The construction of the corpus system is originally derived from bilingual corpus provided by news organizations and official organizations. With the rapid development of the internet and the deepening of trade globalization, obtaining bilingual corpus from the internet is also an important source of each corpus system.
As machine translation is more widely and deeply applied to production life, the demand for machine translation in the field is more common. Such as machine translation requirements in the medical domain, news domain, automotive domain, etc. A more common example is the translation requirement for cross-country medical visits, which requires the accuracy of medical translation systems, and the expertise of the literary works. The construction of these specialized domain translation systems requires domain bilingual data with a root-based role. And the domain screening method is needed for screening the domain bilingual corpus from the bilingual corpus data. For example, in the example shown in fig. 1, for the trusted text in the first translation suggestion (the text word "scheme" of the corresponding scheme), the "Tab" key may be configured as a shortcut key and displayed in the upper right corner of the trusted text. The user may trigger the "Tab" key to confirm the trusted text in the first translation suggestion as a translation. As another example, for the plurality of second translation suggestions, numeric keys (e.g., numeric keys "1", "2", "3", "4", etc.) may be configured as shortcuts. In addition, in order to prevent the user from mistakenly touching the shortcut key, in an optional embodiment, a failed shortcut key (such as an "Esc" key) may be preset in the embodiment of the present application, and the user may trigger the failed shortcut key, so that the correspondence between the shortcut key and the translation suggestion is released. So that the user can trigger the shortcut key to perform other operations.
In addition, in order to facilitate the user to select a translation suggestion, the embodiment of the present application may further obtain a suggestion source of the translation suggestion, and present the suggestion source in a relevant area of the translation suggestion, so that the user may conveniently select the translation suggestion according to the suggestion source. The display state can be set for the suggestion source in advance, for example, the suggestion source is displayed in gray words, and the disturbance of the suggestion source to a user is reduced. The embodiment of the present application may preset a plurality of suggestion sources, for example, as in the example shown in fig. 1, the preset suggestion sources may include: man-Computer Interactive Machine Translation (IMT), generative Pre-Training language model (GPT), etc., where the Generative Pre-Training language model is a model that predicts the next text according to the text confirmed by the user, and the GPT2 model is proposed based on the GPT model.
After the second text is determined, the at least part of the translation suggestions may be replaced with the second text in the second display area and the translation suggestions may be adjusted in step 208. The user may operate on the translation suggestion, determine a second text for translation, and replace at least a portion of the translation suggestion with the second text in the second display area. Wherein the replacement of at least part of the translation suggestion with the second text may be understood as a switch in display state. In an optional embodiment, a plurality of display states may be preset in the embodiment of the present application, so that corresponding display states are configured for texts in different stages, so that a user can distinguish the stages corresponding to the texts. For example, the display state of the text may include a suggestion state, a confirmation state, and the like. For unconfirmed translation suggestions, the terminal may display the translation suggestions in a suggested state (e.g., gray words) and for confirmed translations, the terminal may display the translations in a confirmed state (e.g., black words). Therefore, the user can know the translation progress conveniently so as to translate the untranslated text. It should be noted that, after the translation suggestions are confirmed, the embodiment of the present application may further adjust the translation suggestions, so as to update the corresponding translation suggestions. In an alternative example, the embodiment of the present application may determine the translation suggestions corresponding to different stages in advance through machine translation, and output after the user confirms the last translation suggestion. The embodiment of the application can also update the translation suggestions along with the confirmation of the translation suggestions by the user. The setting can be specifically performed according to the requirement, and is not limited here.
In the embodiment of the application, a translation interactive page can be provided for a user, the translation interactive page comprises a first display area and a second display area, an original text input by the user is displayed in the first display area, translation suggestions corresponding to the first text of which the translation is not confirmed in the original text are displayed in the second display area, and the user can operate the translation suggestions so as to determine the translation corresponding to the original text. The embodiment of the application can provide the translation interaction page, and the user can translate on the translation interaction page in a man-machine interaction mode, so that the user can translate conveniently.
