The exemplary embodiments of the present invention and their descriptions herein are for the purpose of explaining the present invention, but are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Please refer to fig. 1. The embodiment of the invention provides a communication system. The communication system may include a message sender, a server, and a message receiver. The message sender and the message receiver may be user-oriented devices including, but not limited to, smart phones, tablet electronic devices, portable computers, personal computers, and the like. The server may be one server, or may also be a server cluster including a plurality of servers. The message transmitting end and the message receiving end may operate with an Operating System (OS). The application may be installed by the operating system. The application may include an instant messaging application. The message sending end can send a message to the message receiving end through the server. Specifically, the message sending end may send a message to a server. The server may receive a message; at least one message receiving end can be determined according to the attribute of the message; a message may be sent to the at least one message recipient. The at least one message receiving end may receive a message.
Please refer to fig. 2. The embodiment of the invention provides a message withdrawal method. The message revocation method may be applied to a server. The message withdrawal method may include the following steps.
Step S11: and receiving a withdrawal request sent by a message sending end, wherein the withdrawal request comprises a message identifier of the message.
In some embodiments, the sender may enter the message at the message sender. The message sending end can receive the message; a message may be sent to a server. The server may receive the message; at least one message receiving end can be determined according to the attribute of the message; a message may be sent to at least one message recipient. The at least one message receiving end may receive the message so that the recipient reads the message through the message receiving end. Wherein the message may include at least one of a text message, a link message, a picture message, a voice message, a moving picture, a video message, an expression message, and a file message. The attributes of the message may include source data of the message, message identification of the message, destination data of the message, and so forth. The source data of the message may include an identification of the sender (e.g., an account of the sender). The outgoing data of the message may include an identification of the recipient (e.g., an account of the recipient). The at least one message receiving end may include a message receiving end corresponding to the identifier of the recipient, for example, a message receiving end logged in with the account of the recipient.
In some examples of scenarios, the sender and the receiver are both group members in a conversation group. The sender may be a user in a conversation group sending a message. The recipient may be a user in the conversation group receiving the message. The at least one message receiving end may include a message receiving end corresponding to each recipient in the session group. Preferably, the number of receivers in the session group may be plural, and thus the number of message receivers may be plural.
In some embodiments, after sending the message, the sender may find out that the message was sent by mistake, that the message content was edited by mistake, etc. For this purpose, the sender can perform a revocation operation at the message sender. The message transmitting end may transmit a revocation request to the server after detecting a revocation operation of the sender. The withdrawal request may include a message identification of the transmitted message. Continuing the foregoing scenario example, a revocation option for a sent message may be included in the group session interface. The sender may click on the withdraw option. The message sender may send a revocation request to the server after detecting a click operation for the revocation option. The withdrawal request may include a message identification of the transmitted message.
Further, after detecting the withdrawal operation of the sender, the message sending end may also redisplay the message for editing by the sender. The message sending end can also send the edited message to the server. The server may receive the edited message; the composed message may be sent to at least one message recipient. The at least one message receiving end may receive the composed message so that the receiver reads the composed message through the message receiving end. Wherein, the message sender can directly redisplay the message. Or the message sending end can also display prompt information for re-editing the message; the message may be displayed after detecting the sender's operation on the alert information.
Step S13: determining a reading state of a message receiving end for the message according to the message identification;
In some embodiments, the recipient may or may not have read the message through the message receiving end. For this purpose, the server may determine the read status of the message receiver for the message to distinguish which message receivers are in the read status and which message receivers are in the unread status.
In some embodiments, a message receiving end may receive a message; after detecting the preset operation, the message is considered to be received and read; a specific message may be sent to the server. The specific message is used to indicate that the message has been read. The preset operation may include opening a chat interface, etc. The specific message may include the message identification.
