Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for determining a positioning assistance terminal device.
Background
In a communication system, the positioning of a terminal device and a Sidelink link between terminal devices includes absolute positioning, relative positioning, and ranging. Fig. 1 illustrates an example schematic diagram of a method for determining a location assistance terminal device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, taking the Downlink time difference of arrival (DL-TDOA) based positioning method as an example, a plurality of Road Side Units (RSUs) may be disposed at the Road Side, and each RSU may correspond to fixed location information, for example. The UE may determine a specific location of the UE relative to the RSU based on positioning signals transmitted by multiple roadside units over the sidelink link by measuring the positioning signals. The plurality of RSUs may be, for example, three or more. For example, the positioning signal may include position information of a road side unit, and the UE may measure time difference of arrival of three positioning signals transmitted by three road side units, for example, and based on the time difference of arrival of the three positioning signals and the position information of each road side unit, the UE may determine the position information of the UE, or the position information of the UE relative to a certain road side unit.
Among them, in addition to DL-TDOA, the positioning scheme has Uplink time difference of arrival (UL-TDOA), multiple round trip time (Multiple RTT), angle-of-arrival (AOA) or angle-of-departure (AOD), carrier phase positioning, and so on. If the positioning result is that absolute position information such as GPS based on RSU is not converted into absolute position coordinates, the positioning result is relative positioning. And conversely, absolute positioning is carried out. RSUs participating in relative positioning or absolute positioning are positioning assistance UEs.
Among them, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, if positioning involves only two UEs, the two UEs are mutually the positioning assistance UEs of each other.
And, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, there are different types in the positioning assistance UE, such as positioning assistance UE that may include RSU type. Among them, a positioning assistance UE of RSU type belongs to an infrastructure, which can provide a positioning service by cooperating with other RSUs. For example, a normal UE may also be used as a positioning assistance UE, which is difficult to assist in providing positioning services with other UEs. In addition, some positioning assistance UEs have location information such as GPS, which may assist other UEs in absolute positioning, and some other positioning assistance UEs may not have location information such as GPS.

For example, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the second terminal device may be, for example, a target location assistance terminal device, which the first terminal device may determine through a relocation proximity services ProSe discovery mechanism. The first terminal device may determine the second terminal device as a target positioning assistance terminal device. The first terminal device may send the indication information to the second terminal device, and the second terminal device may confirm that the second terminal device is the positioning assistance terminal device itself.
For example, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first terminal device may send SL positioning related request information to the second terminal device. When the second terminal device receives the SL positioning-related request message, the second terminal device may determine at least one positioning assistance terminal device, that is, the second terminal may determine one or more positioning assistance terminal devices. The second terminal device may send a response message to the first terminal device, and the first terminal device may determine the at least one positioning assistance terminal device as the positioning assistance terminal device due to the at least one positioning assistance terminal device included in the response message.
For example, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the response information may include confirmed positioning assistance information sent by one or more candidate positioning assistance terminal devices, where the confirmed positioning assistance information is used for determining the positioning assistance terminal device. The first terminal device may determine, based on the confirmed positioning assistance information, at least one positioning assistance terminal device that sent the confirmed positioning assistance information as a positioning assistance terminal device.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, SL positioning related request information is sent to the second terminal device, where the SL positioning related request information is used for requesting positioning of the auxiliary terminal device; receiving response information sent by the second terminal device for the SL positioning related request information, wherein the response information comprises at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device determined by the second terminal device; at least one positioning assistance terminal device is determined as a positioning assistance terminal device. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the positioning auxiliary terminal device may be determined based on the response information sent by the second terminal device, so that the situation that the positioning auxiliary terminal device cannot be determined is reduced, and the accuracy of determining the positioning auxiliary terminal device may be improved. receiving a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification list sent by first terminal equipment, wherein the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification list comprises at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification;
determining at least one positioning assistance terminal device based on the list of candidate positioning assistance terminal device identifications;
and sending response information to the first terminal equipment, wherein the response information comprises at least one positioning auxiliary terminal equipment.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the receiving module 2301 is configured to, when determining at least one positioning assistance terminal device based on the candidate positioning assistance terminal device identification list, specifically:
and negotiating with at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device to determine at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device based on the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device identification list, wherein the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device corresponds to the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device identification.

