Description

Cabinet air conditioner and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of temperature regulation, and particularly relates to a cabinet air conditioner and a control method thereof.
Background
With the advent of the 5G era, the number of base stations has increased day by day, thereby bringing about a great demand for integrated cabinet air conditioners. The cabinet body of the 5G base station is internally provided with a plurality of electrical components which generate a large amount of heat in the working process, so that an air conditioner is needed for cooling the electrical components, and the air conditioner arranged in the cabinet body is called as a cabinet air conditioner. A cabinet air conditioner usually has a middle partition board arranged inside a shell of the cabinet air conditioner, the middle partition board divides the interior of the shell into two independent spaces, and an inner fan and an evaporator are arranged in one space; the compressor, the outer fan and the condenser are installed in another space, so that it is possible to prevent the evaporator and the condenser from being affected by a temperature difference therebetween when they are operated. The space where the condenser is located faces the outside of the cabinet, that is, the outer side, and the space where the evaporator is located faces the inside of the cabinet, that is, the inner side. In addition, the electrical box of the air conditioner is also arranged on the middle clapboard, and the electrical box and the evaporator are positioned in the same space. Because the 5G basic station all is in the field basically, therefore the operational environment that integration rack air conditioner faced is more abominable, when ambient temperature is lower, because the electrical components in the cabinet body can generate heat in a large number in the course of the work, so can appear in the rack air conditioner that the inboard temperature is higher, the condition that the outside temperature is lower usually, the side temperature that the electrical apparatus box was installed to the well baffle is higher promptly, the another side temperature of well baffle is lower. The temperature difference can cause the side surface of the middle clapboard provided with the electric appliance box to easily generate condensed water, and when the external temperature is too low, the condensed water can also frost. The condensed water is adhered to the middle partition plate in a water drop mode or is fixedly connected to the middle partition plate in a frosting mode, and the condensed water or the frosting can generate great potential safety hazards to the electric appliance box under the driving of the wind power of the internal fan. If the electric box is excessively sealed in order to prevent the hidden danger, the cost of the whole machine is increased, and therefore how to ensure that the side surface of the middle clapboard provided with the electric box can not generate condensed water is the best strategy for eliminating the potential safety hazard of the electric box.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cabinet air conditioner including: casing 1, separator and electrical apparatus box, the separator is installed in casing 1, and separate the space in the casing 1 for first independent space 2 and the independent space of second 3, cavity 4 has the holding in the separator, be provided with first blast gate 5 on the side of separator orientation first independent space 2, first blast gate 5 is used for control to hold cavity 4 and first independent space 2 intercommunication whether, fan 6 in installing in the first independent space 2, electrical apparatus box is installed on the side of separator orientation first independent space 2. Among this technical scheme, when the rack air conditioner of this application moves under the lower circumstances of external temperature, through opening first blast gate 5, open interior fan 6 operation, then under the drive of interior fan 6 wind-force, hot-blast in the first independent space 2 can be blown into and hold in the cavity 4, make the difference in temperature of the left and right sides that is in first independent space 2 and holds the wall body of separator between the cavity 4 show and reduce, and the both sides of this wall body of separator all are in under comparatively warm environment, thereby prevent to produce the comdenstion water on the side of separator orientation first independent space 2, and then solved the rack air conditioner among the prior art during operation under low temperature environment, the side of installing the electrical apparatus box on the median septum easily produces the comdenstion water, under the drive of interior fan wind-force, this comdenstion water can produce the problem of potential safety hazard to the electrical apparatus box. When the external temperature is higher, because the temperature difference between the two sides of the first clapboard 7 is smaller, and because of the high temperature, no condensed water is generated on the first clapboard 7, the first air valve 5 can be closed at the moment. Meanwhile, for the sake of safety, an electrical box is installed at the top of the first partition 7.
