the time sequence module is used for setting a calculation time sequence;
the mean value calculation module is used for sequentially carrying out mean value calculation on different types of biological sign data in each period according to the calculation time sequence and forming a set to obtain a sign mean value set of the first user;
the weighted calculation module is used for calculating the weighted average value of the sign average value set according to the sign average value set and taking the weighted average value as a sign real-time nursing value of the first user; the system is also used for acquiring the real-time physical sign nursing values of all the first users; the sorting module is used for sorting the real-time physical sign nursing values of all the first users according to preset nursing grade values to obtain nursing grades of the first users; and the second sending module is used for periodically sending the care level to a second user.

The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a flash memory (FlashMemory), a hard disk (hard disk drive, abbreviated as HDD) or a Solid State Drive (SSD), etc.; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a control system including a processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions. Wherein the processor is configured to execute the executable instructions to implement any one of the methods described above for achieving ordered application of care and electronic medical records based on the vital sign monitoring data.
Here, it should be noted that the number of processors may be one or more. Meanwhile, in the control system of the embodiment of the present disclosure, an input device and an output device may be further included. The processor, the memory, the input device, and the output device may be connected by a bus, or may be connected by other means, and are not limited specifically herein.
The memory, which is a computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and various modules, such as: the program or module corresponds to the method for realizing orderly application of nursing and electronic medical records based on sign monitoring data. The processor executes various functional applications of the control system and data processing by executing software programs or modules stored in the memory.
The input device may be used to receive an input number or signal. Wherein the signal may be a key signal generated in connection with user settings and function control of the device/terminal/server. The output means may comprise a display device such as a display screen.

Claims (10)

1. A method for realizing nursing and orderly applying electronic medical records based on physical sign monitoring data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an electronic medical record of a first user, and acquiring historical sign data of the first user from the historical electronic medical record;
setting a physical sign monitoring nursing scheme of a first user according to the historical physical sign data of the first user, and configuring the physical sign monitoring nursing scheme in a medical system;
monitoring the physical sign data of the first user in real time based on the physical sign monitoring nursing scheme, and acquiring and obtaining the physical sign real-time monitoring data of the first user;
writing the real-time physical sign monitoring data into the electronic medical record, updating the real-time physical sign monitoring data, and sending the electronic medical record to a second user;
and the second user receives and carries out grading nursing on the first user according to the updated electronic medical record.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the electronic medical record of the first user and obtaining the historical vital sign data of the first user from the historical electronic medical record comprises:
presetting a file parsing format;
acquiring a historical electronic medical record of a first user, and analyzing the historical electronic medical record to obtain medical record analysis data;
sorting the medical record analysis data according to the file analysis format to obtain a format text containing the historical physical sign parameters of the first user;
and generating and obtaining historical sign data of the first user based on the format text.

The method of claim 1, wherein the method for achieving nursing and orderly applying electronic medical records based on the vital sign monitoring data comprises, based on the vital sign monitoring nursing protocol, monitoring the vital sign data of the first user in real time, and obtaining the vital sign real-time monitoring data of the first user:
collecting real-time physical sign monitoring data of a first user periodically;
obtaining different biological sign data of a first user under the sign monitoring care plan from the sign real-time monitoring data;
and preprocessing the biological sign data to obtain different types of biological sign data, and storing the biological sign data respectively.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein writing and updating the real-time monitoring data of the physical signs into the electronic medical record, and sending the electronic medical record to a second user comprises:
setting a refreshing frequency;
according to the refreshing frequency, sequentially writing different types of biological sign data into the electronic medical record and updating;
and sending the updated electronic medical record to a second user.

The method of claim 3, wherein the method for achieving nursing care and orderly applying electronic medical records based on the vital sign monitoring data comprises the steps of monitoring the vital sign data of the first user in real time based on the vital sign monitoring nursing plan, and obtaining the vital sign real-time monitoring data of the first user, and further comprises:
setting a calculation time sequence;
according to the calculation time sequence, carrying out mean value calculation on different types of biological sign data in each period in sequence to form a set, and obtaining a sign mean value set of a first user;
and calculating the weighted average value of the sign average value set according to the sign average value set, and taking the weighted average value as the real-time care value of the signs of the first user.

The method of claim 5, wherein the method for achieving nursing and orderly applying electronic medical records based on the vital sign monitoring data comprises the steps of monitoring the vital sign data of the first user in real time based on the vital sign monitoring nursing plan, and obtaining the vital sign real-time monitoring data of the first user, and further comprising:
the method according to claim 5, obtaining the real-time nursing values of the signs of all the first users;
sequencing the real-time physical sign nursing values of all the first users according to preset nursing grade values to obtain nursing grades of the first users;
periodically sending the care level to a second user.
7. An apparatus for implementing the method for orderly applying nursing and electronic medical records based on physical sign monitoring data according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the electronic medical record of the first user and acquiring historical sign data of the first user from the historical electronic medical record;
the configuration module is used for setting a physical sign monitoring nursing scheme of a first user according to the historical physical sign data of the first user and configuring the physical sign monitoring nursing scheme in a medical system;
the monitoring module is used for monitoring the physical sign data of the first user in real time based on the physical sign monitoring nursing scheme, and acquiring and obtaining the physical sign real-time monitoring data of the first user;
the updating module is used for writing the physical sign real-time monitoring data into the electronic medical record, updating the physical sign real-time monitoring data and sending the electronic medical record to a second user;
and the receiving module is used for receiving and carrying out graded nursing on the first user according to the updated electronic medical record by the second user.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the obtaining module comprises:
the format presetting module is used for presetting a file parsing format; the analysis module is used for acquiring the historical electronic medical record of the first user and analyzing the historical electronic medical record to obtain medical record analysis data; the formatting module is used for sorting the medical record analysis data according to the file analysis format to obtain a format text containing the historical physical sign parameters of the first user; the text generation module is used for generating and obtaining historical sign data of the first user based on the format text;
the monitoring module includes:

the mean value calculation module is used for sequentially carrying out mean value calculation on different types of biological sign data in each period according to the calculation time sequence and forming a set to obtain a sign mean value set of the first user;
the weighted calculation module is used for calculating the weighted average value of the sign average value set according to the sign average value set and taking the weighted average value as a sign real-time nursing value of the first user; the system is also used for acquiring the real-time physical sign nursing values of all the first users; the sorting module is used for sorting the physical sign real-time nursing values of all the first users according to preset nursing grade values to obtain nursing grades of the first users; and the second sending module is used for periodically sending the care level to a second user.
10. A control system, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the executable instructions to implement a method for implementing ordered application of nursing and electronic medical records based on physical signs monitoring data according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