and receiving confirmation information sent by at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device aiming at the SL positioning related request information, and taking at least one terminal device sending the confirmation information in the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device as at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication device includes a second terminal device, the apparatus is configured on the second terminal device side, and the receiving module 2301 is configured to, before sending the at least one positioning assistance terminal device to the first terminal device, further specifically:
at least one positioning assistance terminal device is determined by negotiation with the primary positioning assistance terminal device.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the receiving module 2301 is configured to, when negotiating with the primary positioning assistance terminal device to determine at least one positioning assistance terminal device, specifically:
sending SL positioning related request information to main positioning auxiliary terminal equipment;

Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication device includes a second terminal device, the apparatus is configured on the second terminal device side, and the receiving module 2301 is configured to, before sending the at least one positioning assistance terminal device to the first terminal device, further specifically:
and negotiating with network side equipment or a location management function entity (LMF) to determine at least one location auxiliary terminal equipment.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the receiving module 2301, configured to, when negotiating with a network side device or a location management function entity LMF to determine at least one location-assisted terminal device, specifically:
responding to the second terminal equipment within the coverage range of the network side equipment, and sending SL positioning related request information to the network side equipment or LMF;
and receiving at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device sent by the network side device or the LMF aiming at the SL positioning related request information.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the SL positioning related request information includes at least one of the following:
a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification list;
a signal quality corresponding to at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device identity in the list of candidate positioning assistance terminal device identities.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication device includes a primary positioning assistance terminal device, the apparatus is configured on the primary positioning assistance terminal device side, and the receiving module 2301 is further configured to:
receiving SL positioning related request information sent by second terminal equipment;
sending SL positioning related request information to at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device;
receiving confirmation information sent by at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device aiming at the SL positioning related request information, and taking at least one terminal device which sends the confirmation information in the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device as at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device;
and sending response information aiming at the SL positioning related request information to the second terminal equipment, wherein the response information comprises at least one positioning auxiliary terminal equipment.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication device includes an LMF, the apparatus is configured on the LMF side, and the receiving module 2301 is further configured to:
receiving a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification list and a signal quality measurement result of at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification sent by first terminal equipment;
sending a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier list and a signal quality measurement result of at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier to network side equipment;
and receiving at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device sent by the network side device.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication device includes an LMF, the apparatus is configured on the LMF side, and the sending module 2302 is further configured to:
negotiating with at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device to determine at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device based on a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device identification list sent by the network side device or the second terminal device;
and sending at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device to the network side device or the second terminal device.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the location assistance terminal device is determined by means of a negotiation with the terminal device through LPP messages.
Optionally, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the LPP message includes requested assistance information and/or provided assistance information of the LPP.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication device includes a network side device, the apparatus is configured on the network side, and the receiving module 2301 is further configured to:
receiving a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification list and a signal quality measurement result of at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification sent by first terminal equipment;
sending a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier list and a signal quality measurement result of at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier to an LMF;
and receiving at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device sent by the LMF.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication device includes a network side device, the apparatus is configured on the network side, and the sending module 2302 is further configured to:
negotiating with at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device to determine at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device based on a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device identification list sent by an LMF or a second terminal device;
and sending the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device to the LMF or the second terminal device.
Fig. 24 is a block diagram of a terminal device UE2400 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, the UE2400 can be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal device, a messaging device, a gaming console, a tablet device, a medical device, a fitness device, a personal digital assistant, and so forth.
Referring to fig. 24, the ue2400 may include at least one of the following components: a processing component 2402, a memory 2404, a power component 2406, a multimedia component 2408, an audio component 2410, an input/output (I/O) interface 2412, a sensor component 2414, and a communication component 2416.
The processing component 2402 generally controls overall operation of the UE2400, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 2402 may include at least one processor 2420 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 2402 can include at least one module that facilitates interaction between processing component 2402 and other components. For example, the processing component 2402 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 2408 and the processing component 2402.
The memory 2404 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the UE 2400. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the UE2400, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 2404 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile storage devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power component 2406 provides power to the various components of the UE 2400. The power components 2406 may include a power management system, at least one power source, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the UE 2400.
