As described above, the yield and concentration of chlorine dioxide can be controlled by controlling the rate of addition of the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution by controlling the pump speed of the flow pump, and generally, the faster the pump speed, the larger the flow rate of the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution delivered by the flow pump, and the faster the consumption of the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution in the storage medicine tank 1, so that the use time of the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution can be further controlled by controlling the pump speed of the flow pump. The rotating speed of the speed regulation fan is adjusted, the air circulation of the indoor space can be influenced, the rotating speed of the fan is higher, and the air flows faster, so that the disinfection efficiency of the indoor space can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the control module 5 includes a general control unit 51, a control panel 55, a medicine feeding control unit 52 and an air supply control unit 53, the control module 5 may be a PLC integrated machine, the control panel 55 may be a touch screen, a keyboard, and other input devices, a user inputs adjustment information on the control panel 55, including medicine feeding adjustment information, air supply adjustment information, and time adjustment information, the medicine feeding adjustment information includes a flow pump speed, the air supply adjustment information includes a fan rotation speed, and the time adjustment information includes a user-intended use time, for example, after one-time medicine feeding (adding 4 liters of chlorine dioxide aqueous solution and 1 liter of catalyst solution), the user needs the disinfection cabinet to continuously work for 15 days, and then 15 days is the user-intended use time.
The medicine feeding control unit 52 is connected with the medicine feeding module 3 and is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the flow pump and the adjustment of the pump speed; the air supply control unit 53 is connected with the air supply module 4 and is used for controlling the start, stop and rotation speed adjustment of the speed-regulating fan. The medicine delivery control unit 52 and the air delivery control unit 53 may be relay control devices.
The master control unit 51 is connected with the control panel 55, acquires the medicine delivery adjustment information input by the user on the control panel 55, and performs calculation and arrangement according to the adjustment information to obtain target medicine delivery parameters.
In this embodiment, the target drug delivery parameter is a target flow pump speed, for example, the current pump speed is X liters/hour, the user operates on the control panel 55 to input the adjustment information of "increasing chlorine dioxide gas concentration", and the general control unit 51 can increase the pump speed of the flow pump through the drug delivery control unit 52, for example, increasing the pump speed from 0.005 to 0.006 liters/hour; when the user inputs the adjustment information of "use for 15 days", the total control unit 51 performs calculation to obtain the target pumping speed =4 liters/(15 × 24) hour =0.01 liters/hour, and the medicine delivery control unit 52 may control the pumping speed of the flow rate pump to 0.01 liters/hour according to the target pumping speed.
The target air supply parameter is the target fan rotation speed, and acquires air supply adjustment information input by the user on the control panel 55, and adjusts the fan rotation speed according to the air supply adjustment parameter. For example, when the current fan speed is Y revolutions per minute, the user inputs "increase the air output" adjustment information on the control panel 55, and the main control unit 51 can control the air supply control unit 53 to increase the speed of the speed-adjustable fan, so as to increase the air output of the disinfection cabinet and further improve the disinfection efficiency.
Liquid medicine liquid level detection module 6 is used for detecting the real-time liquid medicine liquid level data of the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution of storing in medical kit 1, and in this embodiment, liquid medicine liquid level detection module 6 can be first level sensor, and first level sensor is connected with total accuse unit 51, and the real-time liquid medicine liquid level data that will record sends to total accuse unit 51, and total accuse unit 51 generates control signal based on real-time liquid medicine liquid level data, and control signal includes running signal and stop signal.
Specifically, when the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution in the storage medicine tank 1 is used, the liquid level is continuously lowered by the conveying action of the flow pump. Therefore, the liquid medicine level threshold data is set in the master control unit 51, and when the real-time liquid medicine level data is lower than the liquid medicine level threshold data, it can be determined that the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution is about to be used and needs to be supplemented.
The main control unit 51 compares and analyzes the real-time liquid medicine level data and the liquid medicine level threshold data, and judges whether the real-time liquid medicine level data is less than or equal to the liquid medicine level threshold data:
if the chlorine dioxide water solution is larger than the preset value, the chlorine dioxide water solution is determined to be sufficient, and the master control unit 51 generates an operation signal;
if the chlorine dioxide content is less than or equal to the predetermined value, the total control unit 51 generates a stop signal when the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution is determined to be insufficient.
When the master control unit 51 sends out an operation signal, the medicine delivery control unit 52 controls the flow pump to keep an operation state according to the operation signal, and the air supply control unit 53 controls the speed-regulating fan to keep the operation state according to the operation signal; when the master control unit 51 sends a stop signal, the medicine delivery control unit 52 controls the flow pump to stop running according to the stop signal, and the air supply control unit 53 controls the speed-regulating fan to stop running according to the stop signal.
Namely, when the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution in the storage medicine box 1 is sufficient, the flow pump and the speed-regulating fan work normally; when the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution in the storage medicine box 1 is insufficient, the flow pump and the speed-regulating fan stop running.
Meanwhile, the control module 5 further comprises an early warning unit 54, the early warning unit 54 is connected with the master control unit 51, and when the master control unit 51 sends out a stop signal, the early warning unit 54 generates a dosing early warning signal according to the stop signal. In this embodiment, the chemical-adding early-warning signal may be one or more of a text display signal, a sound alarm signal and a light alarm signal, or may be an early-warning signal in other forms, so as to remind the user of the need of supplementing the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution.
