Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for processing network element alarm information in a communication network according to an embodiment.
Detailed Description
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the method for processing network element alarm information in a communication network includes the following steps:
s1, acquiring alarm information of a plurality of network elements;
s2, carrying out duplicate removal screening treatment on all network element alarm information to obtain duplicate removal screening results;
s3, reporting a duplicate removal screening result.
In this embodiment, steps S1-S3 may be performed by NWDAF (Network Data Analytics Function, network data analysis function).
In step S1, the NWDAF may receive the network element alarm information in an open manner in a period of time, and collect the network element alarm information obtained by performing self-checking or mutual checking on each network element.
In step S2, the NWDAF firstly caches the network element alarm information obtained in step S1, performs a duplicate removal screening process on the network element alarm information, and can screen out duplicate information in all network element alarm information through the duplicate removal screening process, wherein the network element alarm information which is not screened out but is kept is not duplicated.
In step S3, NWDAF reports the duplicate removal screening result obtained in step S2. Specifically, the NWDAF may report the duplicate removal screening result to the OAM, and the OAM performs processing such as troubleshooting and front-end display.
In this embodiment, by executing steps S1 to S3, the amount of redundant information in all network element alarm information can be reduced, and the amount of data of the duplicate removal screening result is at least not more than the amount of data of all network element alarm information before duplicate removal screening, so that the amount of data of the network element alarm information to be reported and processed is reduced, and the workload of the network element and operation and maintenance personnel of the reported network element alarm information is reduced; because the redundant information in the network element alarm information is filtered and removed, the effect of reporting the network element alarm information is not weakened.
In this embodiment, after executing step S1, the NWDAF may further determine the network element with the failure according to the network element alarm information, search for the backup network element, and switch the function of the network element with the failure to the backup network element. After the failed network element clears the failure, the NWDAF reports alert clear information to the OAM and switches the backup network element back to the primary network element (the network element that originally failed).
In this embodiment, when the NWDAF performs step S2, that is, performs the duplicate removal screening process on all the network element alarm information to obtain the duplicate removal screening result, the following steps may be specifically performed:
S201A, detecting all network element alarm information and determining repeated alarm information in the alarm information;
S202A, deleting all repeated alarm information;
and S203A, taking undeleted network element alarm information in all network element alarm information as a duplicate removal screening result.
Steps S201A-S203A are the first alternative execution of step S2.
In step S201A, all the network element alarm information is detected, the contents of different network element alarm information are compared, and if the contents of two or more pieces of network element alarm information are the same, the two or more pieces of network element alarm information can be determined to be the same set of repeated alarm information. By executing step S201A, multiple sets of repeated alarm information may be obtained, where the content of each network element alarm information in the same set of repeated alarm information is the same, and the content of any two network element alarm information in different sets of repeated alarm information is different.
In step S202A, all the sets of repeated alarm information detected in step S201A are deleted. After the processing in step S202A, the content of the undeleted network element alarm information in all the network element alarm information is different from each other, i.e. the redundant information in all the network element alarm information is removed.
In step S203A, the network element alarm information that is not deleted is used as a duplicate removal screening result, so that in step S3, the network element alarm information that is not deleted in all the network element alarm information is reported to the OAM.
By executing steps S201A-S203A, the network element alarm information itself not containing redundant information can be reported, thereby reducing the effect of reporting redundant information on the basis of the alarm function.
In this embodiment, when the NWDAF performs step S2, that is, performs the duplicate removal screening process on all the network element alarm information to obtain the duplicate removal screening result, the following steps may be specifically performed:
S201B, detecting alarm information of all network elements and determining repeated alarm information in the alarm information;
S202B, deleting all repeated alarm information;
S203B, recording the process of deleting all repeated alarm information to obtain duplicate removal record information;
S204B, taking the duplicate removal record information as a duplicate removal screening result.
Steps S201B-S204B are a second alternative implementation of step S2.