As a specific implementation mode, the separating part comprises a first separating plate 7 and a second separating plate 8, the first separating plate 7, the second separating plate 8 and part of the shell 1 jointly enclose to form an accommodating cavity 4, the side of the first separating plate 7, which is far away from the accommodating cavity 4, faces the first independent space 2, the side of the second separating plate 8, which is far away from the accommodating cavity 4, faces the second independent space 3, the first air valve 5 is arranged on the first separating plate 7, and the electrical box is installed on the side of the first separating plate 7, which faces the first independent space 2.
In this embodiment, when the separator includes first baffle 7 and second baffle 8, only need to set up first baffle 7 and second baffle 8 interval, then first baffle 7, second baffle 8 and partial casing 1 will enclose jointly and form holding cavity 4, compare and hold cavity 4 in the structure of a thicker baffle inner construction, adopt the mode that two baffle intervals set up then can simplify structural design.
As a specific embodiment, a second air valve 9 is disposed on the second partition 8, an external air blower 10 is installed in the second independent space 3, and air flow driven by the external air blower 10 can flow from the second independent space 3 to the accommodating cavity 4.
In this embodiment, in order to be able to independently utilize the external cold air when the air temperature is low, or simultaneously utilize the external cold air and the air-conditioning refrigeration to cool down the electrical components in the cabinet body, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the energy consumption of the whole machine, the second air valve 9 is arranged on the second partition plate 8. When the temperature of external world is lower and satisfy and to utilize external cold wind alone to the internal electrical components cooling of cabinet, compressor 20 stop work in the air conditioner, and the air conditioner does not refrigerate promptly, and first blast gate 5 and second blast gate 9 are opened, and outer fan 10 is opened, then under the drive of outer fan 10 wind-force, external cold air gets into by second blast gate 9 and holds in the cavity 4, gets into in first independent space 2 by first blast gate 5 again, gets into the cabinet internal through evaporimeter 19 at last and cools down. The actual distance between the outer fan 10 and the second air valve 9 is not far enough, which does not affect the wind force of the outer fan 10 to drive the cold air from the second air valve 9 into the accommodating cavity 4. When external temperature satisfies and to utilize external cold wind and air conditioner refrigeration to cool down the internal electrical components of cabinet simultaneously, the air conditioner operation low frequency refrigeration mode, first blast gate 5 and second blast gate 9 are all opened, interior fan 6 and outer fan 10 move simultaneously, then external cold wind and the hot-blast entering in the first independent space 2 hold cavity 4 simultaneously and mix, this mixed wind is compared the hot-blast temperature in the first independent space 2 and is reduced to some extent, then this mixed wind gets into in the first independent space 2 by first blast gate 5 again, blow into the cabinet after evaporimeter 19 further cools down internal to electrical components. Because this application can utilize external natural wind to cool down the internal electrical components of cabinet when ambient temperature accords with certain condition for the rack air conditioner of this application can not operate the refrigeration mode or only operate the low frequency refrigeration mode, consequently the rack air conditioner of this application still has the advantage that improves the unit energy efficiency ratio, reduces the complete machine energy consumption.
As a specific embodiment, the air flow driven by the inner fan 6 can flow from the first independent space 2 to the accommodating cavity 4, the first air valve 5 is adapted to the position of the inner fan 6, and the first partition 7 is further provided with a third air valve 11.
In the present embodiment, when the first air valve 5 is adapted to the position of the inner fan 6, the hot air in the first independent space 2 can be blown into the receiving cavity 4 in a large amount and rapidly by turning on the inner fan 6. When utilizing air conditioner low frequency refrigeration and external cold wind to cool down electrical components in the cabinet simultaneously, in order to make the mixed wind that holds in the cavity 4 get into first independent space 2 more easily and more fast, still set up third blast gate 11 on first baffle 7.
In a specific embodiment, the first air valve 5 is close to the top of the first partition 7, and the third air valve 11 is close to the bottom of the first partition 7.
