The electrical signals of the signal terminals 30 can be directly transmitted to the electrical conductors 21 of the connector 20. The signal of each position on PCBA10 can be concentrated to a position, and the connector 20 is used for transmission, so that the structure is more attractive and reliable, and the cost is saved.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the signal terminals 30 include connection portions 31 and plug portions 32 extending from the connection portions 31, the connection portions 31 are electrically connected to the PCBA10, and the plug portions 32 are used for being plugged with mating terminals.
The plug part 32 of the signal terminal 30 is used for being electrically connected with the plug terminal, and the plug part 32 is designed to be of an elastic structure, so that the plug terminal can be conveniently plugged.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, connection portion 31 is directly soldered to PCBA10, and signal terminals 30 are electrically connected to PCBA 10.
In another specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, without using a direct soldering method, the signal terminal 30 is further provided with a drum spring 34, the drum spring is provided with a base strip 341 and a plurality of spring pieces 342 connected with the base strip 341, the connecting portion of the signal terminal 30 is provided with a notch 33, the base strip 341 is wrapped around at least a part of the periphery of the notch 33, the PCBA is provided with a plug hole 12, and the spring pieces 342 abut against the inner surface of the plug hole 12, so that the signal terminal 30 is electrically connected with the PCBA10 through the spring pieces 342.
The drum spring 34 structure is arranged on the signal terminal 30, the signal terminal 30 is stably connected with the PCBA10 through the elastic pieces 342, as shown in FIG. 6, the number of the elastic pieces 342 is multiple, so that multiple signal detection points can be provided, and the stability of signal transmission is ensured; meanwhile, the elastic piece 342 has good performance, can be used for plugging and unplugging the signal terminal 30 for multiple times, and has long service life.
Depending on the actual use environment, connection portion 31 and PCBA10 may all be connected by soldering, or signal terminal 30 and PCBA10 may be detachably connected by applying drum spring 34 to signal terminal 30, or a mixture thereof may be used.
As shown in fig. 6, the spring piece 342 has a protruding portion protruding outward, and is firmly connected to the PCBA10, and the plurality of elastic pieces of the spring piece 342 provide a plurality of signal detection points, so that the stability of signal transmission is ensured; meanwhile, the elastic piece 342 has good performance, can be used for plugging and unplugging the signal terminal 30 for multiple times, and has long service life.
The convex part of the elastic sheet 342 can be abutted against the inner surface of the plug hole 12 on the PCBA 10; therefore, the signal terminal 30 is electrically connected with the PCBA10 through the elastic sheet 342, the stability of connection between the elastic sheet 342 and the PCBA10 is further enhanced, and the stability of signal transmission is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 4, the connector 20 includes a plurality of conductors 21 and an outer case 22 covering the plurality of conductors 21, and the conductors 21 are exposed out of the outer case 22 and electrically connected to the PCBA 10.
The conductor 21 is exposed out of the outer shell 22, so that the connection with an external electronic product is convenient, and the plugging and unplugging are convenient.
Further, the conductive body 21 is integrally injection-molded with the outer case 22.
The integrally formed design ensures better fixation and mutual insulation between the plurality of electrical conductors 21.
