the recording module is used for recording the current time information, comparing the time information with the starting point of the target time interval and determining the time interval;
the adjusting module is used for adjusting the sending frequency of the message to be notified to the number to be notified according to the time interval;
the adjusting module is further used for adjusting a length list of the stored numbers to be notified according to the content of the constructed message, the length list comprises the number of the numbers to be notified,
if the importance degree of the constructed message content is more important, increasing a length list of the stored numbers to be notified; if the importance degree of the constructed message content is general, the length list of the numbers to be notified is simplified,
