In order to better understand the technical solution of the embodiments of the present application, a system architecture that may be involved in the embodiments of the present application is introduced first. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a system architecture according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The system architecture may include: a vehicle-mounted terminal 101 and a server 102. The vehicle-mounted terminal 101 and the server 102 can communicate with each other through a network. Network communications may be based on any wired and wireless network, including but not limited to the Internet, wide area networks, metropolitan area networks, local area networks, virtual Private Networks (VPNs), wireless communication networks, and so forth. For example, in the embodiment of the present application, the in-vehicle terminal 101 includes a man-machine interaction service engine, and a core function of the man-machine interaction service engine is to perform a voice-to-text operation on voice information input by a user to obtain a user sentence and determine a user intention, and to invoke other applications or services included in other applications according to the user intention, for example, invoke an application including a map service, and the invocation may be implemented through a service or an interface of the application. The in-vehicle terminal 101 may be used to present various recommendation information, reminder information, and the like through a screen and/or a speaker. The server 102 may be used for the service or application called by the in-vehicle terminal 101 to provide corresponding data or information and the like to the in-vehicle terminal 101. The recommended content is sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the user intention and the destination information, so that the situation that the user plays the game not enough due to insufficient comprehensive information acquisition or insufficient timely information acquisition can be avoided, and the playing experience of the user is effectively improved and guaranteed.
The number of the vehicle-mounted terminals and the number of the servers are not limited in the embodiment of the application, and the servers can provide services for the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminals at the same time. In this embodiment of the application, the server may be an independent server, or may be a cloud server that provides basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a network service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a Content Delivery Network (CDN), a big data and artificial intelligence platform, and the like. The server may alternatively be implemented as a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers.
With social progress and economic development, more and more people take travel as entertainment activities in holidays, and the development trend of the travel industry is rising day by day. However, when the user wants to go to a certain place for playing, the user may not be able to play the game at any time or at any time because the obtained information is not comprehensive enough or timely enough.
In order to solve the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide a destination-based recommendation method, a recommendation apparatus, and an electronic device, which can effectively ensure and improve the playing experience of a user.
The following describes a destination-based recommendation method provided in an embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a destination-based recommendation method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the destination-based recommendation method is applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal, where the vehicle-mounted terminal is installed with a human-computer interaction service engine, and the method may include steps S201 to S2012 as follows:
step S201: and calling the man-machine interaction service engine to acquire voice information input by a user, and performing voice-to-text operation on the voice information to obtain a user sentence.
In the embodiment of the application, the specific implementation process comprises the steps that a user inputs voice information, and voice-to-text operation is carried out on the voice information to obtain a user statement; and if the user inputs the character information, taking the character information input by the user as a user sentence.
Step S202: determining a user intent in a case that the user sentence includes a destination and the destination is a preset destination type; the preset destination types include play locations, entertainment locations, and tourist attractions.
The user statement including the destination means that after the user statement is recognized, the user statement is analyzed to obtain a place name (for example, place a and place B), a position (for example, intersection a, intersection B and intersection C), a place type (for example, zoo and school), and the like. The place name, location, place type, etc. are the destinations included in the user statement. The preset destination types include, but are not limited to, play venues, entertainment venues, tourist attractions, and the like.
In one possible implementation, the user intent may be determined by the following steps A1-A2:
step A1: and acquiring at least one triple in the user statement, wherein the triple comprises a first entity, a second entity and an incidence relation between the first entity and the second entity.
Obtaining at least one triple in the user statement may refer to parsing the user statement to obtain at least one triple. The triple includes a first entity, a second entity and an incidence relation of the first entity and the second entity.
The first entity and the second entity refer to words in a user statement. The association relationship includes a syntactic relationship and a semantic relationship and other types of association relationships. A triplet may be denoted as r (x, y). Wherein x represents a first entity, y represents a second entity, and r represents an association relationship between the first entity x and the second entity y. The user sentence includes at least one sentence. More than two entities may be present in a sentence. Therefore, there may be multiple triples in a sentence. There may also be multiple triples in a user statement. In one example, when the user statement is "i want to go to zoo", a triple { noumenon subject (i, go) }, a triple { emotional verb (want, go) } and a triple { motile (go, zoo) }maybe obtained. In another example, when the user statement is "navigate to zoo", a triple { dependent (navigation, go) } and a triple { motile (go, zoo) } may be obtained.