The multimedia components 2408 include screens that provide an output interface between the UE2400 and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes at least one touch sensor to sense touch, slide, and gesture on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect a wake-up time and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 2408 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the UE2400 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 2410 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 2410 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the UE2400 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 2404 or transmitted via the communication component 2416. In some embodiments, the audio component 2410 further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 2412 provides an interface between processing component 2402 and peripheral interface modules, which can be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, and the like. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 2414 includes at least one sensor for providing various aspects of state assessment for the UE 2400. For example, the sensor component 2414 may detect an open/closed state of the device 2500, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the UE2400, the sensor component 2414 may also detect a change in the position of the UE2400 or one of the components of the UE2400, the presence or absence of user contact with the UE2400, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the UE2400, and a change in the temperature of the UE 2400. The sensor component 2414 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 2414 can also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 2414 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 2416 is configured to facilitate communications between the UE2400 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The UE2400 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an example embodiment, the communication component 2416 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 2416 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the UE2400 may be implemented by at least one Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Digital Signal Processing Device (DSPD), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor, or other electronic components for performing the above-described method.
Fig. 25 is a block diagram of a network side device 2500 provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, the network side device 2500 may be provided as a network side device. Referring to fig. 25, network-side device 2500 includes a processing component 2522 that further includes at least one processor, and memory resources, represented by memory 2532, for storing instructions, e.g., applications, executable by processing component 2522. The application programs stored in memory 2532 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Furthermore, the processing component 2522 is configured to execute instructions to perform any of the methods described above as applied to the network-side device, e.g. the method shown in fig. 20.
The network-side device 2500 may also include a power component 2526 configured to perform power management of the network-side device 2500, a wired or wireless network interface 2550 configured to connect the network-side device 2500 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 2558. The network-side device 2500 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 2532, such as Windows Server (TM), mac OS XTM, unix (TM), linux (TM), free BSDTM, or the like.
In the embodiments provided by the present disclosure, the methods provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure are introduced from the perspective of the network side device and the UE, respectively. In order to implement the functions in the method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the network side device and the UE may include a hardware structure and a software module, and implement the functions in the form of a hardware structure, a software module, or a hardware structure plus a software module. Some of the above functions may be implemented by a hardware structure, a software module, or a hardware structure plus a software module.
In the embodiments provided by the present disclosure, the methods provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure are introduced from the perspective of the network side device and the UE, respectively. In order to implement the functions in the method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the network side device and the UE may include a hardware structure and a software module, and implement the functions in the form of a hardware structure, a software module, or a hardware structure and a software module. Some of the above functions may be implemented by a hardware structure, a software module, or a hardware structure plus a software module.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a communication device. The communication device may include a transceiver module and a processing module. The transceiver module may include a transmitting module and/or a receiving module, the transmitting module is configured to implement a transmitting function, the receiving module is configured to implement a receiving function, and the transceiver module may implement a transmitting function and/or a receiving function.
The communication device may be a terminal device (such as the terminal device in the foregoing method embodiment), or may be a device in the terminal device, or may be a device that can be used in match with the terminal device. Alternatively, the communication device may be a network device, may be a device in a network device, or may be a device that can be used in cooperation with a network device.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides another communication device. The communication device may be a network device, a terminal device (such as the terminal device in the foregoing method embodiment), a chip, a system-on-chip, or a processor that supports the network device to implement the foregoing method, or a chip, a system-on-chip, or a processor that supports the terminal device to implement the foregoing method. The apparatus may be configured to implement the method described in the method embodiment, and refer to the description in the method embodiment.
The communication device may include one or more processors. The processor may be a general purpose processor, or a special purpose processor, etc. For example, a baseband processor or a central processor. The baseband processor may be configured to process communication protocols and communication data, and the central processor may be configured to control a communication apparatus (e.g., a network side device, a baseband chip, a terminal device chip, a DU or CU, etc.), execute a computer program, and process data of the computer program.
Optionally, the communication device may further include one or more memories, on which computer programs may be stored, and the processor executes the computer programs to make the communication device execute the methods described in the above method embodiments. Optionally, the memory may further store data therein. The communication device and the memory may be provided separately or may be integrated together.
Optionally, the communication device may further comprise a transceiver, an antenna. The transceiver may be referred to as a transceiver unit, a transceiver, or a transceiver circuit, etc. for implementing a transceiving function. The transceiver may include a receiver and a transmitter, and the receiver may be referred to as a receiver or a receiving circuit, etc. for implementing a receiving function; the transmitter may be referred to as a transmitter or a transmission circuit, etc. for implementing the transmission function.
Optionally, one or more interface circuits may also be included in the communication device. The interface circuit is used for receiving the code instruction and transmitting the code instruction to the processor. The processor executes the code instructions to cause the communication device to perform the methods described in the above method embodiments.