In one embodiment of the present application, different symbols may exist for the same language, e.g., simplified Chinese "I love China" and traditional Chinese "I love China" are different symbolic expressions for the same textual meaning in the same language. In some cases, the simplified chinese literary work and the traditional chinese literary work are expressed in the same grammar, for example, the written novel of the modern writer can consider the simplified chinese literary work and the traditional chinese literary work to be the same without generating corpora. In other cases, the simplified chinese literary work and the traditional chinese literary work are expressed in the same grammar, for example, the traditional chinese literary work written by an ancient writer and the modern translated text are difficult to directly determine that the two are the same because the grammatical expressions of the two are not consistent, and the corpus may need to be generated. For example, the ancient poems of traditional words "the reed young shoot at 33980, white dew is frost" and the modern translation of simple words "reed dense and pale, glittering dew frosts" because of distinguishing by words and grammatical expressions, it may need to match according to the title of the ancient poems, author, chapter name, etc. characteristic data, thereby outputting corpus pairs. For another example, for The traditional Chinese character ancient poetry "young reed shoot \33980, white dew" and its english translation "The young shoots of reed ares gray, the white low keys like front", it may be necessary to perform weighted calculation on The mapping relationship between The ancient poetry titles, the similarity between The titles, the mapping relationship between The authors, the matching degree between The authors, the similarity between The summaries, and/or The similarity between The contents of a specific part, to obtain a pair of literary works containing different languages, thereby being able to obtain a set of double sentences (sentence pairs, corpus pairs) of The ancient poetry. Similarly, a bilingual sentence group (sentence pair, corpus pair) of simplified poetry sentence "reed is dense and pale and crystal dew frosts" and English translation "The young shoots of streams are grey, the white dew front".
As can be seen from the above embodiments, for a plurality of symbolic systems that may exist in a language, for example, chinese includes symbolic systems such as simplified chinese, traditional chinese, cantonese chinese, etc., the expression modes of the literary works completed by these symbolic systems may have too large a difference, and therefore, the literary work pairs may need to be generated by the alignment of the literary works, and then the corpus pairs are obtained. In this case, in one embodiment of the present application, different symbologies of the same language may be considered as different languages in order to obtain a corpus. By analogy, for various languages and various symbol systems of each language, the corpus generation method in the embodiment of the present application may be adopted to generate corpus pairs. Therefore, the corpus generation method according to the embodiment of the present application can be used to generate corpus pairs regardless of the gap between languages or language-symbol systems. In other words, as long as the feature data of the literary works of different languages or different symbol systems of the same language can be extracted to match the literary works of different languages, the literary work pairs of different languages can be obtained, and then the corpus pairs of different languages can be obtained.
Correspondingly, the translation prompt in the embodiment of the present application may also include prompts with different symbols in the same language, for example, in the translation prompt in the english translation, the translation content corresponding to the translation, the ancient poetry content, the translation content in simplified chinese, the translation content in traditional chinese, the translation content in cantonese chinese, and the like may be provided, and the translation content in some dialects, slang, and the like may also be included so as to adapt to a specific scene for translation.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present application further provides a data processing method, which can be applied to a terminal, and as shown in fig. 3A, the method includes:
step 302, obtaining an original text, and displaying the original text in a first display area of the translation interaction page.
And 304, acquiring a first translation suggestion corresponding to a first text, wherein the first text is a text which is not confirmed by translation in the original text.

And step 312, obtaining the credibility level of each suggested sub-text in the translation suggestion, wherein the suggested sub-text comprises at least one text word in the translation suggestion.
And step 314, adjusting the display state of the suggested sub text according to the credibility level.
