The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an emergency collective management method based on an offshore facility.
It should be noted that the execution subject of the method shown in fig. 1 may be a software and/or hardware device. The subject of execution of the present application may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: user equipment, network equipment, etc. The user equipment may include, but is not limited to, a computer, a smart phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), the above mentioned electronic equipment, and the like. The network device may include, but is not limited to, a single network server, a server group of multiple network servers, or a cloud of numerous computers or network servers based on cloud computing, wherein cloud computing is one type of distributed computing, a super virtual computer consisting of a cluster of loosely coupled computers. The present embodiment does not limit this.
The emergency set management method based on the offshore facility provided by the embodiment includes steps S101 to S103, which are specifically as follows:
s101, acquiring and storing personnel characteristic information of an operator; the method comprises the following steps that an operator carries out offshore operation on an offshore facility, the offshore facility comprises an emergency gathering area, the operator wears intelligent wearing equipment, and the intelligent wearing equipment comprises a personnel characteristic tag;
s102, sensing personnel feature tags in the emergency set area;
and S103, performing collective management on the operators according to the personnel characteristic information and the induced personnel characteristic labels.
In one aspect, the method for emergency set management based on an offshore facility may be executed in a local intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal is used as an execution subject of the method.
On the one hand, offshore facilities are indispensable important technical means for offshore operations, and operators often need to go through the offshore facilities to perform relevant offshore operations. Common offshore facilities are drilling platforms, oil production vessels, and the like. Due to the complex and variable offshore environment, the safety and reliability of offshore facilities are always important to be considered by technicians in the field, especially the safety problem of offshore operators, and are more important in all safety work. In order to ensure the safety of offshore workers, offshore facilities are generally managed regionally, and for example, the offshore facilities may be divided into an emergency gathering area, a working area, a living area, and the like. The facilities usually deployed in different areas are different from one another. For example, living facilities are arranged in a living area, so that offshore operators can have a rest conveniently; for another example, the emergency aggregation area is configured with an aggregation table, a lifesaving device and the like, and is used for emergency aggregation personnel to perform emergency management. In many areas, the emergency collective area often relates to important matters such as important emergency task allocation and operator life safety. To address these concerns, a first step is to ensure that each operator arrives at the emergency pool at a given time.
However, it is understood that, the offshore facility usually has a semi-enclosed feature, and the complexity of each region is complicated, and the complexity of the marine environment is also complicated, such as the occurrence of abnormal events like fire, typhoon, etc., how can it be ensured that each operator arrives at the emergency gathering area at the designated time? The emergency set is different from a general land set, a severe environment, complex and turbulent offshore facilities, and confusion caused by difficulty in rescue in crisis, which often causes missing set management and accidents.
In order to efficiently and accurately perform the emergency set management of the offshore facility, the embodiment provides an emergency set management method based on the offshore facility.
On the other hand, step S101 will be explained.
In step S101, the acquisition and storage of the person feature information of the operator may be performed as follows.
In a preferred example, acquiring and storing the personnel characteristic information of the operator comprises:
acquiring and pre-storing input personnel characteristic information of an operator from local; or
And acquiring and pre-storing the personnel characteristic information of the operating personnel input from the background.
It should be noted that in the emergency set management of the offshore facility, a time factor needs to be considered, because in this environment, time is life. The preferred embodiment prestores the personnel characteristic information locally, and can locally retrieve and use the prestored information, so that the data transmission processing time is saved. Meanwhile, reliability is also very critical in the emergency collective management of the offshore facilities. If a method for remotely calling the personnel characteristic information when the personnel characteristic information is required to be used is selected, due to the fact that a plurality of operators are used, the data size is large, and the maritime communication reliability is prone to faults, the calling and using of the personnel characteristic information can be delayed, and further management accidents can occur. The preferred embodiment prestores the personnel characteristic information locally, so that the technical problems of low reliability of maritime communication and data transmission delay can be effectively solved.
It should be further noted that, in order to facilitate data entry, the preferred embodiment obtains and prestores the person characteristic information of the operator from the local, or obtains and prestores the person characteristic information of the operator from the background.
It is noted that the offshore facility includes an emergency aggregation area. The emergency gathering area is usually arranged at a position on the offshore facility, which is favorable for gathering and evacuating people, and in general, a lifesaving device can be arranged in the emergency gathering area or arranged at a position close to the offshore facility, which is convenient to pass through the emergency gathering area, of the offshore facility, so that workers can escape when the offshore facility is in danger.
It should be noted that the worker wears the smart wearable device. Wherein, intelligent wearing equipment can be intelligent devices such as intelligent helmet, intelligent bracelet.
It should also be noted that the smart wearable device includes a person characteristic tag. The personnel feature tag may refer to an electronic tag, and exemplarily, the personnel feature tag includes an RFID tag. The person feature tag may be written with feature information of the operator, or may be rewritten with information of a new operator by deleting information of a historical operator. It is understood that the personnel feature tag may refer to a tag for uniquely binding the operator, and after the operator information is written, the personnel feature tag attribute is provided. Wherein, personnel characteristic label can be responded to by intelligent terminal.
It should be noted that, by configuring the intelligent wearable device for the operator, the operator characteristic tag is used to uniquely bind the operator characteristic with the intelligent wearable device, so that exclusive management of the operator can be realized.
In a preferred example, the person characteristic information includes the name, the position, and the sex of the worker. It should be noted that the person characteristic information may include various information of the worker, such as academic information, professional skill qualification information, marital status information, and the like. In the preferred example, the person characteristic information includes the name, position, and sex of the worker, and can be effectively used for collection management. For example, names may be used to distinguish different workers, and genders may be used to prioritize escape during emergency escape.