In this embodiment, the inner fan 6 is close to the top of the first independent space 2, and when the first air valve 5 is opposite to the inner fan 6, it means that the first air valve 5 is close to the top of the first partition 7. When utilizing the refrigeration of air conditioner low frequency and external cold wind to lower the temperature to electrical components in the cabinet simultaneously, first blast gate 5, second blast gate 9 and third blast gate 11 are all opened, interior fan 6 and the simultaneous operation of outer fan 10, it gets into simultaneously to hold cavity 4 and mix this process to have the hot-blast of external cold wind and in the first independent space 2, the temperature of the mixed wind that this process formed is between the temperature in first independent space 2 and external temperature, under this condition, the difference in temperature of the first baffle 7 left and right sides still can not be too big, also can not produce the comdenstion water on the first baffle 7. And when first blast gate 5 is close to the top of first baffle 7, when third blast gate 11 is close to the bottom of first baffle 7, it just can get into first independent space 2 through third blast gate 11 to get into the hot-blast or the mixed wind that holds the formation of cavity 4 in holding cavity 4 the long stroke of walking by first blast gate 5 in holding cavity 4 to can ensure that first baffle 7 is whole to be heated evenly, prevent that any position of first baffle 7 from producing the condensing.
As a specific embodiment, a first temperature and humidity detecting device 12 is disposed on a side of the first partition 7 facing the first independent space 2, and a first temperature detecting device 13 is disposed on a side of the first partition 7 facing the accommodating cavity 4.
In this embodiment, preferably, the first temperature and humidity detecting device 12 is a temperature and humidity sensor, the temperature and humidity sensor can acquire the temperature and the humidity in the first independent space 2, the dew point Ad under this working condition can be calculated by using the acquired temperature and humidity, the dew point Ad is the critical temperature analyzed by the water in the air under this working condition, and the calculation of the dew point by using the temperature and the humidity is the prior art. Preferably, the first temperature detecting device 13 is a temperature sensor, and the first temperature detecting device 13 can continuously detect T1min, that is, the first temperature detecting device 13 can continuously detect the temperature T2 in the accommodating cavity 4. In the first air valve 5, the second air valve 9 and the third air valve 11 are all opened, under the condition that the inner fan 6 and the outer fan 10 run simultaneously, the temperature of the mixed air in the accommodating cavity 4 needs to be obtained by the first temperature detection device 13, and then the temperature is compared with the dew point Ad in the first independent space 2, if the temperature of the mixed air is lower than the dew point Ad in the first independent space 2, the condition of generating condensed water can occur on the first partition 7, so that the rotating speed of the inner fan 6 needs to be controlled to be increased, the rotating speed of the outer fan 10 is reduced, the hot air in the first independent space 2 occupies a large amount in the accommodating cavity 4, the external cold air occupies a small amount in the accommodating cavity 4, and the temperature of the mixed air is adjusted to be higher than the dew point Ad in the first independent space 2. Therefore, the arrangement of the first temperature and humidity detecting device 12 and the first temperature detecting device 13 realizes that no condensed water is generated on the first partition plate 7 on the basis that external cold air participates in the air conditioner to cool the electrical components in the cabinet. Referring to fig. 1, the blowing direction of the inner fan 6 is from left to right, and the blowing direction of the outer fan 10 is from right to left.
As a specific embodiment, a second temperature detecting device 14 is provided on a side of the second partition 8 facing the second isolated space 3.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the second temperature detecting device 14 is a temperature sensor, which is used to obtain the temperature T1 in the second independent space 3, and is also substantially equivalent to obtaining the outside temperature, so as to determine whether the air conditioner operates in the cooling mode alone, the low-frequency cooling and fresh air adding mode, or the fresh air only mode. Wherein, the new trend mode refers to the cooling of the electrical components in the cabinet by the air conditioner with the participation of outside cold wind.
