder exposing device shell and an optional series current limiting resistor 32; the address unit 2 comprises a rotary coding switch 21 with a switch handle arranged outside the surface of the device shell 5; the rotary encoder switch 21 includes a plurality of first ports 211 and a second port 212; the first ports 211 are electrically connected to the address ports 12 of the data selection circuits 19, respectively; the second port 212 is electrically connected to ground 4, either directly or through a current limiting resistor 33; a plurality of input ports 11 of the data selection circuit 19 are electrically connected with the multi-path indicator light driving signals 9, and an output port 13 of the data selection circuit is electrically connected with the indicator light unit 3 in series and the grounding 4; rotating the handle 213 of the rotary encoder switch 21, and at different gear positions, the first port 211 outputs signals of different high and low level combinations as address signals to the address port 12 of the data selection circuit 19, so that the data selection circuit 19 controls a certain indicator light driving signal 9 to drive the indicator light 31 through the output port 13; the position of the exposed knob 213 of the rotary encoder switch 21 is related to which indicator light driving signal 9 drives the indicator light 31 through the output port 13. Several indicator light units 3 are corresponding to several output ports 13 of the data channel selection unit 1.
Specifically, the rotary encoder switch 21 shown in fig. 1 is an absolute value rotary encoder switch of a moving plate and stator sliding electrical connection type, and includes a plurality of first ports 211 and a second port 212; the plurality of first ports 211 are electrically connected to stators having different radii, respectively, and the stators are arranged in a predetermined shape; the second port 212 is connected to a radial rotor 219, and the rotor 219 is in sliding electrical connection with stators at different radial positions. The handle 213 of the rotary coding switch 21 drives the central axis to rotate, and the moving plate is connected or disconnected with the fixed plates with different radiuses according to the design shape of the fixed plates.
Further, the rotary encoder switch 21 may also be a grating of absolute value, a rotary encoder switch such as magnetic induction or capacitance, or a linear encoder switch, and may be used as an address signal for the data selection circuit 19.
In particular, it is within the scope of the present application to encode different patterns of the switch 21 and their corresponding circuits to realize the corresponding address signals provided to the data selection circuit 19. Further, referring to fig. 4, the rotary encoder switch 21 may also adopt a dial switch 22, a sliding encoder switch or a jumper pin whose switching mechanism is exposed from the housing 5, and also has a plurality of first ports 221 and a second port 222 integrally connected with the first ports, and also changes a corresponding dial, a sliding button or a jumper pin to provide an address signal to the data selection circuit 19, so that the data selection circuit 19 controls a certain indicator light driving signal 9 to drive the indicator light 31 through the output port 13.

An apparatus having a status indicator light, comprising a display assembly; the display assembly comprises an address unit (2), a data channel selection unit (1) and a plurality of indicator light units (3); the data channel selection unit (1) is provided with a plurality of input ports (11), a plurality of output ports (13) and a plurality of address ports (12); the indicator light unit (3) comprises an indicator light (31) with a light head exposed out of the shell of the device; the address unit (2) comprises a switching device with a switching mechanism arranged outside the surface of the device shell (5), the switching device comprises a plurality of first ports (211) and second ports (212), the first ports (211) are respectively electrically connected with the address ports (12) of the data selection circuit (19), and the address ports (12) have corresponding address signals when the switching mechanism is changed; a plurality of input ports (11) of the data selection circuit (19) are electrically connected with a plurality of indicator lamp driving signals (9), and each output port (13) of the data selection circuit is connected with one indicator lamp unit (3) to drive the indicator lamp (31) in the indicator lamp unit (3); the data selection circuit (19) selects a certain path of indicator light driving signal (9) to be output from the output port (13) according to the address signal so as to drive the indicator light (31) in the indicator light unit (3); the position of the exposed switching mechanism is related to which indicator light drive signal (9) drives the indicator light (31) through the output port (13).
2. A device with status indicator lights according to claim 1, characterized in that the data channel selection unit (1) comprises a data selection circuit (19) consisting of a data selection device or PLD chip configured as a data selection.

A device with status indicator lights according to claim 1, wherein the data path selection unit (1) comprises a single chip (18) having a plurality of input ports (11), a plurality of output ports (13) and a plurality of address ports (12) which are initially high; a first port (211) of the switching device is electrically connected with an address port (12) of the single chip microcomputer (18) respectively; a plurality of input ports (11) of the single chip microcomputer (18) are electrically connected with the multi-path indicator lamp driving signals (9), and output ports (13) of the single chip microcomputer are connected with the indicator lamp unit (3) in series; when a program on a storage medium of the single chip microcomputer (18) runs, the indicating lamp driving signal (9) and an address signal of the address interface (12) are received, and according to the address signal, a certain path of indicating lamp driving signal (9) passes through an output port (13) to drive the indicating lamp (31).
4. A device with status indicator lights according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the address unit (2) comprises a switching device which is one of a rotary coded switch, a dial switch, a slide coded switch or a jumper cap pin, 1:N switch.
5. A device with a status indicator light as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device housing (5) to which the exposed switching mechanism of the switching device is directed is printed with a prompt character (214) at a corresponding position.
6. A device with a status indicator lamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the indicator lamp unit (3) comprises a current limiting resistor (32) in series.
7. A device with status indicator lights according to claim 1, characterized in that the indicator lights (31) are lamp beads or LED indicator lights.
8. A device with status indicator lights according to claim 1, characterized in that the multiple indicator light driving signals (9) comprise physically independent multiple indicator light signal lines per line and/or multiple indicator light signal codes coded as serial signal lines.
9. A device with status indicator lights according to claim 4, wherein one of the rotary encoder switch (21), sliding encoder switch or 1:N switching device, and the indicator lights (31) are integrated on the same device.