The principle of step S201B is the same as step S201A. In step S201B, all the network element alarm information is detected, the contents of different network element alarm information are compared, and if the contents of two or more pieces of network element alarm information are the same, the two or more pieces of network element alarm information can be determined to be the same set of repeated alarm information. By executing step S201B, multiple sets of repeated alarm information may be obtained, where the content of each network element alarm information in the same set of repeated alarm information is the same, and the content of any two network element alarm information in different sets of repeated alarm information is different.
The principle of step S202B is the same as step S202A. In step S202B, all the sets of repeated alarm information detected in step S201B are deleted. After the processing in step S202B, the content of the undeleted network element alarm information in all the network element alarm information is different from each other, i.e. the redundant information in all the network element alarm information is removed.
In step S203B, the process of executing step S202B, that is, the process of deleting all the repeated alarm information is recorded, and duplicate record information is obtained. Specifically, the deduplication record information may include at least one item of information such as the number, type, reception time, deletion time, and cumulative number or number of deleted pieces of the duplicate alert information deleted in step S202B. The duplicate record information may not include the content of the deleted duplicate alert information, which may reduce the amount of data of the duplicate record information.
In step S204B, the deduplication record information obtained in step S203B is used as a deduplication screening result, so that in step S3, the deduplication record information is reported to the OAM.
Because the data size of the deduplication record information is generally smaller, for example, the sum of the data sizes of all undeleted network element alarm information is smaller, even the data size of a single network element alarm information is smaller, by executing steps S201B-S204B, the data size to be processed by OAM and operation and maintenance personnel can be reduced by reporting the deduplication record information instead of the network element alarm information itself; on the other hand, the information of the deleted network element alarm information is recorded in the deduplication record information, so that the network element alarm information sent by the network element for many times can be represented, the network element alarm information can be processed by OAM or operation and maintenance personnel, the effect of uploading the duplicate alarm information is achieved, and the effect of reducing reporting redundant information on the basis of an alarm function is achieved.
In this embodiment, when the NWDAF performs step S2, that is, performs the duplicate removal screening process on all the network element alarm information to obtain the duplicate removal screening result, the following steps may be specifically performed:
S201C, detecting all network element alarm information and determining repeated alarm information in the alarm information;
S202C, deleting all repeated alarm information;
S203C, recording the process of deleting all repeated alarm information to obtain duplicate removal record information;
S204C, acquiring a first data volume and a second data volume; the first data volume is the sum of the data volumes of all repeated alarm information, and the second data volume is the data volume of the duplicate record removal information;
S205C, when the first data volume is larger than the second data volume, the duplicate removal record information is used as a duplicate removal screening result, otherwise, all duplicate warning information is used as the duplicate removal screening result.
Steps S201C-S205C are a third alternative implementation of step S2.
The principle of step S201C is the same as steps S201A and S201B. In step S201C, all the network element alarm information is detected, the contents of different network element alarm information are compared, and if the contents of two or more pieces of network element alarm information are the same, the two or more pieces of network element alarm information can be determined to be the same set of repeated alarm information. By executing step S201C, multiple sets of repeated alarm information may be obtained, where the content of each network element alarm information in the same set of repeated alarm information is the same, and the content of any two network element alarm information in different sets of repeated alarm information is different.
The principle of step S202C is the same as steps S202A and S202B. In step S202C, all the sets of repeated alarm information detected in step S201C are deleted. After the processing in step S202C, the content of the undeleted network element alarm information in all the network element alarm information is different from each other, i.e. the redundant information in all the network element alarm information is removed.
The principle of step S203C is the same as step S203B. In step S203C, the process of executing step S202C, that is, the process of deleting all the repeated alarm information is recorded, and duplicate record information is obtained. Specifically, the deduplication record information may include at least one item of information such as the number, type, reception time, deletion time, and cumulative number or number of deleted duplicate alert information deleted in step S202C. The duplicate record information may not include the content of the deleted duplicate alert information, which may reduce the amount of data of the duplicate record information.
In step S204C, the sum of the data amounts of all the repeated alarm information is counted, and the obtained result is the first data amount; and counting the data quantity of the deduplication record information, wherein the obtained result is a second data quantity.
