The indexable cutter 3 is provided with a corresponding number of blades on the cutter bar 101 and fixed by the screws 6, a plurality of screwdrivers with different specifications need to be prepared on the operation site to replace the blades of the indexable cutter 3, the screwdrivers are often lacked or not applicable in the production process, the proper screwdrivers need to be searched for in a long time to meet the part processing requirements, and the whole process is time-consuming, labor-consuming and low in efficiency. replacing a new indexable insert;
the tool for replacing the indexable insert is continuously used to tighten the screw so that a new indexable insert is mounted on the indexable tool.