Step A2: and matching the at least one triple with a preset triple set to determine the user intention.
The knowledge base of the server comprises a plurality of knowledge graphs. Each knowledge graph is composed of at least one knowledge triple. The preset set of triples (i.e., the set of knowledge triples) may be composed of one or more knowledge triples in one or more knowledge graphs. A knowledge triplet may be represented as R (X, Y). Wherein, X represents a first entity set, Y represents a second entity set, and R represents the incidence relation between the first entity set X and the second entity set Y. The first entity set is a set formed by a group of at least one entity with a common reference relationship. The second set of entities is a set of at least one entity having a common reference relationship. For example, (walking ) may be a set of collections having a common reference relationship. (Xiaoming, xiaohong, he, she) may also be a set of sets having a common reference relationship.
In one example, if the user statement is "i want to go to the amusement park to play", the user statement may be parsed to obtain triples a1{ nominal subject (i, go) }, triples a2{ emotional verbs (want, go) }, triples a3{ move guests (go, zoo) }, and triples a4{ destination subjects (go, play) }. If the knowledge triplet set includes a knowledge triplet A1{ guests ({ go, go }, { zoo, playground, restaurant }) } and a knowledge triplet A2{ destination object ({ go, go }, { play, eat, relax, pick up, send people }) }. Then the triplet a3 may be successfully matched with the knowledge triplet A1. The triplet a4 may be successfully matched with the knowledge triplet A2. Therefore, the situation that the user wants to go to is identified as the amusement park, and the user intends to play.
In another example, if the user statement is "navigate to airport pick-up". The user statement may be parsed to get triplets b1 (dependents, go), b2 (motile, airport), and b3 (objective, acquaintances). If the knowledge triplet set includes knowledge triplets B1{ guests ({ go, go }, { zoo, playground, restaurant, airport }) } and knowledge triplets B2{ destination object ({ go, go }, { play, eat, relax, pick up, send people }) }. Then the triplet B2 may be successfully matched with the knowledge triplet B1. Triplet B3 may be successfully matched with knowledge triplet B2. Thus, the place where the user wants to go is identified as an airport, and the user intends to be a person.
In a possible implementation manner, when the at least one triple is unsuccessfully matched with the preset triple set, sending user intention query information to the vehicle-mounted terminal, where the user intention query information is used to obtain a user intention.
In one example, the user statement is "I want to go to zoo". As shown above, the triplet c1{ noumenon (i, go) }, the triplet c2{ affective verb (want, go) } and the triplet c3{ motile guest (go, zoo) } may be obtained by parsing. If the knowledge triplet set includes the knowledge triplet C1{ move guest ({ go, go }, { zoo, playground, restaurant }) } and the knowledge triplet C2{ destination object ({ go, go }, { play, eat, relax, pick up, send people }) }. The triplet C3 may be matched to the knowledge triplet C1 to identify the location that the user wants to go to as a zoo. However, there is no triplet that matches the knowledge triplet among the triplet c1, the triplet c2, and the triplet c3, that is, the matching is unsuccessful (the user intention cannot be determined by at least one triplet obtained by matching and parsing and triplets in the knowledge triplet set). In this case, user intention query information may be transmitted to the in-vehicle terminal to acquire the user intention. For example, in the case of unsuccessful matching, user intention inquiry information "ask you to go what", is transmitted to the in-vehicle terminal, or "ask you to see if you go to the zoo to view animals, to send people, or to do something else" is presented according to the already acquired information (the user goes to the zoo) and then receives an answer to the user intention inquiry information transmitted by the user. For example, the user answers "go to pick up". Then the answer is parsed to get the triplet c4 (destination (go, pick up) }. The triple C4 can be successfully matched with the knowledge triple C2, so that the intention of the user is acquired as the user. It will be appreciated that in this example, the user statement "i want to go to zoo" and the user statement "go to pick up" are sent in two separate times. However, if only a single user statement is analyzed to understand the user statement and the user intention, the user statement and the user intention are easily disconnected, interaction is not intelligent enough, and user experience is poor. For example, if only the user statement "go to pick up" is parsed, and the information "go to zoo" that has been understood is not saved, it is not known where the user needs to go to pick up a person, although the user's intention is to go to pick up a person. Therefore, at least one triple obtained by analyzing the historical user statements and/or the historical user statements sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal within the current preset time length can be saved, and the at least one triple obtained by analyzing the historical user statements and/or the historical user statements is combined with the current user statements and/or the at least one triple obtained by analyzing the current user statements.