The communication device is a terminal device (such as the terminal device in the foregoing method embodiment): the processor is configured to perform the method of any of fig. 2-7.
The communication device is a communication device: the processor is configured to perform the method shown in any of fig. 8-21.
In one implementation, a transceiver may be included in the processor for performing receive and transmit functions. The transceiver may be, for example, a transceiver circuit, or an interface circuit. The transmit and receive circuitry, interfaces or interface circuitry used to implement the receive and transmit functions may be separate or integrated. The transceiver circuit, the interface circuit or the interface circuit may be used for reading and writing code/data, or the transceiver circuit, the interface circuit or the interface circuit may be used for transmitting or transferring signals.
In an implementation, a processor may have stored thereon a computer program that, when executed on the processor, may cause the communication apparatus to perform the method described in the above method embodiments. The computer program may be solidified in the processor, in which case the processor may be implemented in hardware.
In one implementation, the communication device may include circuitry that may implement the functionality of transmitting or receiving or communicating in the foregoing method embodiments. The processors and transceivers described in this disclosure may be implemented on Integrated Circuits (ICs), analog ICs, radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFICs), mixed signal ICs, application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), electronic devices, and the like. The processor and transceiver may also be fabricated using various IC process technologies such as Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS), N-type metal oxide semiconductor (NMOS), P-type metal oxide semiconductor (PMOS), bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT), bipolar CMOS (BiCMOS), silicon germanium (SiGe), gallium arsenide (GaAs), etc.
The communication apparatus in the above description of the embodiment may be a network device or a terminal device (such as the terminal device in the foregoing embodiment of the method), but the scope of the communication apparatus described in the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the structure of the communication apparatus may not be limited. The communication means may be a stand-alone device or may be part of a larger device. For example, the communication means may be:
(1) A stand-alone integrated circuit IC, or chip, or system-on-chip or subsystem;
(2) A set of one or more ICs, which optionally may also include storage means for storing data, computer programs;
(3) An ASIC, such as a Modem (Modem);
(4) A module that may be embedded within other devices;
(5) Receivers, terminal devices, smart terminal devices, cellular phones, wireless devices, handsets, mobile units, in-vehicle devices, network devices, cloud devices, artificial intelligence devices, and the like;
(6) Others, etc.
For the case where the communication device may be a chip or a system of chips, the chip includes a processor and an interface. The number of the processors can be one or more, and the number of the interfaces can be more.
Optionally, the chip further comprises a memory for storing the necessary computer programs and data.
Those of skill in the art will also appreciate that the various illustrative logical blocks and steps (step) set forth in the embodiments of the disclosure may be implemented in electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design requirements of the overall system. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the disclosed embodiments.

Claims (41)
1. A method of determining a location assisted terminal device, the method being performed by a first terminal device, the method comprising:
sending sidelinkSL positioning related request information to communication equipment, wherein the SL positioning related request information is used for requesting positioning of auxiliary terminal equipment;
and determining the auxiliary terminal equipment based on the response information sent by the communication equipment for the SL positioning related request information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication device comprises one or more second terminal devices, and wherein the determining a positioning assistance terminal device based on the response information sent by the communication device for the SL positioning related request information comprises:
and determining the one or more second terminal devices as positioning auxiliary terminal devices based on response information sent by the one or more second terminal devices for the SL positioning related request information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the SL positioning-related request message requests assistance information for SL LPP, and wherein the response message provides assistance information for SL LPP.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the SL positioning-related request message comprises at least one of:
SL-time difference of arrival, TDOA, location assistance information;
SL-angle of arrival AOA positioning assistance information;
SL-departure angle AOD positioning assistance information;
SL-round trip time RTT positioning assistance information;
SL-carrier phase location assistance information.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the response information comprises at least one of:
SL-TDOA location assistance information;
SL-AOA positioning assistance information;
SL-AOD positioning assistance information;
SL-RTT positioning assistance information;
SL-carrier phase location assistance information.
6. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
determining at least one second terminal device by relocating the proximity services ProSe discovery mechanism.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein sending SL positioning-related request information to a communication device comprises:
sending the SL positioning related request information to the communications device, where the SL positioning related request information includes a candidate positioning assistance terminal device identity list, and the candidate positioning assistance terminal device identity list includes at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device identity;
and receiving response information sent by the communication equipment aiming at the SL positioning related request information, wherein the response information comprises at least one positioning auxiliary terminal equipment.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the terminal device identification information comprises at least one of:
a cell radio network temporary identifier C-RNTI;
an international mobile subscriber identity IMSI;
temporary mobile subscriber identity TMSI;
a Sidelink link layer two-source identifier SL L2 source ID;
a destination identifier SL L2 destination ID of a Silelink link layer;
the system information identifier (SLSSID) of the Sidelink link;
and invalidating the temporary identity I-RNTI.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein when sending the SL positioning-related request message to the communication device, the method further comprises at least one of:
sending signal quality measurements of at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device to the communication device;
sending the serving cell identity of the at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device to the communication device;
and sending the position tracking area of the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment to the communication equipment.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the signal quality measurements comprise at least one of:
reference signal received power, RSRP;
reference signal received quality, RSRQ;
a strength indication, RSSI, of the received signal;
signal to interference plus noise ratio SINR.
11. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
determining a signal quality measurement result of the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device according to a reference signal sent by the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device;
sending the signal quality measurement result of the at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device to the communication device.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the reference signal comprises at least one of:
demodulating a reference signal DM-RS;
a channel state information reference signal, CSI-RS;
a channel sounding reference signal, SRS;
the partial response signal PRS.
13. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
in response to that the number of identifiers corresponding to the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device identifier list is greater than an identifier threshold, determining a preset number of candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device identifiers in the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device identifier list according to a sequence from high signal quality to low signal quality;
and sending the preset number of candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifications to the communication equipment.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the serving cell identifier comprises at least one of:
a physical cell identity, PCI;
the global cell identity GCI.
15. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication device comprises a second terminal device, and wherein the method further comprises:
determining said positioning assistance terminal device by negotiating with said second terminal device by at least one of the following messages;
a Sidelink LPP message;
a PC5-S message;
RRC message.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the Sidelink LPP message comprises requested assistance information and/or provided assistance information of a Sidelink LPP.
17. A method of determining a location assisted terminal device, the method being performed by a communication device, the method comprising:
receiving SL positioning related request information sent by first terminal equipment, wherein the SL positioning related request information is used for requesting positioning of auxiliary terminal equipment;
and sending response information to the first terminal equipment based on the SL positioning related request information, wherein the response information is used for determining positioning auxiliary terminal equipment.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the communication device comprises a second terminal device, wherein the method is performed by the second terminal device, and wherein the sending the response message to the first terminal device based on the SL positioning-related request message comprises:
and sending response information to the first terminal equipment based on the SL positioning related request information, wherein the response information indicates that the second terminal equipment is the positioning auxiliary terminal equipment.
19. The method according to claim 17, wherein the sending a response message to the first terminal device based on the SL positioning-related request message comprises:
receiving a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier list sent by the first terminal equipment, wherein the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier list comprises at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier;
determining at least one positioning assistance terminal device based on the list of candidate positioning assistance terminal device identifications;
and sending the response information to the first terminal device, wherein the response information comprises the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device.
20. The method according to claim 19, wherein said determining at least one positioning assistance terminal device based on said list of candidate positioning assistance terminal device identities comprises:
negotiating with at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device to determine the at least one positioning assistance terminal device based on the list of candidate positioning assistance terminal device identifications, wherein the at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device corresponds to the at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device identification.
21. The method according to claim 20, wherein said negotiating with at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device for determining said at least one positioning assistance terminal device based on said list of candidate positioning assistance terminal device identities comprises:
determining at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device based on the list of candidate positioning assistance terminal device identifications and the signal quality of the at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device identification, the network connection status information of the at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device identification and the location update area information of the at least one candidate positioning assistance terminal device identification;
sending the SL positioning related request information to the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device;
receiving confirmation information sent by the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device aiming at the SL positioning related request information, and taking at least one terminal device sending the confirmation information in the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device as the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device.
22. The method of claim 17, wherein the communication device comprises a second terminal device, and wherein the method is performed by the second terminal device, and further comprises, before the sending the response message to the first terminal device:
and negotiating with the main positioning auxiliary terminal device to determine the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device.
23. The method according to claim 22, wherein said negotiating with a primary positioning assistance terminal device for determining said at least one positioning assistance terminal device comprises:
sending the SL positioning related request information to the main positioning auxiliary terminal equipment;
and receiving at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device sent by the main positioning auxiliary terminal device aiming at the SL positioning related request information.