As a specific implementation mode, the bottom of the first independent space 2 is provided with a water pan, the second partition plate 8 is provided with a drainage structure towards the side of the containing cavity 4, the drainage structure comprises a first drainage plate 15, and the first drainage plate 15 is extended to the water pan by the second partition plate 8 so as to drain the condensed water produced by the second partition plate 8 towards the side of the containing cavity 4 into the water pan.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the temperature is lower and hot-blast entering through first blast gate 5 in the first independent space 2 holds cavity 4, its side temperature that holds cavity 4 towards can appear in second baffle 8 is higher, the lower condition of side temperature towards second independent space 3, therefore, second baffle 8 can produce the comdenstion water towards the side that holds cavity 4, in order to make the comdenstion water from holding cavity 4 in the inflow water collector, first drainage plate 15 has been set up in holding cavity 4, be constructed the bar groove that can make first drainage plate 15 pass through on the first baffle 7, pass through from the bar groove as first drainage plate 15, and after extending to water collector department, the bar groove only remains a narrower gap, only supply to make the comdenstion water flow through.
As a specific implementation mode, the drainage structure further comprises a plurality of inclined second drainage plates 16, each second drainage plate 16 is sequentially arranged on the side surface of the second partition plate 8 facing the accommodating cavity 4 at intervals, and each second drainage plate 16 is positioned above the first drainage plate 15.
In this embodiment, in order to allow the condensate that has accumulated on the second partition 8 to be quickly drained onto the first drainage plate 15 and then into the drip tray to prevent the condensate from frosting on the second partition 8, a plurality of inclined second drainage plates 16 are provided on the side of the second partition 8 facing the receiving cavity 4. The inclined second drainage plate 16 is adopted for drainage, so that the structure is simple, and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient. Simultaneously, the slope of second drainage plate 16 has also realized that the drop of water can be drained to first drainage plate 15 fast on.
The invention also provides a cabinet air conditioner control method, which is used for controlling the operation of the cabinet air conditioner and comprises the following steps: an acquisition step of acquiring a temperature T1 in the second independent space 3; and a judging and executing step, namely controlling the first air valve 5 to be opened or closed according to the size relation between T1 and Ta, wherein Ta is a first preset value.
In the present embodiment, the second temperature detection device 14 is used to acquire the temperature T1 in the second independent space 3. Whether the first air valve 5 is opened or not is determined by determining whether or not the condensate water is generated on the first partition 7 at the temperature at this time through the magnitude relation between the temperatures T1 and Ta.
As a specific implementation mode, when Ta > T1, the first air valve 5 is controlled to be opened, and the inner fan 6 is controlled to operate.
In this embodiment, the first predetermined value Ta is 35 ℃ and 35 ℃ is the temperature boundary. When T1 is less than 35 ℃, the temperature difference between the two sides of the first partition plate 7 is larger, and the first partition plate 7 can generate condensed water towards the side surface of the first independent space 2, so that the first air valve 5 needs to be controlled to be opened, the operation of the inner fan 6 is controlled, and hot air in the first independent space 2 enters the accommodating cavity 4 through the first air valve 5, so that the temperature difference between the two sides of the first partition plate 7 is reduced.
As a specific implementation mode, when Ta is more than T1 and is more than or equal to Tb, and when the second air valve 9, the third air valve 11 and the outer fan 10 are included, the compressor 20 of the cabinet air conditioner is controlled to operate at a first frequency, the second air valve 9 is controlled to be opened, the third air valve 11 is controlled to be opened, and the outer fan 10 is controlled to operate, wherein Tb is a second preset value.
In this embodiment, the second preset value Tb is 25 ℃, when the temperature T1 is greater than 35 ℃ and greater than or equal to 25 ℃, it indicates that the outside air temperature is slightly low, on the basis of eliminating the condensed water generated on the side surface of the first partition 7 facing the first independent space 2, the outside cold air and the compressor 20 can be controlled to operate at the first frequency together to cool the inside of the cabinet, that is, the compressor 20 operates at the first frequency to cool, the first air valve 5, the second air valve 9 and the third air valve 11 are all opened, the inner fan 6 and the outer fan 10 operate simultaneously, the outside cold air and the hot air in the first independent space 2 simultaneously enter the accommodating cavity 4 to mix, and then the mixed air enters the first independent space 2 through the third air valve 11, is further cooled through the evaporator 19 and then is blown into the cabinet to cool the electrical components. Wherein the compressor 20 is operated at a first frequency, i.e., the air conditioner is operated in a low frequency cooling mode.