Step S203: and calling an application containing a map service to acquire the information of the destination, wherein the information of the destination comprises recommended playing time and the flow of people of the destination.
Applications that include mapping services include, but are not limited to, navigation-type applications, travel-type applications, entertainment-type applications, and the like. The navigation class application and the travel class application contain a map service due to their own functional needs. The entertainment application may provide entertainment activities or items near the current location of the user or the location selected by the user according to the current location of the user or the location selected by the user, and therefore the entertainment application may also include a map service. In addition, other applications including mapping services are also possible. The embodiments of the present application do not limit this. The recommended play time may be determined by the invoked application containing the map service screening the user's user rating (e.g., play rating, play recommendation) for the destination. For example, if the score obtained in most user ratings is 3: 00-afternoon 5: when the playing experience of the time period 00 is better or the playing recommendation of the time period is more, the time period is considered as the recommended playing time. The recommended play time may also be obtained by the invoked application containing the map service, a suggested play time determination for the destination by the destination administrator, and the like. The embodiments of the present application are not limited.
Step S204: and if the user intention is a play intention, if the arrival time of the user intention at the destination is predicted to be earlier than the recommended play time, presenting a first recommended message on a current display interface, wherein the first recommended message comprises a first play place, and the first play place is determined according to the arrival time, the recommended play time and a navigation route to the destination.
The expected arrival time (expected arrival time) at the destination may be determined based on the distance of the user's current location from the destination. If the expected arrival time at the destination is earlier than the recommended play time, the user may have to wait at the destination due to the user arriving too early (e.g., the user arriving at the destination earlier than the play item opening time or the recommended play time) resulting in a degraded user play experience. Accordingly, the first play location recommended to the user may be determined according to the arrival time and the recommended play time and the navigation route to the destination. Wherein the navigation route may be obtained by invoking an application comprising a map service.
For example, if the recommended play time is eight pm and the predicted arrival time of the user is six pm, the user may be asked whether to go to a restaurant, and if the user answers positively, a restaurant meeting the user taste on the navigation route may be recommended to the user according to the user diet preference. Wherein the user dietary preferences are formed from the user data. It should be noted that the user data may be acquired only when the user permission to acquire the user data is obtained or already obtained. Or after recommending restaurants which accord with the tastes of the users on the navigation route to the users according to the eating and drinking preferences of the users and obtaining the positive answer of the users on whether the users need to go to the restaurants, inquiring whether the users have the wanted cuisine or variety. If the user answers one or more cuisine or category, restaurants on the navigation route may be recommended according to the one or more cuisine or category included in the user answer.
If the user does not have the desired cuisine or variety, recommending restaurants which meet the taste of the user on the navigation route to the user according to the diet preference of the user. If the user obtains a negative answer as to whether the restaurant needs to be visited, the first play place may be recommended to the user according to the user play preference and the like. The first playing place is recommended to the user, so that the user can be reminded, unnecessary waiting of the user can be effectively avoided, the time can be fully utilized for playing, and the playing experience of the user is better.
In a possible implementation manner, the method may further include steps B1 to B2:
step B1: calling an application containing weather service to obtain weather information, wherein the weather information comprises a weather type and a temperature, and the first playing place recommended by the user is an outdoor playing place under the condition that the weather type meets a first preset weather type and/or the temperature meets a preset temperature range.
And calling an application containing weather service to acquire weather information containing weather type and temperature, and determining a first play place according to the predicted arrival time, the recommended play time, the navigation route, the weather, the temperature and the like.
Illustratively, the expected arrival time is 2 pm and the recommended play time is 5 pm-8 pm, indicating that the expected user arrival time is earlier than the recommended play time. If the current day is cloudy and the temperature is about 25 ℃, and the navigation route is suitable for outdoor playing, the outdoor place on the navigation route can be preferentially recommended to the user as the first playing place.
And step B2: and under the condition that the weather type meets a second preset weather type and/or the temperature exceeds a preset temperature range, recommending the first playing place for the user to be an indoor playing place.