Step 316, receiving an operation instruction of at least part of the translation suggestion, and determining a translated second text. Specifically, as an optional embodiment, the receiving an operation instruction for at least part of the translation suggestion, and determining the translated second text includes at least one of the following steps: receiving a selection operation of a target text in the first translation suggestion, and determining the target text as a translated second text; receiving a trigger operation of a target shortcut key corresponding to a target text in the first translation suggestion, and determining the target text as a translated second text; receiving a reprogramming operation on the target text in the first translation suggestion, replacing the target text with the reprogrammed reprogramming text, and determining the reprogrammed text as the translation text. Specifically, as another optional embodiment, the receiving an operation instruction for at least a part of the translation suggestion and determining the translated second text includes at least one of the following steps: receiving a selection instruction of the target translation suggestion, and determining the target translation suggestion as a translated second text; and receiving a trigger operation of a shortcut key corresponding to the target translation suggestion, and determining the target translation suggestion as a second text of translation.
Step 318, replacing at least part of the translation suggestions with second text in the second display area, and adjusting the translation suggestions.
In this embodiment of the application, a translation interactive page may be provided for a user, where the translation interactive page includes a first display area and a second display area, the user may input an original text in the first display area to perform translation of the original text, and determine a translation suggestion for translating an unconfirmed first text in the original text, where the translation suggestion for the first text may include a first translation suggestion and a second translation suggestion, the first translation suggestion corresponds to the first text, and the second translation suggestion corresponds to an associated word of the first text. According to the embodiment of the application, the translation suggestion can be displayed in the second display area, and the shortcut key prompt related to the translation suggestion is displayed, so that a user can trigger the shortcut key. The embodiment can also acquire the credibility level of each suggested sub-text and adjust the display state of the suggested sub-text according to the credibility level, so that the user can conveniently distinguish whether the suggested sub-text is credible or not and the user can conveniently translate. The user may operate the translation suggestion, such as clicking the translation suggestion, triggering a shortcut key related to the translation suggestion, thereby determining a second text of the translation, and replacing the corresponding translation suggestion with the second text in the second display area to form a translation corresponding to the original text. In the process of confirming the translation suggestion by the user, the embodiment of the application can also continuously update the translation suggestion according to the change of the first text, so that the user can further translate.
Fig. 3B is a schematic diagram of an example of a translated page according to still another embodiment of the present application, and the data processing method of the present application is specifically described by taking chinese translation into other languages as an example. The embodiment can provide a translation interactive page for a user, where the translation interactive page may include multiple sets of first display areas (for example, an area to which characters such as "chinese and chinese" are added in fig. 3B) and second display areas (for example, an area to which english such as "XXX" is added in fig. 3B), the embodiment may add original texts to be translated into the multiple first display areas, respectively, and after the original texts to be translated are added into the first display areas, may trigger a translation control in the translation page to perform corresponding translation, for example, a selection control before a left side number of the first display area may be selected to select the first display area to be translated, so as to translate the original texts in the first display area.
In the translation process, the original text in the first display area can be used as the first text which is not confirmed in the translation process, and the corresponding translation suggestion is determined for translation. In this embodiment, the translation suggestion of the first text may include a first translation suggestion and a second translation suggestion, and as in the example shown in fig. 3B, the content displayed in the upper area of the second display area corresponding to the number 2 is the first translation suggestion, and the content displayed in the lower area of the second display area corresponding to the number 2 is the second translation suggestion. The embodiment may further show the shortcut keys corresponding to the translation suggestion, for example, the shortcut keys corresponding to the second translation suggestion may be set as number keys 1, 2, 3, and 4, in an example shown in fig. 3B, a corresponding number may be displayed on the left side of the second translation suggestion in the second display area, so as to trigger the number keys 1, 2, 3, and 4 and confirm the corresponding second translation suggestion, it needs to be noted that the user may also take other operations to confirm the translation suggestion, for example, click the second translation suggestion through a mouse to determine the corresponding second translation suggestion as the translation.
