When the flux-cored wire 4 is cut off and flattened and sealed, the cut-off part of the flux-cored wire 4 is bent by the hollow triangular block 404, so that both ends of the cut of the flux-cored wire 4 are bent, and further need to be straightened, after the cut-off is finished, the two first driving pieces 203 are controlled to continuously drive the two second driving pieces 204 and the two first clamping pieces 205 to move rightwards, so that the two push plates 302 are continuously moved rightwards, so that the U-shaped frame 305 is continuously moved rightwards, namely the two third driving pieces 306 and the second clamping pieces 307 are moved rightwards, so that the cut right part of the flux-cored wire 4 and the flux-cored wire 4 are continuously moved rightwards, meanwhile, the fourth driving piece 701 is controlled to start working, the fifth connecting plate 702 is driven to move downwards by the fourth driving piece 701, so that the two limiting plates 703 are driven to move downwards, and when the two limiting plates 703 move downwards, since the torsion springs between the two connecting frames 704 and the two sixth connecting plates 705 are in a torsion state, as the limiting plates 703 move downward, and the lower wavy curved portions of the two limiting plates 703 contact the upper round rods of the two shifting plates 706, based on the top-down view, the front sixth connecting plate 705 and the front straightening rod 707 rotate counterclockwise around the front torsion spring rotating shaft, and the rear sixth connecting plate 705 and the rear straightening rod 707 rotate clockwise around the front torsion spring rotating shaft, that is, the two straightening rods 707 rotate to contact the cut right side of the flux-cored wire 4, and as the cut-off opening passes between the two straightening rods 707, since the two torsion springs are in a torsion state at this time, and the two straightening rods 707 apply pressure to the cut right side of the flux-cored wire 4, therefore, when the cut-off bending portion of the flux-cored wire 4 passes through the two straightening rods 707, the bending section of the cut-off right portion of the flux-cored wire 4 is straightened by the two straightening rods 707, and then the fourth driving member 701 is controlled to move downward again, so that the upper wavy bending portions of the two limiting plates 703 are in contact with the upper ends of the two shifting plates 706, further the front sixth connecting plate 705 and the front straightening rod 707 rotate counterclockwise again around the front torsion spring rotating shaft, the rear sixth connecting plate 705 and the rear straightening rod 707 rotate clockwise again around the rear torsion spring rotating shaft, so that the two straightening rods 707 are in contact with and extrude the cut-off of the flux-cored wire 4, thereby realizing two times of pulling of the straightening rods 707, straightening the cut-off of the flux-cored wire 4, and then controlling the two first driving members 203 to stop working, meanwhile, the fifth connecting plate 702 is brought back to the original position by the fourth driving member 701, and further drives the two limiting plates 703 to return to the original positions, so that the two sixth connecting plates 707 and the two straightening rods 707 return to the cut-off portion to be a straight welding rod, then the two second clamping blocks 205 and the two second clamping blocks 205 are separated from the first clamping block 205, and the second clamping block 205 are separated from the cut-off flux-core wire 4, and the first clamping block 205, and the second clamping block 205.

the conveying system comprises a fixed frame (201), a sliding rail (202), a first driving piece (203), a second driving piece (204) and a first clamping block (205); two fixing frames (201) which are symmetrical front and back are fixedly connected to the middle part of the upper surface of the mounting frame (2); the upper parts of the opposite sides of the two fixing frames (201) are respectively fixedly connected with a sliding rail (202); a first driving piece (203) is connected in each of the two sliding rails (202) in a sliding manner; the upper sides of the two first driving pieces (203) are connected with a stretching system; the lower sides of the two first driving pieces (203) are connected with a bending system; two second driving parts (204) are fixedly connected to the opposite sides of the two first driving parts (203); the telescopic ends of the two second driving parts (204) are fixedly connected with a first clamping block (205) respectively, and the opposite sides of the two first clamping blocks (205) are provided with an arc-shaped opening respectively;
the bending system comprises a T-shaped frame (401), a first wedge-shaped block (402), a second elastic piece (403), a hollow triangular block (404), a second wedge-shaped block (405) and an electric heater (406); a T-shaped frame (401) is fixedly connected to the lower sides of the two first driving pieces (203); a first wedge block (402) is fixedly connected to the right part of the lower side of the T-shaped frame (401); two second elastic pieces (403) which are symmetrical front and back are fixedly connected to the right side of the upper surface of the mounting rack (2); the telescopic ends of the two second elastic pieces (403) are fixedly connected with hollow triangular blocks (404); the middle part of the lower surface of the hollow triangular block (404) is fixedly connected with a second wedge-shaped block (405); an electric heater (406) is fixedly connected with the inner upper side of the hollow triangular block (404);