On the other hand, step S102 will be explained.
It should be noted that, in step S102, sensing of the characteristic tags of the personnel in the emergency gathering area can be achieved through a short-distance sensing technology, so that efficiency and accuracy of acquiring the information of the personnel gathering are greatly improved. Compare in prior art through the book of registering, respond through the loudspeaker shouting, through technical means such as the ware of punching the card, personnel's characteristic label in this embodiment response urgent set district, it is high-efficient accurate, difficult emergence is blocked up in disorder.
In a specific implementation, an intelligent terminal may be provided, which may be a fixed terminal disposed in an emergency community or a mobile terminal configured for use by a community administrator. And the intelligent terminal senses the personnel characteristic labels in the emergency set area.
On the other hand, step S103 will be explained.
It should be noted that, in this step, the collective management of the operating personnel is implemented according to the sensed personnel feature tags and the stored personnel feature information.
Preferably, the collective management of the operating personnel is real-time field management, and in specific implementation, the collective manager uses an intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal senses the personnel characteristic labels and the stored personnel characteristic information, so that the operating personnel can be subjected to real-time field collective management through the intelligent terminal.
The real-time live aggregation management means that an aggregation administrator can know aggregation conditions when aggregating on site.
In one embodiment, the collective management of the operators according to the personnel feature information and the sensed personnel feature tags includes:
comparing the sensed information of the personnel characteristic label with the personnel characteristic information to obtain a comparison result;
and performing set management on the operators through comparison results.
Specifically, the comparison result includes success of matching in the presence and failure of matching in the presence; the operator corresponding to the characteristic label of the successfully-matched representative personnel is located in the emergency set area; and the presence matching failure represents that the personnel feature information does not match the corresponding personnel feature label.
For example, referring to fig. 2, it is assumed that an offshore facility has an operator ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO, the intelligent terminal held by the aggregation administrator is located in the emergency aggregation area, the operator a arrives at the emergency aggregation area, the intelligent terminal senses the personnel feature tag of the operator a, and matches and compares the personnel feature tag information with the stored personnel feature information to obtain a comparison result of successful matching.
For example, referring to fig. 2, suppose that an offshore facility has an operator ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO, the intelligent terminal held by the aggregation administrator is located in an emergency aggregation area, the operator B does not reach the emergency aggregation area, the intelligent terminal cannot sense the personnel feature tag of the operator B, and cannot obtain the personnel feature tag information to perform matching comparison with the stored personnel feature information, so as to obtain a comparison result of matching failure.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment proposes some further modified examples on the basis of the above embodiments.
In one improved example, the way of set management includes:
controlling the personnel characteristic information of all the operating personnel to be displayed;
and controlling the personnel characteristic information of the workers who are not gathered to the field to be highlighted.
For example, referring to fig. 2, assuming that the offshore facility has an operator ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO, the personnel characteristic information of all the operators is controlled to be displayed. Further, if the operator a does not arrive at the field set, the operator characteristic information of the operator a is controlled to be highlighted.
It should be noted that, the personnel characteristic information of the operators is all displayed, so that all the operators in the offshore facility can be known globally, and mistakes and omissions are avoided.
It should be further noted that, in the emergency integration, the environment is usually complicated and chaotic, and the characteristic information of the people who do not arrive is highlighted, so that the integration manager can find the people who do not arrive in the field in the first time so as to make an emergency response in time. It is worth noting that the number of the people who have not arrived is much less than that of the people who have arrived, the improved example highlights the personnel characteristic information of the operating personnel who have not matched with the arriving field, the data volume of highlight control is small, the display control efficiency can be improved, the data processing resources can be saved, the small quantity of the characteristic information of the people who have not arrived is highlighted in a large quantity of information, the technology effect is striking, and the collection manager can find the people who have not arrived in the field in the first time.
In a further refinement, the person characteristic information of the workers who arrive at the site set is controlled to be displayed in a first color;
controlling the personnel characteristic information of the workers who do not arrive in the field to be highlighted in a second color; the second color is a color that is more conspicuous than the first color.
For example, referring to fig. 2, assuming that the offshore facility has an operator ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO, and the operator a is not present in the field set and all other operators are present in the field set, the operator characteristic information of the operator in the field set is controlled to be displayed in a first color, and the operator characteristic information of the operator in the field set is controlled to be highlighted in a second color.
It should be noted that, in the present modification example, the first color and the second color with different degrees of saliency are used to respectively display the personnel characteristic information of the present personnel and the personnel characteristic information of the absent personnel, so that the collection administrator can find the absent personnel at any time in an emergency chaotic environment, and the emergency collection management can be accurately and efficiently performed.
The second color is more conspicuous than the first color, and may be brighter than the first color, or may be brighter than the first color, for example, the second color is red and the first color is black.
In a further refinement, the person characteristic information that is controlled to be displayed is name information.
For example, referring to fig. 2, assuming that the offshore facility has an operator ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO, the operator is displayed with name information as the personnel feature information. For example, operator a is shown as zhang three and operator B is shown as lie four.
It should be noted that the characteristic information of the person to be controlled and displayed is name information, which not only reduces the amount of data to be controlled and displayed, and improves the display control efficiency and saves data processing resources, but also has special meaning to human association, and as long as the name is seen, the collection administrator can associate the condition of the person who arrives at the collection or does not arrive at the collection in the first time, and thus, the accurate and efficient emergency collection management is facilitated.
In a further refinement, the set management state is transferred in real-time to a background store.
It should be noted that, in an emergency, it is difficult to ensure a state of a cluttered site, for example, an explosion or an overturn of an offshore facility, and at this time, the aggregate management state stored in the background may also be used as the primary reference information for emergency management.