The embodiment may also show a suggestion source of the second translation suggestion, for example, in the example shown in fig. 3B, the second translation suggestion is partially derived from human-machine Interactive Machine Translation (IMT) and partially derived from GPT2 model, and the user may select a corresponding translation suggestion according to the suggestion source of the second translation suggestion, for example, in a medical scene, a word used for medical treatment may be more specialized, and therefore, the second translation suggestion corresponding to the suggestion source related to medical treatment (for example, a translation model trained based on medical data) may be selected as the confirmed translation. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the confirmed translation suggestions and the unconfirmed translation suggestions may be displayed in different display states, for example, in the example shown in fig. 3B, in the second display area, the unconfirmed translation suggestions may be displayed in gray words (in a suggested state), and the confirmed translation suggestions may be displayed in black words (in a confirmed state), so that the user can distinguish the confirmed translation suggestions from the unconfirmed translation suggestions.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the embodiments. Further, those of skill in the art will recognize that the embodiments described in this specification are presently preferred embodiments and that no particular act is required to implement the embodiments of the disclosure.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the present embodiment further provides a data processing apparatus, and with reference to fig. 4, the data processing apparatus may specifically include the following modules:
the first display module 402 is configured to obtain an original text and display the original text in a first display area of a translation interaction page.
The second display module 404 is configured to obtain a translation suggestion of a first text in the original text corresponding to machine translation, and display the translation suggestion in a second display area of the translation interaction page, where the first text is a text that is not confirmed by translation in the original text.
And the translation obtaining module 406 is configured to receive an operation instruction of at least part of the translation suggestion, and determine a translated second text.
A translation suggestion display module 408 configured to replace at least a portion of the translation suggestions with second text in the second display area and adjust the translation suggestions.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, a translation interactive page may be provided for a user, where the translation interactive page includes a first display area and a second display area, an original text input by the user is displayed in the first display area, a translation suggestion corresponding to the first text of which the translation is not confirmed in the original text is displayed in the second display area, and the user may operate the translation suggestion, so as to determine a translation corresponding to the original text. The embodiment of the application can provide the translation interaction page, and the user can translate on the translation interaction page in a man-machine interaction mode, so that the user can translate conveniently.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the present embodiment further provides a data processing apparatus, which may specifically include the following modules:

The first suggestion acquisition module is used for acquiring a first translation suggestion corresponding to a first text, wherein the first text is a text which is not confirmed by translation in an original text.

And the credibility grade acquisition module is used for acquiring the credibility grade of each suggested sub-text in the translation suggestion, and the suggested sub-text comprises at least one text word in the translation suggestion.
And the display state adjusting module is used for adjusting the display state of the suggested sub-text according to the credibility level.
And the translation suggestion confirmation module is used for receiving an operation instruction of at least part of the translation suggestion and determining the translated second text. Specifically, as an optional embodiment, the translation suggestion confirmation module is specifically configured to complete at least one of the following steps: receiving a selection operation on a target text in the first translation suggestion, and determining the target text as a translated second text; receiving a trigger operation of a target shortcut key corresponding to a target text in the first translation suggestion, and determining the target text as a translated second text; receiving a reprogramming operation on the target text in the first translation suggestion, replacing the target text with the reprogrammed reprogramming text, and determining the reprogramming text as a translation text. Specifically, as another optional embodiment, the translation suggestion confirmation module is specifically configured to perform at least one of the following steps: receiving a trigger operation of a shortcut confirmation key corresponding to the first translation suggestion, and determining the first translation suggestion as a translated second text; and receiving a click instruction on a target area in the second display area, wherein the target area comprises a related area of a text word at the tail end of the first text, and determining the first translation suggestion as the translated second text. Specifically, as another optional embodiment, the translation suggestion confirmation module is specifically configured to perform at least one of the following steps: receiving a selection instruction of the target translation suggestion, and determining the target translation suggestion as a translated second text; and receiving a trigger operation of a shortcut key corresponding to the target translation suggestion, and determining the target translation suggestion as a second text of translation.
And the confirmation text display module is used for replacing at least part of the translation suggestions by second text in the second display area and adjusting the translation suggestions.