As can be seen from the above, the catalyst solution is directly added into the reaction medicine box 2, the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution is gradually added into the reaction medicine box 2 through the flow pump, after the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution is consumed, about 4+1=5 liters of wastewater is already stored in the reaction medicine box 2, and for convenience of use, the wastewater needs to be poured out for adding the catalyst solution again. It is worth mentioning that the reaction kit 2 may be set to a capacity of more than 5 litres, for example 6 litres, to accommodate the aqueous chlorine dioxide solution and the catalyst solution.
In order to treat wastewater conveniently, the wastewater treatment device is further provided with a recovery water tank 7 and a water pumping module 8, wherein the recovery water tank 7 is connected with the reaction medicine chest 2 through the water pumping module 8. The water pumping module 8 can be a water pump, a water inlet end of the water pump is arranged at a position close to the bottom in the reaction medicine box 2, and a water outlet end of the water pump is arranged in the recovery water tank 7 and used for recovering the wastewater after the reaction in the reaction medicine box 2 into the recovery water tank 7.
Specifically, in order to control the water pump conveniently, the control module 5 further includes a water pumping control unit 56, and the water pumping control unit 56 is connected to the general control unit 51 and the water pump respectively, and is configured to control the operation and the stop of the water pump according to a control signal of the general control unit 51.
More specifically, when the master control unit 51 generates the operation signal, the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution in the storage medicine box 1 is sufficient at this time, and it can be inferred that the accommodating space still exists in the reaction medicine box 2 and the chlorine dioxide gas is being normally produced in the reaction medicine box 2, so that the water suction pump does not need to pump water; when the master control unit 51 generates the stop signal, the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution in the storage medicine box 1 is insufficient, it is estimated that the reaction medicine box 2 is full and is insufficient to accommodate the catalyst solution to be replenished, and chlorine dioxide gas is no longer produced in the reaction medicine box 2, and at this time, the water pumping control unit 56 controls the water pump to perform a water pumping operation according to the stop signal, and conveys the wastewater in the reaction medicine box 2 to the recovery water tank 7.
After waste water in the reaction water tank is pumped out by the water suction pump, the water suction pump is required to stop working, and the water suction pump is prevented from being damaged due to idling of the water suction pump. Therefore, the reaction medicine box 2 is further provided with a wastewater liquid level detection module 9, the wastewater liquid level detection module 9 is a second liquid level sensor, and the second liquid level sensor detects and acquires the real-time wastewater liquid level data in the reaction medicine box 2, is connected with the master control unit 51, and sends the real-time wastewater liquid level data to the master control unit 51.
Minimum wastewater liquid level threshold data are preset in the master control unit 51, when the water pumping module 8 performs water pumping operation, the master control unit 51 compares and analyzes real-time wastewater liquid level data with a wastewater liquid level threshold value and second minimum wastewater liquid level threshold data, if the real-time wastewater liquid level data is less than or equal to the wastewater liquid level threshold value, the master control unit 51 generates a water pumping pause signal and a wastewater recovery signal, and at the moment, the water pumping control unit 56 controls the water pumping module 8 to stop water pumping operation based on the water pumping pause signal. The wastewater recovery signal is similar to the dosing early warning signal, can be one or more of a character display signal, a sound alarm signal and a light alarm signal, and can also be an early warning signal in other forms so as to remind a user of the need of wastewater treatment.
Certainly, the total control unit 51 can also add the highest wastewater liquid level threshold value data to the reaction water tank, and in the operation process of the system, if the real-time wastewater liquid level data in the reaction water tank is higher than the highest wastewater liquid level threshold value data, it is determined that the reaction water tank is full, and wastewater recovery treatment needs to be performed immediately. At this time, the main control unit 51 may also generate a stop signal to control the flow pump to stop the medicine feeding operation by the medicine feeding control unit 52, control the speed-adjusting fan to stop the air feeding operation by the air feeding control unit 53, and perform the water pumping operation by the water pumping control unit 56.
In order to facilitate the user to know the operation condition of the system, the control module 5 further comprises a display unit 57, the display unit 57 can be a display screen, and the data displayed by the display includes, but is not limited to, a medicine feeding parameter, an air feeding parameter, a real-time wastewater level data, a real-time liquid level data, an operation signal, a stop signal, a medicine feeding early warning signal and a wastewater recovery signal, and the operation states of the medicine feeding module 3, the air feeding module 4 and the water pumping module 8.
The implementation principle of this application embodiment disinfection cabinet automatic reagent feeding system does: the medicine conveying module 3 conveys the disinfectant gas solution from the storage medicine box 1 to the catalyst solution in the reaction medicine box 2, and compared with the method of directly adding the catalyst into the disinfectant gas solution, the control is more convenient; target medicine delivery parameters are obtained through the adjustment information, and the medicine delivery module 3 is adjusted according to the target medicine delivery parameters, so that the reaction dosage of the disinfectant gas solution is automatically controlled according to the user requirements, and the adaptability is stronger; the operation and the stop of the medicine feeding module 3 and the air supply module 4 are realized according to the real-time liquid medicine level data of the medicine box 1, the medicine feeding module 3 and the air supply module 4 are automatically controlled, and the automation degree is improved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses an automatic dosing method for the disinfection cabinet, which is applied to the automatic dosing system for the disinfection cabinet, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring adjustment information based on the control module;
acquiring target medicine delivery parameters based on the adjustment information so that the medicine delivery module executes medicine delivery operation based on the target medicine delivery parameters;
