the wear-resisting plate is provided with a first surface facing the mounting bottom surface, a second surface and a third surface respectively facing the two mounting side surfaces; the compression push head is provided with an internal cavity, the mounting bottom surface and the mounting side surface are respectively provided with a plurality of pore passages communicated with the internal cavity, and the first surface, the second surface and the third surface are provided with a plurality of limiting grooves; the positions of the plurality of pore passages respectively correspond to the positions of the plurality of limiting grooves, and regulating parts are arranged in the pore passages and the limiting grooves respectively corresponding to the pore passages;

2. The wear-resistant pushing head as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wear-resistant plate comprises fixing portions disposed at two ends of the mounting through groove, and the fixing portions are fixedly disposed on the outer eaves side wall of the mounting through groove.

The wear-resistant pusher head of claim 2, wherein the fixing portion is provided with a fixing screw and a fixing member, and the fixing portion is further provided with a through hole, the compression pusher head is provided with a slotted hole, the compression pusher head has an outer face and an inner face, and the slotted hole is opened between the outer face and the inner face; the fixing screw can pass through the through hole and the slot-shaped hole and is fixedly connected with the fixing piece arranged on the inner face, so that the fixing part is fixed on the compression push head.
4. The wear-resistant pusher head of claim 1 wherein the wear-resistant plate comprises a wear-resistant upper plate and a wear-resistant lower plate, and the wear-resistant upper plate and the wear-resistant lower plate are respectively mounted on the mounting through slots.
5. A wear-resistant pusher head according to claim 1 wherein said mounting channel is in the form of a recess having a mounting bottom surface that is rectangular in shape and two mounting side surfaces that are rectangular in shape and perpendicular to said mounting bottom surface.

The wear-resistant pusher head of claim 4, wherein the width of the side of the wear-resistant upper plate and the wear-resistant lower plate facing the mounting bottom surface is less than half of the width of the mounting bottom surface, so that a gap is formed between the wear-resistant upper plate and the wear-resistant lower plate and the mounting through groove.
7. The wear-resistant pushing head of claim 1, wherein the adjusting member is an adjusting screw, a thread groove is arranged in the hole channel, and the adjusting screw can be in threaded connection with the thread groove and extends into the limiting groove.
8. The wear head as in claim 7, wherein the adjustment screw has a threaded portion, and when the wear plate is fixedly mounted in the mounting channel, the threaded portion has a length greater than a length from outside the channel to a bottom of the retaining groove.
9. A wear resistant pusher head as set forth in claim 1 wherein said wear plate is made of polyamide fiber.
10. A trash compactor comprising a wear-resistant pusher head according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