In an embodiment of the application, a translation interactive page may be provided for a user, where the translation interactive page includes a first display area and a second display area, the user may input an original text in the first display area to perform translation of the original text, and determine a translation suggestion for translating an unconfirmed first text in the original text, where the translation suggestion for the first text may include a first translation suggestion and a second translation suggestion, the first translation suggestion corresponds to the first text, and the second translation suggestion corresponds to an associated word of the first text. According to the embodiment of the application, the translation suggestion can be displayed in the second display area, and the shortcut key prompt related to the translation suggestion is displayed, so that a user can trigger the shortcut key. The embodiment can also acquire the credibility level of each suggested sub-text and adjust the display state of the suggested sub-text according to the credibility level, so that the user can conveniently distinguish whether the suggested sub-text is credible or not and the user can conveniently translate. The user may operate the translation suggestion, such as click the translation suggestion, trigger a shortcut key related to the translation suggestion, thereby determine a translated second text, and replace the corresponding translation suggestion with the second text in the second display area, thereby forming a translation corresponding to the original text. In the process of confirming the translation suggestion by the user, the embodiment of the application can also continuously update the translation suggestion according to the change of the first text, so that the user can translate.
The embodiments of the present application also provide a non-volatile readable storage medium, where one or more modules (programs) are stored in the storage medium, and when the one or more modules are applied to a device, the one or more modules may cause the device to execute instructions (instructions) of method steps in the embodiments of the present application.
Embodiments of the present application provide one or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause an electronic device to perform a method as described in one or more of the above embodiments. In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device includes a server, a terminal device and other devices.
Embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as an apparatus, which may include servers (clusters), terminals, etc. electronic devices, using any suitable hardware, firmware, software, or any combination thereof, for a desired configuration. Fig. 5 schematically illustrates an example apparatus 500 that may be used to implement various embodiments described herein.
For one embodiment, fig. 5 illustrates an example apparatus 500 having one or more processors 502, a control module (chipset) 504 coupled to at least one of the processor(s) 502, a memory 506 coupled to the control module 504, a non-volatile memory (NVM)/storage 508 coupled to the control module 504, one or more input/output devices 510 coupled to the control module 504, and a network interface 512 coupled to the control module 504.
The processor 502 may include one or more single-core or multi-core processors, and the processor 502 may include any combination of general-purpose or special-purpose processors (e.g., graphics processors, application processors, baseband processors, etc.). In some embodiments, the apparatus 500 can be used as a server, a terminal, or the like in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, apparatus 500 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., memory 506 or NVM/storage 508) having instructions 514 and one or more processors 502 in combination with the one or more computer-readable media and configured to execute instructions 514 to implement modules to perform the actions described in this disclosure.
For one embodiment, control module 504 may include any suitable interface controllers to provide any suitable interface to at least one of the processor(s) 502 and/or any suitable device or component in communication with control module 504.
Control module 504 may include a memory controller module to provide an interface to memory 506. The memory controller module may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
The memory 506 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions 514 for the apparatus 500. For one embodiment, memory 506 may comprise any suitable volatile memory, such as suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, the memory 506 may comprise a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR 4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, control module 504 may include one or more input/output controllers to provide an interface to NVM/storage 508 and input/output device(s) 510.
For example, NVM/storage 508 may be used to store data and/or instructions 514. NVM/storage 508 may include any suitable non-volatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable non-volatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more hard disk drive(s) (HDD (s)), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drive(s), and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drive (s)).
NVM/storage 508 may include storage resources that are part of the device on which apparatus 500 is installed or it may be accessible by the device and may not be necessary as part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 508 may be accessed over a network via input/output device(s) 510.