For this purpose, for each of the at least one message receiving terminals, the server may detect whether a specific message containing the message identity sent by the message receiving terminal is received; the reading state of the message receiving end can be determined according to the detection result. If the specific message containing the message identifier and sent by the message receiving end is received; it may be determined that the message receiving end has read the message. If the specific message which is sent by the message receiving end and contains the message identifier is not received; it may be determined that the message receiving end did not read the message.
Step S15: and taking the message receiving end which does not read the message as a first message receiving end, sending a first withdrawal instruction to the first message receiving end, wherein the first withdrawal instruction is used for indicating to withdraw the message, and not prompting the withdrawal of the message.
In some embodiments, the server may distinguish which message receivers are in the read state and which message receivers are in the unread state in step S13. The server may take a message receiving end that does not read the message as a first message receiving end; the first withdrawal instruction may be sent to the first message receiving end. The first message receiving end can receive a first withdrawal instruction; the message may be retired and the retiring of the message is not prompted (e.g., no retiring hint information is displayed, which is used to hint that the message was retired). Since the corresponding recipient at the first message receiving end does not read the message before the sender withdraws the message. Therefore, the first message receiving end does not prompt the withdrawal of the message after withdrawing the message. Thus, the recipient who does not read the message cannot perceive whether the message is already present. That is, the station may be considered to be from the perspective of the recipient of the unread message that the first message receiving end did not receive the message. Thus avoiding the disturbance of the receiver and improving the user experience.
The first withdrawal instruction may include a message identifier of the message to be withdrawn. So that the first message receiving end can withdraw the corresponding message according to the message identification.
In some embodiments, the server may further take the message receiving end that has read the message as a second message receiving end, and send a second withdrawal instruction to the second message receiving end, where the second withdrawal instruction is used to instruct to withdraw the message, and prompt withdrawal of the message (for example, withdrawal prompt information may be displayed, where the withdrawal prompt information is used to prompt that the message is withdrawn). Since the corresponding recipient at the second message receiving end has read the message before the sender withdraws the message. Thus, the second message receiving end can prompt the withdrawal of the message after withdrawing the message. In this way, the recipient of the read message can be made aware of the status of the message, thereby improving the user experience.
The second withdrawal instruction may include a message identifier of the message to be withdrawn. So that the second message receiving end can withdraw the corresponding message according to the message identification.
The withdrawal prompt information may be, for example: XXX has withdrawn a message.
The message withdrawal method of the embodiment of the specification can receive a withdrawal request sent by a message sending end, wherein the withdrawal request comprises a message identifier of a message; the reading state of the message receiving end for the message can be determined according to the message identifier; the message receiving end which does not read the message can be used as a first message receiving end, a first withdrawal instruction is sent to the first message receiving end, the first withdrawal instruction is used for indicating to withdraw the message, and the withdrawal of the message is not prompted. Since the corresponding recipient at the first message receiving end does not read the message before the sender withdraws the message. Therefore, the first message receiving end does not prompt the withdrawal of the message after withdrawing the message. In this way, the receiver who does not read the message cannot sense whether the message exists, so that the interference of the receiver is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Please refer to fig. 3. The embodiment of the invention provides a message withdrawal method. The message revocation method can be applied to a first message receiving end. The message withdrawal method may include the following steps.
Step S21: a first revocation instruction is received, the first revocation instruction comprising a message identification of a message.
In some embodiments, the first message receiving end may be a message receiving end that does not read the received message. The process of the server sending the first withdrawal instruction to the first message receiving end can be seen in the foregoing embodiments.
Step S23: and according to the message identification, withdrawing the message in the session interface, and not prompting the withdrawal of the message.
In some embodiments, the first message receiving end may withdraw the message corresponding to the received message identifier, and does not prompt the withdrawal of the message. The session interface may comprise a group session interface.
The message withdrawal method of the embodiment of the specification can receive a first withdrawal instruction, wherein the first withdrawal instruction comprises a message identifier of a message; the message may be withdrawn in the session interface based on the message identification, and the withdrawal of the message is not prompted. In this way, the receiver who does not read the message cannot sense whether the message exists, so that the interference of the receiver is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