If the current day is sunny, the temperature is 38 ℃ and high, and the navigation route is not suitable for outdoor playing, the indoor place on the navigation route can be preferentially recommended to the user as the first playing place. The first playing place recommended to the user is considered from more factors, so that the recommended content can better fit the actual situation and the user requirements, and the playing experience of the user is improved to a certain extent.
In addition, the first playing place can be determined by combining the traveling habits of the user. For example, in cloudy weather and at a temperature of about 25 ℃, but it can be known from the historical travel records of the user that the historical destinations of the user are basically indoor locations, which indicates that the user may not want to go outdoors, the indoor locations can be recommended to the user in a situation suitable for outdoor play.
In a possible implementation manner, the method may further include step C1 to step C2:
step C1: and calling the application containing the map service under the condition that the user intention is a playing intention, acquiring the parking space conditions of the parking lot within the preset destination range, and generating a first parking path, wherein the corresponding parking lot in the first parking path has residual parking spaces.
Calling an application containing map service, acquiring the parking space condition of the parking lot within the preset destination range, and according to the parking space condition of the parking lot within the preset destination range.
In the case where the user's intent is play intent, then the user may need to park in the parking lot before playing. Therefore, the parking condition within the preset destination range can be acquired, and the parking path can be determined according to the parking condition within the preset destination range. For example, if there are a parking lot a, a parking lot B, and a parking lot C within the preset destination range, and after obtaining the parking conditions of the respective parking lots, it is found that there is no vacant parking lot in the parking lot a, and there are vacant parking lots in the parking lot B and the parking lot C, the parking route is a route to be navigated to the parking lot B or the parking lot C. Further, in the case that there are two or more parking lots with vacant parking spaces, the parking route may be determined according to the current driving route of the vehicle and/or the traffic flow rate of each parking lot within the preset range and/or the distance between each parking lot and the destination (i.e. selecting an optimal parking lot with vacant parking spaces). For example, a parking lot located on the current navigation route or closer to the current navigation route is selected among the vacant parking lots, and/or a parking lot having a smaller traffic flow within a preset range of parking lots is selected, and/or a parking lot closer to the destination is selected. If there is only one parking lot within the preset range of the destination, the parking path (navigation route) may be determined according to the positions of the remaining parking lots in the parking lot.
And C2: and presenting the first parking path to the user through the first recommendation message.
In a possible implementation manner, when the user intention is a receiving intention, the application including the map service is called, the pedestrian volume and the parking regulation of each entrance and exit of the destination are obtained, and a second parking path is generated, wherein the pedestrian volume of a corresponding parking place in the second parking path is smaller than a preset pedestrian volume threshold value, and the parking regulation is that parking is allowed or parking and walking are allowed.
In the case where the user's intention is a pick-up intention, the user needs to stay outside the destination for a short time without staying for a long time while driving the vehicle. So that the navigation route may not require the user to navigate to the parking lot. Therefore, an application including a map service can be called to acquire the traffic flow and the parking regulation of each entrance and exit of the destination, and the parking route can be determined according to the traffic flow and the parking regulation of the destination. The pedestrian flow of the corresponding parking place in the second parking path should be smaller than a preset pedestrian flow threshold. For example, if the flow rate of people at the entrance a of the destination exceeds the preset flow rate threshold, the user does not navigate to the entrance a of the destination, but navigates to an entrance with a flow rate smaller than the preset flow rate threshold in other entrances of the destination. For example, if the traffic of people at the entrance a of the destination is much larger than the traffic of people at the entrance B of the destination, the parking route is a route leading to the entrance B of the destination. Furthermore, it is necessary to determine a parking location within a preset range of the destination according to a parking regulation of the destination, and then determine a navigation path. Parking is defined as allowing parking or stop-and-go. For example, if the traffic of people at the entrance a of the destination is large, the traffic of people at the entrance B and the entrance C is small, but the entrance B does not allow parking, the parking route is a route to be navigated to the entrance C. For example, doorway A has a large flow of people, and doorway B has a small flow of people, but doorway B does not allow parking. The parking path is a path navigated to doorway a.