Input/output device(s) 510 may provide an interface for apparatus 500 to communicate with any other suitable device, input/output devices 510 may include communication components, audio components, sensor components, and so forth. The network interface 512 may provide an interface for the apparatus 500 to communicate over one or more networks, and the apparatus 500 may wirelessly communicate with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols, such as access to a communication standard-based wireless network, such as WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, etc., or a combination thereof.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 502 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) (e.g., memory controller module) of control module 504. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 502 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) of the control module 504 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 502 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of the control module 504. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 502 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of control module 504 to form a system on a chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, the apparatus 500 may be, but is not limited to: a server, a desktop computing device, or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a handheld computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.), among other terminal devices. In various embodiments, the apparatus 500 may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, device 500 includes one or more cameras, a keyboard, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen (including a touch screen display), a non-volatile memory port, multiple antennas, a graphics chip, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), and speakers.
The detection device can adopt a main control chip as a processor or a control module, sensor data, position information and the like are stored in a memory or an NVM/storage device, a sensor group can be used as an input/output device, and a communication interface can comprise a network interface.

Claims (10)

1. A method of data processing, the method comprising:
acquiring an original text, and displaying the original text in a first display area of a translation interactive page;
acquiring a translation suggestion of a first text in an original text corresponding to machine translation, and displaying the translation suggestion in a second display area of the translation interaction page, wherein the first text is a text which is not confirmed by translation in the original text;
receiving an operation instruction of at least partial translation suggestion, and determining a translated second text;
replacing the at least part of the translation suggestion with a second text in the second display area and adjusting the translation suggestion.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining translation suggestions for a machine translation corresponding to a first text in the original text comprises at least one of:
acquiring a first translation suggestion corresponding to a first text;
and acquiring a plurality of second translation suggestions corresponding to the associated words associated with the first text.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein receiving an indication of an operation on at least a portion of the translation suggestion, determining the translated second text, comprises at least one of:
receiving a selection operation of a target text in the first translation suggestion, and determining the target text as a translated second text;
receiving a trigger operation of a target shortcut key corresponding to a target text in the first translation suggestion, and determining the target text as a translated second text;
receiving a reprogramming operation on the target text in the first translation suggestion, replacing the target text with the reprogrammed reprogramming text, and determining the reprogrammed text as the translation text.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein receiving an indication of an operation to at least partially translate the suggestion and determining the translated second text comprises at least one of:
receiving a trigger operation of a shortcut confirmation key corresponding to the first translation suggestion, and determining the first translation suggestion as a translated second text;
and receiving a click instruction on a target area in the second display area, wherein the target area comprises a related area of a text word at the tail end of the first text, and determining the first translation suggestion as the translated second text.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein receiving an indication of an operation on at least a portion of the translation suggestion, determining the translated second text, comprises at least one of:
receiving a selection instruction of the target translation suggestion, and determining the target translation suggestion as a translated second text;
and receiving a trigger operation of a shortcut key corresponding to the target translation suggestion, and determining the target translation suggestion as a second text of translation.
6. The method according to any one of claims 3-5, further comprising:
and providing a shortcut key prompt related to the translation suggestion so as to trigger the shortcut key.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining the credibility level of each suggested sub-text in the translation suggestion, wherein the suggested sub-text comprises at least one text word in the translation suggestion;
and adjusting the display state of the suggested sub-text according to the credibility level.
8. A data processing apparatus, characterized in that said apparatus comprises:
the first display module is used for acquiring an original text and displaying the original text in a first display area of the translation interactive page;
the second display module is used for acquiring a translation suggestion of a first text in the original text corresponding to machine translation, and displaying the translation suggestion in a second display area of the translation interaction page, wherein the first text is a text which is not confirmed by translation in the original text;
the translation acquisition module is used for receiving an operation instruction of at least part of translation suggestions and determining a translated second text;
and the translation suggestion display module is used for replacing at least part of the translation suggestions by second texts in the second display area and adjusting the translation suggestions.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a processor; and
a memory having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes the processor to perform the method of one or more of claims 1-7.
10. One or more machine-readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes a processor to perform the method of one or more of claims 1-7.