In step S205C, a magnitude relation between the first data amount and the second data amount is determined. When the first data volume is larger than the second data volume, namely the sum of the data volumes of all repeated alarm information is larger than the data volume of the duplicate record information, the NWDAF takes the duplicate record information as a duplicate removal screening result in the step S3, namely the NWDAF only reports the duplicate record information in the step S3; otherwise, when the total data amount of all the repeated alarm information is smaller than the data amount of the duplicate record information, the NWDAF takes all the repeated alarm information as the duplicate removal screening result in step S3, that is, the NWDAF may report all the repeated alarm information without reporting the duplicate record information in step S3.
Since it is known from the principle of steps S201B-S204B that the NWDAF only reports the duplicate record information and reports the total duplicate alarm information, by executing steps S201C-S205C, the amount of data reported and the amount of data to be handled by OAM and operation and maintenance personnel can be reduced on the basis of the alarm effect achieved by reporting the information.
In this embodiment, when the NWDAF performs step S2, that is, performs the duplicate removal screening process on all the network element alarm information to obtain the duplicate removal screening result, the following steps may be specifically performed:
S201D, detecting all network element alarm information and determining repeated alarm information in the alarm information;
S202D, deleting all repeated alarm information;
S203D, recording the process of deleting all repeated alarm information to obtain duplicate removal record information;
S204D, acquiring a second data volume and a third data volume; the second data volume is the data volume of the duplicate record removal information, and the third data volume is the sum of the data volumes of all duplicate alarm information;
S205D, when the second data volume is larger than the third data volume, taking all repeated alarm information as a duplicate removal screening result, otherwise, taking duplicate removal record information as a duplicate removal screening result, or taking the duplicate removal record information and network element alarm information which is not deleted in all network element alarm information as a duplicate removal screening result.
Steps S201D-S205D are a fourth alternative implementation of step S2.
The principle of step S201D is the same as steps S201A, S B and S201C. In step S201D, all the network element alarm information is detected, the contents of different network element alarm information are compared, and if the contents of two or more pieces of network element alarm information are the same, the two or more pieces of network element alarm information can be determined to be the same set of repeated alarm information. By executing step S201D, multiple sets of repeated alarm information may be obtained, where the content of each network element alarm information in the same set of repeated alarm information is the same, and the content of any two network element alarm information in different sets of repeated alarm information is different.
The principle of step S202D is the same as steps S202A, S B and S202C. In step S202D, all the sets of repeated alarm information detected in step S201D are deleted. After the processing in step S202D, the content of the undeleted network element alarm information in all the network element alarm information is different from each other, that is, the redundant information in all the network element alarm information is removed.
The principle of step S203D is the same as steps S203C and S203B. In step S203D, the process of executing step S202D, that is, the process of deleting all the repeated alarm information is recorded, and duplicate record information is obtained. Specifically, the deduplication record information may include at least one item of information such as the number, type, reception time, deletion time, and cumulative number or number of deleted duplicate alert information deleted in step S202D. The duplicate record information may not include the content of the deleted duplicate alert information, which may reduce the amount of data of the duplicate record information.
The principle of step S204D is similar to step S204C. In step S204D, the data amount of the duplicate removal record information is counted, and the obtained result is a second data amount; and counting the total data quantity of all repeated alarm information, wherein the obtained result is a third data quantity.
In step S205D, a magnitude relation between the second data amount and the third data amount is determined. And when the second data volume is larger than the third data volume, taking all repeated alarm information as a duplicate removal screening result. When the second data volume is larger than the third data volume, namely the data volume of the duplicate record information is larger than the sum of the data volumes of all the duplicate alarm information, the NWDAF takes all the duplicate alarm information as a duplicate removal screening result in the step S3, namely the NWDAF reports all the duplicate alarm information in the step S3; otherwise, when the data size of the deduplication record information is smaller than the sum of the data sizes of all the repeated alarm information, the NWDAF takes the deduplication record information as a deduplication screening result in step S3, or takes the deduplication record information and the network element alarm information which is not deleted in all the network element alarm information as a deduplication screening result, that is, the NWDAF reports the deduplication record information in step S3, or reports the "deduplication record information and the network element alarm information which is not deleted in all the network element alarm information".
