The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the sedimentation layering box is of a conical structure, the upper part of the sedimentation layering box is provided with a sedimentation blocking structure, the water outlet of the third connecting pipe is positioned below the sedimentation blocking structure, and the overflow port is positioned above the sedimentation blocking structure; the liquid inlet of the high-speed centrifuge is communicated with the bottom of the sedimentation layering box, and the liquid outlet of the high-speed centrifuge is communicated with the top of the sedimentation layering box.

The apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the sedimentation blocking structure comprises a plurality of groups of inclined plates which are arranged up and down, the inclined plates are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the sedimentation layering box, a sewage flow channel is arranged between the adjacent groups of inclined plates, and a sewage flow channel is arranged between the adjacent inclined plates.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the oil tank is characterized in that the bottom of the oil tank is arranged to be of a conical structure, the upper portion of the oil tank is provided with an oil baffle plate, the oil baffle plate is a grid plate and is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the oil tank, and the overflow gap is located above the oil baffle plate.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: except that the oil tank and clean water tank pass through labyrinth passageway intercommunication, the water inlet of labyrinth passageway is located the lower part of removing the oil tank, and the delivery port of labyrinth passageway is located the upper portion of clean water tank.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: an ozone generator is arranged in the oil removing machine.
9. A treatment method of a recycling treatment apparatus for a polishing solution according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, introducing polishing solution sewage of a polishing machine into a sewage storage tank through a first connecting pipe, and stirring and crushing a polishing solution in the sewage storage tank by using a stirring and crushing machine in the sewage storage tank;
s2, enabling sewage in the sewage storage tank to enter a filtering device through a second connecting pipe for primary filtering, and enabling the filtered sewage to enter a precipitation layering tank through a third connecting pipe;
s3, precipitating the sewage in the precipitation layering tank at the bottom of the precipitation layering tank, further precipitating through an inclined plate, and enabling the precipitated sewage to enter the upper part of the inclined plate and enter the inside of the oil removing tank through an overflow port; the high-speed centrifuge extracts the sediment at the bottom of the sediment layering box for solid-liquid separation, the separated liquid is sent back to the sediment layering box,
s4, after oil stain is blocked by the oil baffle plate in the liquid storage tank, the polishing liquid sewage enters the water purification tank through the labyrinth passage; the oil removing machine is used for cleaning oil stains above the oil baffle plate;
and S5, returning the bottom sediment to the sediment layering tank through a circulating pipeline at the bottom of the water purification tank, and returning the treated finishing liquid to the finishing machine for recycling through a liquid supply pipeline by the water purification tank.