In a possible implementation manner, before step S204, the following steps may be further included:
and under the condition that the user intention is the playing intention, calling the application containing the map service to obtain historical pedestrian volume of the destination, determining the expected pedestrian volume of the destination at the arrival time according to the historical pedestrian volume, and if the expected pedestrian volume is larger than a preset pedestrian volume, presenting a second recommendation message on a current display interface, wherein the second recommendation message comprises inquiry information and a second playing place, the inquiry information is used for inquiring whether the user changes the destination, and the second playing place is determined according to the destination and the navigation route.
The flow of people at the destination refers to the flow of people at the destination when the user sentence containing the destination is received, that is, the current flow of people. And predicting the predicted pedestrian flow when the user arrives at the destination according to the current pedestrian flow and the historical pedestrian flow of the destination. Specifically, the predicted pedestrian volume when the user arrives at the destination is predicted according to the change situation of the historical pedestrian volume at the historical arrival time and the current pedestrian volume. For example, the historical traffic of the historical arrival time rises by X% year by year, and the product of the current traffic and X% may be used as the expected traffic when the user arrives at the destination. The historical arrival time in the embodiment of the present application refers to a time or a time range historically corresponding to the estimated arrival time. For example, the expected arrival time is 4 pm. Then the historical arrival time may be yesterday at 4 pm, may be the last day at 4 pm, may be any past day at 4 pm. Or yesterday 3. Further, the expected flow rate of people may be determined from historical average flow rates of people. For example, the historical average human traffic of the historical arrival time is used as the expected human traffic when the user is expected to arrive at the destination. The embodiments of the present application do not limit this.
In the case that the expected human flow is greater than the preset human flow, if the user travels to the destination for playing, the user may not have a good playing experience because the human flow is too large. Therefore, it is possible to send inquiry information to the user inquiring whether the user changes the destination and recommending a second play place according to the type of the destination to which the user goes this time.
Illustratively, if the received destination is amusement park a and the predicted traffic of people when the user is predicted to arrive at amusement park a is greater than the preset traffic of people, the user may be asked whether to change the destination and recommend a second place of play on the navigation route (e.g., amusement park B) to the user based on the type of destination (amusement park). Further, it is also possible to recommend the second play place (for example, amusement park C) to the user only according to the type of destination (amusement park) without according to the navigation route. Alternatively, the user may be asked whether to change the destination, and the second play location may be recommended to the user after a message confirming that the destination is changed is sent from the user.
Step S205: and calling the application containing the map service to acquire parking information, wherein the parking information comprises a parking place.
It is understood that, in the case where the first play place is recommended to the user or the user confirms that the first play place is visited before visiting the destination, the parking information is acquired from the first play place by calling the application including the map service. It should be noted that the applications including the map service that are invoked each time may be the same application or different applications. For example, the application including the map service called for acquiring the parking information and the application including the map service called for acquiring the information of the destination may be the same application or different applications. The embodiment of the present application is not limited to this. The parking place may be a temporary parking place or a parking place where parking can be performed for a long time.
Step S206: and if the parking place is a regular parking place, judging whether the distance between the first playing place and the parking place exceeds a preset distance.
In one scenario, it may be that the parent travels to the destination with the child to play, but the user may not have a good play experience because the destination is predicted to be reached before the recommended play time. The first play location may then be recommended to the user before the recommended play time, so that the user (parent and child) is not wasted spending time waiting to reach the recommended play time. If the parent and child both walk to the first play location for play after parking, the play time of the passengers (e.g., mother and child) would be wasted. Thus, a driver (e.g., dad) can generally take the steps of first sending mom and child to a first play location, and then driving to a parking location by dad to park.
If the parking place is a regular parking place, the vehicle can be parked for a long time. As dad needs to walk to the first play location to meet mom and child after parking the vehicle at the parking location. But a range of distances is acceptable for a person to walk. If the distance is too long, the user may be reluctant to walk. Therefore, it can be determined whether the distance between the first play location and the parking location exceeds a preset distance. Wherein the preset distance may be a walking distance acceptable to the user. For example, the preset distance may be an acquired walking distance that most users can accept. Or may be a fixed preset distance, for example, 1 km. But also the distance that the user historically walks and the like that is acquired by invoking an application containing a mapping service. The embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
Step S207: if the distance between the first playing place and the parking place does not exceed a preset distance, judging whether a reference time length exceeds an expected playing time length or not, wherein the reference time length is determined according to the walking time length from the first playing place to the parking place, the driving time length from the first playing place to the parking place and the expected parking time length, and the expected playing time length is determined according to the recommended playing time and the driving time length from the first playing place to the destination.
