Abstract
一种网络自动化管理方法及装置,用以实现对网络闭环自动化过程的监控,从而达到较好的网络运维效果,并提高网络运维效率。该方法为:闭环监控功能单元获取闭环场景的闭环监控能力信息,并根据闭环场景的闭环监控能力信息确定闭环场景的至少一个闭环监控点;闭环监控能力信息表征闭环场景支持的闭环监控能力;闭环监控功能单元向闭环执行功能单元发送闭环监控请求,闭环监控请求中包括闭环场景的信息和至少一个闭环监控点的信息;在闭环场景的闭环运行过程中,闭环执行功能单元执行到至少一个闭环监控点时获取闭环监控点的监控信息,并向闭环监控功能单元发送监控通知,闭环监控通知携带闭环监控点的标识和监控信息。这样网络运维效果较好,网络运维效率高。
