Description

Endoscope with disposable sleeve
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of endoscopes, in particular to an endoscope with a disposable sleeve.
Background
The endoscope is a detection instrument integrating traditional optics, ergonomics, precision machinery, modern electronics, mathematics and software into a whole. It has image sensor, optical lens, light source lighting, mechanical device, etc. and may enter the stomach orally or through other natural pore canal. Since a lesion that cannot be visualized by X-rays can be seen by an endoscope, the endoscope plays a very important role in medical diagnosis.
Because the endoscope is a precise electronic device and is made of high polymer materials, high-temperature steam sterilization cannot be used, and the existing various disinfectors and disinfectants are difficult to thoroughly disinfect the endoscope body with a complex structure, thereby easily causing cross infection.
Chinese patent publication No. CN102038479a, publication No. 2011/05/04/h, discloses a disposable endoscope protective sleeve, which is used to solve the problem of unreliable sterilization of gastrointestinal endoscopes by conventional methods due to materials and structure reasons, and is used to cover and protect the endoscope body where it can contact with the body cavity and body fluid in clinic, so that the disposable endoscope body can be covered and protected by the disposable consumable material. Thereby the medical endoscope achieves the reliable disinfection effect of disposable use. This reduces the time required for disinfection and the consumption of water and electricity for disinfection and medical waste water pollution, and accelerates the turnover of the lens body.
However, the disposable water gas pipe of the disposable protecting sleeve of the endoscope is independently arranged outside the inserting part, the connection between the rear section of the disposable water gas pipe and the operating part of the endoscope body is even outside the cuff, and the rear section of the disposable water gas pipe is easy to bend, flatten and block in the operating process, thereby influencing the normal use of instruments.
Therefore, the company discloses an endoscope assembly through Chinese patent publication No. CN112842229A, publication No. 2021, 05 and 28, which comprises an operation part, an insertion part connected with the operation part, a tip part arranged at the end part of the insertion part and a protective film sleeved outside the operation part, wherein the operation part is provided with an angle knob, a water gas valve, an attraction valve and a three-way part; one end of the water gas pipe and one end of the clamp pipe are both fixed with the movable head, and the movable head is respectively provided with a through hole communicated with the water gas pipe and the clamp pipe. The condition of cross infection of the endoscope during repeated use is avoided, and the endoscope is convenient for medical staff to use and operate.
This patent is to having solved disposable aqueous vapor pipe in the outer problem of portion of inserting, will disposable aqueous vapor pipe and pincers way pipe install in the portion of inserting, leads through pincers way pipe and aqueous vapor pipe, solves disposable aqueous vapor pipe and sets up the problem of buckling easily and flattening the jam outside the portion of inserting alone, nevertheless this patent structure still has internal defect.
The clamp pipe and aqueous vapor pipe one end are the fixed head of direct fixed connection, and the other end lacks effectual connecting piece for clamp pipe and aqueous vapor pipe need buckle respectively and are connected to outside first opening and the operation portion second through-hole of Y type valve, and disposable aqueous vapor pipe and disposable clamp pipe take place the guide to hinder in the department of buckling easily when passing through clamp pipe and aqueous vapor pipe guide like this, make disposable aqueous vapor pipe and disposable clamp pipe guide installation process unsmooth, take place to buckle even and block up.
