The fixed seat 8 moves downwards to drive the protective cover 1704 to move downwards to cover the area of the PP plate needing to be drilled through the fourth fixed block 1701 and the fourth sliding rod 1702, the fixed seat 8 continues to move downwards to drive the fourth fixed block 1701 to move downwards, the fifth elastic piece 1705 is compressed accordingly, when the electric drill bit 9 operates to drill the PP plate, the fragments can be prevented from splashing under the action of the protective cover 1704, when the fixed seat 8 moves upwards to reset to drive the fourth fixed block 1701 to move upwards to reset, the fifth elastic piece 1705 resets accordingly, after the fifth elastic piece 1705 is completely reset, the fourth fixed block 1701 continues to move upwards to drive the protective cover 1704 to move upwards through the fourth sliding rod 1702 to be separated from the PP plate.