If the distance between the first play location and the parking location does not exceed the preset distance, it indicates that the driver (e.g., dad) would like to walk to the first play location to meet mom and child after parking the car. However, if dad has not traveled to the first play location to rendezvous with mom and child more than the expected play duration, then dad does not need to go to the first play location to rendezvous with mom and child. Wherein the predicted play length is a length of time that is predicted to be available for play at the first play location without affecting arrival at the destination at the recommended play time. That is, the expected play duration = recommended play time-current time-duration of driving the vehicle from the current location to the first play location-duration of driving the vehicle from the first play location to the destination. The reference time length = a driving time length for driving the vehicle from the first play place to the parking place + a predicted parking time length + a time length for walking from the parking place to the first play place (walking time length). The reference time period is the sum of the time period it takes dad to go to the parking location to park, the time period it takes to predict the parking (predicted parking time period), and the time period to walk to the first play location.
Step S208: if the reference time length exceeds the expected playing time length and the time difference between the reference time length and the expected playing time length does not exceed the walking time length, prompting a driver to wait on the vehicle and recommending playing content according to the waiting time length, and sending a reminding message under the condition that the reminding time is reached, wherein the waiting time length and the reminding time are determined according to the expected playing time length and the reference time length, and the reminding message is used for reminding the user to leave the first playing place to go to the destination.
If the reference duration exceeds the expected playing duration, that is, if dad does not meet mom and child, then dad exceeds the expected playing duration, it is necessary to depart to the destination. If the time difference between the expected playing time length and the reference time length does not exceed the walking time length, the expected playing time length is reached, and if dad meets mom and child after stopping the car, dad stops the car and is in the walking process. But since in this case dad is not required to walk to meet, dad will be free for a period of time that it should be on foot (wait period) after stopping. Then the content may be recommended to play according to the waiting duration, such as a video with approximately the same duration as the waiting duration, for the driver to issue the waiting duration. Wherein the waiting duration = expected playing duration-driving duration of the driving vehicle from the first playing location to the parking location-expected parking duration-driving duration of the driving vehicle from the parking location to the first playing location.
Since the user plays halfway to the first play point and then still needs to go to the destination, it is necessary to grasp the time of stay at the first play point. Thus, the alert message may be sent when the alert time arrives. Wherein the reminder time = current time + duration of driving the vehicle from the current position to the first play location + expected play duration-duration of driving the vehicle from the parking location to the first play location. The reminder message is used to remind the user that it is time for the user to have arrived that the user should leave the first play location to travel to the destination.
Step S209: if the reference duration exceeds the expected play duration and the time difference exceeds the walking duration, presenting driving advice.
If the time difference exceeds the walking time length, the driver (dad) finishes sending mom and children, does not stop at the parking place, and reaches the expected playing time length to go to the destination. In this case, the driver cannot go to the parking place to park, and thus can be presented with driving advice.
In one possible implementation, presenting the driving advice may be presenting the driving advice prompting the driver to park on a path of the first play location and the parking location.
Since the time difference exceeds the walking length, the driver has not parked at the parking location and has reached the expected play length to travel to the destination, then advice may be presented prompting the driver to park on the path of the first play location and the parking location.
In a possible implementation manner, the presenting manner may also be that, in a case that the vehicle needs to be refueled, an application containing a map service is invoked to acquire the position of a gas station; and under the condition that the preset range of the first playing place contains a gas station, presenting a driving suggestion prompting the driver to go to the gas station to refuel the vehicle.