As a specific embodiment, when Tb is more than T1 and more than or equal to Tc, and when the second air valve 9, the third air valve 11 and the outer fan 10 are included, the compressor 20 is controlled to stop running, the second air valve 9 is controlled to be opened, the third air valve 11 is controlled to be opened, and the outer fan 10 is controlled to run, wherein Tc is a third preset value.
In this embodiment, the third predetermined value Tc is 20 ℃, when the temperature T1 is greater than 25 ℃ and greater than or equal to 20 ℃, it indicates that the outside air temperature is low, and on the basis of eliminating the condensed water generated on the side surface of the first partition 7 facing the first independent space 2, the outside cold air can be directly used to cool the electrical components in the cabinet. At this moment, the compressor 20 stops working, that is, the air conditioner does not refrigerate, the second air valve 9 and the third air valve 11 are opened, the outer fan 10 is started, then, under the driving of the wind power of the outer fan 10, the external cold air enters the accommodating cavity 4 from the second air valve 9, enters the first independent space 2 from the third air valve 11, and finally enters the cabinet body through the evaporator 19 to be cooled.
In a specific embodiment, when Tc > T1 and when the second air valve 9, the third air valve 11 and the external fan 10 are included, the second air valve 9 is controlled to be closed, the third air valve 11 is controlled to be closed, and the compressor 20 is controlled to operate at a second frequency, wherein the second frequency is greater than the first frequency.
In this embodiment, when T1 < 20 ℃, because the ambient temperature is too low, if direct introduction external cold wind when to the electrical components in the cabinet cooling, can produce great influence to electrical components's circuit board, for example can be with higher speed the ageing of circuit board, consequently can not direct introduction external cold wind to cool down in the cabinet, can only eliminate first baffle 7 and produce the basis of comdenstion water on the side towards first isolated space 2, open compressor 20 and come to cool down the electrical components in the cabinet with the operation of second frequency. Wherein the compressor 20 operates at the second frequency, i.e., the cabinet air conditioner operates in the normal cooling mode. Meanwhile, when outside cold air is not introduced to participate in cooling in the cabinet, the second air valve 9 needs to be closed, or the second air valve 9 and the third air valve 11 need to be closed together.
As a specific embodiment, when T1 is more than or equal to Ta, the first air valve 5 is controlled to be closed.
In this embodiment, when T1 is greater than or equal to 35 ℃, it indicates that the outside air temperature is high, the temperature difference between the two sides of the first partition 7 is small, and under the action of the high air temperature, the side of the first partition 7 facing the first independent space 2 does not generate condensed water, so that the first air valve 5 can be closed.
In a specific embodiment, the second air valve 9 is controlled to be closed, the third air valve 11 is controlled to be closed, and the compressor 20 is controlled to operate at the second frequency.
In this embodiment, when T1 is greater than or equal to 35 ℃, since the outside air temperature is high, the compressor 20 is only required to operate at the second frequency to cool the inside of the cabinet, and outside air is not required to be introduced to cool, so that the second air valve 9 can be closed, or the second air valve 9 and the third air valve 11 can be closed together, so as to prevent outside air from entering the first independent space 2.