24. The method of claim 17, wherein the communication device comprises a second terminal device, and wherein the method is performed by the second terminal device, and further comprises, before the sending the response message to the first terminal device:
and negotiating with network side equipment or a Location Management Function (LMF) entity to determine the at least one location auxiliary terminal equipment.
25. The method according to claim 24, wherein the negotiating with a network side device or a location management function entity, LMF, to determine the at least one location assisted terminal device comprises:
responding to the second terminal device being located in the coverage area of the network side device, and sending the SL positioning related request information to the network side device or the LMF;
and receiving the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device sent by the network side device or the LMF aiming at the SL positioning related request information.
26. The method as claimed in claim 25, wherein the SL positioning-related request message includes at least one of the following:
a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification list;
and the signal quality corresponding to at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier in the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier list.
27. The method of claim 17, wherein the communication device comprises a primary positioning assistance terminal device, wherein the method is performed by the primary positioning assistance terminal device, and wherein the method further comprises:
receiving SL positioning related request information sent by the second terminal equipment;
sending the SL positioning related request information to the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device;
receiving confirmation information sent by the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device aiming at the SL positioning related request information, and taking at least one terminal device sending the confirmation information in the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device as the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device;
and sending response information aiming at the SL positioning related request information to the second terminal equipment, wherein the response information comprises the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal equipment.
28. The method as recited in claim 17, wherein the communication device comprises an LMF, the method being performed by the LMF, the method further comprising:
receiving the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification list and the signal quality measurement result of at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identification sent by the first terminal equipment;
sending the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier list and the signal quality measurement result of the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier to network side equipment;
and receiving the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device sent by the network side device.
29. The method as recited in claim 17, wherein the communication device comprises an LMF, the method being performed by the LMF, the method further comprising:
negotiating with at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device to determine the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device based on a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device identification list sent by a network side device or a second terminal device;
and sending the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device to the network side device or the second terminal device.
30. The method as recited in claim 17, wherein the communication device comprises an LMF, the method being performed by the LMF, the method further comprising:
and negotiating with the terminal equipment through the LPP message to determine the positioning auxiliary terminal equipment.
31. The method of claim 30, wherein the LPP message comprises requested assistance information and/or provided assistance information of LPP.
32. The method of claim 17, wherein the communication device comprises a network-side device, and wherein the method is performed by the network-side device, and wherein the method further comprises:
receiving the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier list and the signal quality measurement result of the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier sent by the first terminal equipment;
sending the candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier list and the signal quality measurement result of the at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal equipment identifier to the LMF;
and receiving the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device sent by the LMF.
33. The method of claim 17, wherein the communication device comprises a network-side device, and wherein the method is performed by the network-side device, and wherein the method further comprises:
negotiating with at least one candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device to determine the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device based on a candidate positioning auxiliary terminal device identification list sent by an LMF or a second terminal device;
and sending the at least one positioning auxiliary terminal device to the LMF or the second terminal device.
34. An apparatus for determining a location-assisted terminal, the apparatus being disposed on a first terminal side, the apparatus comprising:
a sending module, configured to send SL positioning-related request information to a communication device, where the SL positioning-related request information is used to request positioning of an auxiliary terminal device;
a determining module, configured to determine a location-assisting terminal device based on response information sent by the communication device for the SL location-related request information.
35. An apparatus for determining a location-assisted terminal device, the apparatus being disposed on a communication device side, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive SL positioning related request information sent by a first terminal device, where the SL positioning related request information is used to request positioning of an auxiliary terminal device;
a sending module, configured to send response information to the first terminal device based on the SL positioning related request information, where the response information is used to determine a positioning assistance terminal device.
36. A first terminal device, characterized in that the device comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, which the processor executes to cause the apparatus to perform the method according to any of claims 1 to 17.
37. A communication apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and the processor executes the computer program stored in the memory to cause the device to perform the method according to any one of claims 18 to 33.
38. A communications apparatus, comprising: a processor and an interface circuit, wherein
The interface circuit is used for receiving code instructions and transmitting the code instructions to the processor;
the processor for executing the code instructions to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 17.
39. A communications apparatus, comprising: a processor and an interface circuit, wherein
The interface circuit is used for receiving code instructions and transmitting the code instructions to the processor;
the processor to execute the code instructions to perform the method of any one of claims 18 to 33.