Step S3, when the NWDAF reports the 'deduplication record information and the network element alarm information which is not deleted in all network element alarm information', the NWDAF replaces all the repeated alarm information with the deduplication record information with smaller data quantity, so that the effect is the same as that of only reporting the deduplication record information, and the network element alarm information which is not deleted is also reported besides the deduplication record information, so that more reference information is provided for the operation and maintenance of the network element.
According to the principle of steps S201B-S204B, the NWDAF only reports the duplicate record information and reports the alarm effect of all duplicate alarm information. Therefore, similar to the principle of executing steps S201C-S205C, by executing steps S201C-S205C, the amount of data to be reported and the amount of data to be handled by OAM and operation and maintenance personnel can be reduced on the basis of realizing an alarm effect by reporting information.
In this embodiment, when the NWDAF performs step S201A, S201B, S C or S201D, that is, the step of detecting all network element alarm information and determining the repeated alarm information therein, the following steps may be specifically performed:
s20101, comparing the content of the alarm information of the network elements;
s20102, determining a plurality of pieces of network element alarm information with the same content as repeated alarm information.
In step S20101, the NWDAF may compare the content of each network element alarm information, or may use a message digest algorithm such as MD5 to perform processing, so as to obtain a message digest of each network element alarm information. In step S20102, NWDAF may compare whether the content of each network element alarm information is the same, or whether the message digests of each network element alarm information are the same; according to the principle of some message digest algorithms, when the message digests of the plurality of network element alarm messages are the same, the content of the plurality of network element alarm messages can be judged to be the same.
By executing steps S20101-S20102, it can be determined whether the content of the network element alarm information is the same by comparing whether the message digests of the network element alarm information are the same. Since the data size of the message digest is generally smaller than the data size of a corresponding piece of network element alarm information, the data to be processed can be reduced.
In this embodiment, when the NWDAF performs step S201A, S201B, S C or S201D, that is, the step of detecting all network element alarm information and determining the repeated alarm information therein, the following steps may be specifically performed:
s20103, detecting a source network element of the network element alarm information; the source network element is a network element which sends out network element alarm information;
s20104, determining a plurality of pieces of network element alarm information of which the corresponding source network elements meet the corresponding relation as repeated alarm information.
In step S20103, for the received network element alarm information, the NWDAF detects the source of the network element alarm information, and determines the network element that sent the network element alarm information, that is, the source network element. By executing step S20103, a corresponding source network element can be determined for each network element alarm message.
In step S20104, the NWDAF detects every two pieces of network element alarm information, and determines whether the source network elements from which they come satisfy the correspondence.
In this embodiment, the correspondence in step S20104 may refer to a "primary-standby" relationship, for example, a source network element of the network element alarm information a is a network element 1, a source network element of the network element alarm information B is a network element 2, the network element 1 is a primary network element relative to the network element 2, the network element 2 is a standby network element relative to the network element 1, when the network element alarm information a is received, it may be inferred that the network element 1 sends an alarm, and the network element 1 has a fault; when the network element alarm information B is received, it can be inferred that the network element 2 sends an alarm, and the network element 2 has a fault, and because the network element 2 is a standby network element relative to the network element 1, the network element 2 sends an alarm to indicate that the standby network element of the network element 1 is enabled, and the network element 1 can also be indicated to have a fault under the conditions of screening the network element alarm information A and reporting only the network element alarm information B. Therefore, in step S20104, it may be determined that the network element alarm information a and the network element alarm information B belong to the repeated alarm information, so that the repeated alarm information is found out and the data processing amount is reduced without comparing the content or the message digest of the network element alarm information a and the network element alarm information B.
The same technical effects as those of the network element alarm information processing method in the communication network in the embodiment can be achieved by writing a computer program for executing the network element alarm information processing method in the communication network in the embodiment into a computer device or a storage medium, and when the computer program is read out to run, executing the network element alarm information processing method in the communication network in the embodiment.
