In another embodiment provided by the present application, a computer program product is further provided, which includes a computer program/instruction, and when the computer program/instruction is executed by a processor, the computer program/instruction implements a step in any of the VoWifi service provisioning methods executed by a core network server, or a step in any of the VoWifi service provisioning methods executed by a user terminal, or a step in any of the VoWifi service provisioning methods executed by a short message center.

receiving a registration request sent by a user terminal, wherein the registration request comprises VoWifi service identification information of the user terminal;
judging whether the user terminal supports a VoWifi function or not based on the VoWifi service identification information;
under the condition that the user terminal is judged to support the VoWifi function, the core network server inquires the VoWifi service opening condition of the user terminal;
and opening the VoWifi service for the user terminal under the condition that the VoWifi service of the user terminal is not opened.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein provisioning a VoWifi service for the user terminal when the user terminal does not provision the VoWifi service comprises:
sending a VoWifi service opening request of the user terminal to a network platform under the condition that the VoWifi service is not opened by the user terminal;
receiving a VoWifi service opening instruction aiming at the user terminal and sent by the network platform, responding to the VoWifi service opening instruction of the user terminal, and opening the VoWifi service for the user terminal;
and sending a VoWifi service successful opening message to the network platform so as to trigger the short message center to send the VoWifi service successful opening short message to the user terminal.
3. The method for provisioning a VoWifi service according to claim 2, wherein after provisioning a VoWifi service for the user terminal, further comprising:
receiving a VoWifi cancellation opening instruction sent by the network platform, wherein the VoWifi cancellation opening instruction is a non-opening short message sent by a short message center when the network platform receives the short message, the non-opening short message is sent by the user terminal within a target time period, and the starting point of the target time period is the time when the user terminal receives the VoWifi service successful opening short message;
responding to the VoWifi deactivation opening command, and deactivating VoWifi service for the user terminal;
and sending a VoWifi service cancellation and activation success message to the network platform so as to trigger the short message center to send a VoWifi service cancellation and activation success short message to the user terminal.
4. The VoWifi service provisioning method according to claim 3, wherein after provisioning the VoWifi service for the user terminal, further comprising:
under the condition that the user terminal does not send a non-opening VoWifi short message to the short message center within the target time period, the VoWifi service opening condition of the user terminal is modified to be successful in opening the VoWifi service;
and under the condition that the user terminal sends a non-opened VoWifi short message to the short message center within the target time period, the VoWifi service opening condition of the user terminal is modified to be a VoWifi service opening failure, and the subsequent VoWifi service opening condition is used for executing the VoWifi service opening again for the user terminal with the VoWifi service opening failure.
5. A VoWifi service opening method is characterized in that the method is applied to a user terminal and comprises the following steps:
after the startup operation of a user is detected, sending a registration request to a core network server, wherein the registration request contains VoWifi service identification information of the user terminal, so that the core network server can judge whether the user terminal supports a VoWifi function or not based on the VoWifi service identification information, and then open the VoWifi service for the user terminal under the condition that the user terminal supports the VoWifi function and the VoWifi service opening condition of the user terminal is that the VoWifi service is not opened;
and receiving a VoWifi service successfully opening short message sent to the user terminal by the short message center.
6. The VoWifi service provisioning method according to claim 5, wherein after receiving the VoWifi service successfully provisioned short message sent to the user terminal by the short message center, the method further comprises:
sending a non-opening short message to a short message center so that the short message center judges whether the non-opening short message is sent in a target time period, and under the condition that the non-opening short message is sent in the target time period, triggering a core network server to cancel the opening of the VoWifi service for the user terminal, wherein the starting point of the timing of the target time period is the moment when the user terminal receives the VoWifi service and successfully opens the short message;
and receiving a short message which is successful in canceling and opening the VoWifi service and sent to the user terminal by the short message center.
7. A VoWifi service opening method is characterized in that the method is applied to a short message center and comprises the following steps:
receiving a VoWifi service successful opening message aiming at a user terminal, which is sent by a network platform, wherein the VoWifi service successful opening message is generated after a core network server is triggered by a registration request sent by the user terminal and interacts with the network platform so as to open a VoWifi service for the user terminal;
and sending a VoWifi service successful opening short message to the user terminal.
8. The method for opening the VoWifi service according to claim 7, wherein after the sending of the VoWifi service successful opening short message to the user terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a short message that the VoWifi service is not opened and sent by the user terminal;
judging whether the VoWifi service non-opening short message is sent by the user terminal in a target time period, wherein the starting point of the target time period is the moment when the user terminal receives the VoWifi service successfully opening the short message;
under the condition that the VoWifi service is not opened by the short message, namely the user terminal sends the short message within the target time period, triggering the core network server to cancel the opening of the VoWifi service for the user terminal through the network platform;
receiving a successful VoWifi service revocation and activation message aiming at a user terminal, which is sent by a network platform;
and sending a VoWifi service revocation and activation success short message to the user terminal.
9. A VoWifi service opening system is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a user terminal, a core network server, a network platform and a short message center;
the core network server is used for receiving a registration request sent by a user terminal, wherein the registration request contains VoWifi service identification information of the user terminal; judging whether the user terminal supports a VoWifi function or not based on the VoWifi service identification information; under the condition that the user terminal is judged to support the VoWifi function, the core network server inquires the VoWifi service opening condition of the user terminal; interacting with the network platform under the condition that the VoWifi service of the user terminal is not opened, opening the VoWifi service for the user terminal, and sending a message that the VoWifi service is successfully opened to the network platform;
the user terminal is used for sending the registration request to a core network server after detecting the starting operation of the user; receiving a VoWifi service successfully opened short message sent to the user terminal by the short message center;
the short message center is used for receiving a VoWifi service successful opening message aiming at the user terminal and sent by the network platform; and sending a VoWifi service successful opening short message to the user terminal.

An electronic device, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the VoWifi service provisioning method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, the steps of the VoWifi service provisioning method according to any one of claims 5 to 6, or the steps of the VoWifi service provisioning method according to any one of claims 7 to 8.

A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program/instructions are stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implement the steps in the VoWifi service provisioning method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, or the steps in the VoWifi service provisioning method according to any one of claims 5 to 6, or the steps in the VoWifi service provisioning method according to any one of claims 7 to 8.

A computer program product comprising computer programs/instructions, characterized in that the computer programs/instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the VoWifi service provisioning method according to any of claims 1 to 4, or the steps of the VoWifi service provisioning method according to any of claims 5 to 6, or the steps of the VoWifi service provisioning method according to any of claims 7 to 8.