The vehicle-mounted terminal can judge whether the vehicle has a refueling demand or not by acquiring basic conditions of the vehicle, such as the current remaining fuel quantity. Whether the refueling demand exists in the current remaining fuel quantity can be determined by judging the relationship between the current remaining fuel quantity and the preset fuel quantity. In the prior art, when the vehicle residual oil volume is less than the preset oil volume, the vehicle will remind. In the context of the embodiments of the present application, the driver does not need to go to the parking location to park at the present time. And if the current remaining fuel amount is within the preset range of the preset fuel amount, the application containing the map service can be called to obtain the position of the gas station and a driving suggestion prompting the driver to go to the gas station to refuel the vehicle can be presented when the vehicle remaining fuel amount is not less than the preset fuel amount. For example, if the preset oil amount is 3 liters, the driver is reminded of the lack of oil amount when the remaining oil amount of the vehicle is less than 3 liters in the prior art. In the embodiment of the present application, if the preset fuel amount is 3 liters and the preset range is 20% of the preset fuel amount, when the remaining fuel amount of the vehicle is less than 3.6 liters, the application including the map service may be called to obtain the position of the gas station and a driving suggestion prompting the driver to go to the gas station to refuel the vehicle is presented. In another implementation manner, whether to invoke an application containing a map service to acquire the position of the gas station and present a driving suggestion prompting a driver to go to the gas station to refuel the vehicle can be determined according to the distance that the vehicle can travel by the current remaining fuel and the fuel consumed by the user to go to the destination.
Step S2010: and if the reference time length does not exceed the predicted playing time length, prompting the driver to meet the condition that the driver meets the passenger when walking to the first playing place after parking the vehicle at the parking place.
The reference time length does not exceed the expected playing time length, and the condition that the driver has time to walk to the first playing place to meet the mother and the child after parking the vehicle at the parking place is met. The driver may then be prompted to meet the conditions for walking to the first play location and the passengers (mom and children) after parking the vehicle at the parking location.
In a possible implementation manner, in a case where the driver goes to the first play place after stopping at the destination to meet the passenger, the reminding message is sent to the user terminal bound with the vehicle-mounted terminal when the reminding time arrives.
If the driver and the passenger meet at the first playing place, when the reminding time arrives, the user cannot be directly reminded of the time that the user needs to leave the first playing place to go to the destination through the vehicle-mounted terminal due to the fact that the user is away from the vehicle. Then, the user may be alerted by sending an alert message to the user terminal bound to the vehicle terminal at this time. The method of determining whether the driver meets the passenger at the first play location includes, but is not limited to, determining whether a distance between the vehicle terminal and the user terminal bound to the vehicle terminal is less than a certain distance, or determining whether the vehicle is in a driving/ignition state.
Step S2011: and if the distance between the first playing place and the parking place exceeds the preset distance, prompting the driver to wait on the vehicle, and recommending playing contents according to the waiting time.
If the distance between the first playing place and the parking place exceeds the preset distance, the fact that the driver does not want to walk to the first playing place is indicated. The driver may be prompted to wait on the vehicle and recommend the content for play based on the length of the wait.
Step S2012: and if the parking place is an illegal parking place, prompting the driver to search a position which does not obstruct pedestrians and vehicles to pass through, parking while waiting on the vehicle, and recommending the playing content according to the waiting time.
If the parking place is an irregular place, the driver needs to stay on the vehicle so as to move the vehicle at any time. Therefore, the driver can be prompted to search for a position which does not obstruct pedestrians and vehicles from passing, stop at the side and wait on the vehicle, and the playing content is recommended according to the waiting time length.
Through the implementation mode, the user can be recommended to go to the first playing place or the second playing place according to the information such as whether the arrival time is earlier than the expected playing time and the traffic of people in the process that the user goes to the destination for playing. If the user goes to the first playing place, the user goes to the destination to play after playing at the first playing place. If the user travels to the second play location, the user does not travel to the destination for play. In addition, since the user can also go to the destination for playing after going to the first playing place, various prompting messages (for example, prompting to wait on a vehicle, sending a prompting message and the like) are sent to the user according to specific conditions in the time period of going to the first playing place and not going to the destination, so that the user cannot cause poor playing experience due to the problems of not holding time, not knowing road conditions, unfamiliarity with the parking position of the first playing place and the like. Aiming at a family travel application scene with tourist attractions as a navigation intention, a man-machine interaction service engine of the vehicle-mounted terminal can intelligently predict the recommended play time of a destination, and can assist a user to converge surplus idle time periods which can be reached too early to effectively utilize under the condition that the predicted arrival time is earlier than the recommended play time, and meanwhile, the entertainment requirements and parking requirements of different family members are met. The refined playing scheme is beneficial to improving the intelligence of the vehicle-mounted terminal for providing navigation service in the application field, and the deep experience requirement of family trip is met.