Specifically, a second temperature and humidity detection device 17 can be further arranged in the accommodating cavity 4, and preferably, the second temperature and humidity detection device 17 is a temperature and humidity sensor. The second temperature/humidity detection device 17 can acquire the temperature and humidity in the accommodating cavity 4, and can calculate the dew point temperature Ae in the accommodating cavity 4 through the acquired temperature and humidity. Meanwhile, the first temperature detection device 13 also obtains the temperature T2 in the accommodating cavity 4, and when T2 is greater than Ae, it indicates that no condensed water is generated on the side surface of the second partition plate 8 facing the accommodating cavity 4; when T2 is less than Ae, it indicates that the side of the second partition 8 facing the receiving cavity 4 will produce condensed water. The produced condensed water can be collected in the water pan, a water level sensor 23 is further arranged in the water pan, and when the water level sensor 23 monitors that the water level height h is larger than a water level preset value h1, the drain valve 22 is opened to drain water. Wherein h1 is 3cm. When T1 is more than or equal to Ta and Ta is more than T1 and is more than or equal to Tb, the condensed water stored in the water receiving tray is guided to the condenser 18 to cool the condenser under the action of the water guide pump 21, so that the heat exchange effect of the condenser 18 is improved, and the energy efficiency ratio of a unit is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the damper 1 is the first damper 5, the damper 2 is the second damper 9, and the damper 3 is the third damper 11, and condensed water is condensed water. T1, T2 are detected, i.e. the temperature T1 in the second independent space 3 is detected by the second temperature detecting means 14 and the temperature T2 in the receiving cavity 4 is detected by the first temperature detecting means 13. When T1 is larger than or equal to Ta, a compression refrigeration mode is started, namely the compressor 20 operates at the second frequency for refrigeration, at the moment, due to the fact that the temperature is high, the first partition plate 7 cannot generate condensed water, and therefore the air valve 1 is closed, the air valve 2 is closed, and the air valve 3 is closed. When Ta is more than T1 and is more than or equal to Tb, a low-frequency compression refrigeration and fresh air mode is entered, namely, the compressor 20 operates at a first frequency and cools electrical components in the cabinet together with external cold air, and at the temperature, the first partition plate 7 can produce condensed water, so that the air valve 1 is opened, the air valve 2 is opened, and the air valve 3 is opened. When Tb is larger than T1 and larger than Tc, the fresh air mode is started, namely the compressor 20 stops running, and the electrical components in the cabinet are cooled only by using external cold air, and at the temperature, condensed water is generated by the first partition plate 7, so that the air valve 1 is opened, the air valve 2 is opened, and the air valve 3 is opened. When Tc is larger than T1, the external temperature is too low, the internal electrical elements of the cabinet cannot be cooled directly by using external cold air, the cabinet can only be cooled by using air conditioner refrigeration, and a compression refrigeration mode is entered, namely, the compressor 20 operates at the second frequency for refrigeration, at the temperature, the first partition plate 7 generates condensate water, so that the air valve 1 is opened to enable hot air in the first independent space 2 to enter the accommodating cavity 4 to eliminate the condensate water generated by the first partition plate 7, and the air valve 2 and the air valve 3 are closed to prevent the external cold air from entering. When T2 is less than Ad, the rotating speed of the inner fan and the rotating speed of the outer fan are adjusted in time to be higher than the dew point temperature Ad, namely the rotating speed of the inner fan 6 is controlled to be accelerated, the rotating speed of the outer fan 10 is controlled to be reduced, and the temperature T2 in the accommodating cavity 4 is higher than the dew point temperature Ad, so that the first partition plate 7 is prevented from generating condensed water; and when T2 is not more than Ad, normally operating the corresponding mode of the interval in which T1 is positioned, namely operating the corresponding mode according to the size relation between T1 and Ta, tb and Tc. When T2 is more than or equal to Ae, the system generates condensed water, namely the side surface of the second clapboard 8 facing the containing cavity 4 generates condensed water, the generated condensed water is drained into the water pan through the drainage structure, and when the water level sensor 23 detects that the water level h in the water pan is less than or equal to h1, the water pan continues to store water; when the water level h is more than h1, the drain valve is opened to ensure that h is less than or equal to h1, namely the drain valve 22 is opened to drain the redundant water to ensure that the water level h in the water pan is less than or equal to h1. When T1 is greater than or equal to Ta and Ta is greater than T1 and is greater than or equal to Tb, the temperature is high, and the condensed water stored in the water receiving tray needs to be guided to the condenser 18 through the water guide pump 21 to cool the condenser, so that the heat exchange effect of the condenser 18 is improved, and the energy efficiency ratio of a unit is improved.
