The target approval end may be other terminal devices installed with the application platform, and specifically may include one or more approval ends, for example: the multiple approval ends can comprise an application administration department, a business requirement department, an application platform side and the like. If the target approval end comprises a plurality of approval ends, the server can respectively send application information to the plurality of approval ends according to a set sequence, and after the last approval end passes the approval, the server sends the application information to the next approval end.
And step S306, after acquiring the approval passing information of the target approval end, the server sends an operation instruction to the terminal equipment at the operation time point.
After the server acquires the approval passing information of the target approval end, if the operation time point is not reached, the server waits for the operation time point and then sends an operation instruction to the terminal equipment. Under special conditions, if the operation time point is exceeded when the server acquires the approval passing information of the target approval end, the server immediately sends an operation instruction to the terminal equipment.
And step S307, after receiving the operation instruction sent by the server, the terminal device operates the target application in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application.
The operation instruction is used for instructing to operate the target application in the application platform, for example: and deploying the target application into the application platform, or performing change operation or stop operation on the target application in the application platform, and the like.
In a possible implementation manner, the information to be operated of the target application includes application deployment information, and at this time, the terminal device deploys the target application to the application platform according to the application deployment information of the target application.
For example, the application deployment information includes, but is not limited to, icon information, access mode, usage rights, link address, etc. of the target application, and the target application is deployed onto the application platform based on the information.
In another possible embodiment, the information to be operated of the target application includes application change information, and at this time, the terminal device performs a change operation on the target application in the application platform according to the application change information of the target application.
For example, application change information includes, but is not limited to, changing the following information: technical parameters, usage rights (e.g., user population), etc.
In another possible implementation manner, the information to be operated of the target application includes application disabling information, and at this time, the terminal device performs a disabling operation on the target application in the application platform according to the application disabling information of the target application.
According to the technical scheme, related personnel can conveniently submit application information of the target application in the application platform, and after the application operation time point is reached, the target application can be operated according to the application information in the application platform.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate related personnel to view the approval state of the target application, an application viewing control may be further set in the application management interface, and the terminal device may further perform the following steps A1-A2:
a1, responding to a trigger operation aiming at an application viewing control in an application management interface, and displaying an application viewing interface, wherein the application viewing interface comprises an approval viewing control of a target application.
And the application viewing interface can display the examination and approval viewing controls of all the applications in the examination and approval state.

Specifically, after the related personnel trigger the examination and approval control of the target application, the terminal device may send the examination request of the examination and approval state of the target application to the server, receive the examination and approval state of the application information of the target application returned by the server, and display the examination and approval state.
In some embodiments, the relevant personnel may further initiate an approval reminding for the target application in the approval state, at this time, an approval reminding control of the target application may be further set in the application viewing interface, and the terminal device may further send the approval reminding information of the target application to the target approval terminal through the server in response to a triggering operation of the approval reminding control for the target application.
In some embodiments, for the target application in the approval state, if the relevant person finds that the application information of the target application is incorrect or for other reasons, the relevant person needs to withdraw the application information, and may also apply for withdrawing the application information of the target application.
Specifically, an application withdrawal control of the target application may be further set in the application viewing interface, and the terminal device may further withdraw the application information of the target application through the server in response to a trigger operation of the application withdrawal control for the target application when the application information of the target application is in an approval state.
The application management method of the application platform in the embodiment of the application has at least the following advantages:
1. the application management menu of the application platform is used as an intermediate process, so that the full-process management of adding, adding and stopping the application can be realized.
2. The hot plug of the application platform is realized, the application is newly added or does not depend on the self change of the application platform, and an application development department can lift the related application of the application and can carry out online deployment when the application reaches a preset online date after approval. At the same time, a fast offloading of the application can be achieved.
3. A plurality of departments (such as a business requirement department, an application development department, an application platform side and the like) related to the application are enabled to interwork with the application flow of the application, and smooth deployment flow and quick response of the application are ensured.
The following describes an application management method of an application platform on a terminal device side according to the present application.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides an application management method for an application platform, including the following steps S401 to S404:
step S401, the terminal device responds to the triggering operation of an application management menu in an application platform and displays an application management interface, wherein the application management interface comprises an application control;
step S402, the terminal equipment responds to the trigger operation aiming at the application control and displays an application interface;
step S403, the terminal equipment acquires application information input in the application interface, and sends the application information to a target approval end in the application platform through the server for approval; the application information at least comprises information to be operated of the target application and an operation time point;
step S404, after receiving the operation instruction sent by the server, the terminal device operates the target application in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application; the operation instruction is sent by the server at an operation time point after the approval passing information of the target approval end is obtained.
In a possible embodiment, the application control includes an application add-on child control, and in step S402, the terminal device may display an application add-on application interface in response to a trigger operation for the application add-on child control.
In the application addition application interface, the input information to be operated of the target application includes application deployment information, and in step S404, the terminal device may deploy the target application to the application platform according to the application deployment information of the target application.
In a possible embodiment, the application control includes at least one application change sub-control of the application, and in step S402, the terminal device may display an application change application interface in response to a trigger operation of the application change sub-control for the target application;
in the application change application interface, the input information to be operated of the target application includes application change information, and in step S404, the terminal device performs a change operation on the target application in the application platform according to the application change information of the target application.
In a possible embodiment, the application control includes at least one application deactivation sub-control of the application, and in step S402, the terminal device may display an application deactivation application interface in response to a trigger operation of the application deactivation sub-control for the target application;
in the application deactivation application interface, the input information to be operated of the target application includes application change information, and in step S404, the terminal device executes a deactivation operation on the target application in the application platform according to the application deactivation information of the target application.

The following describes an application management method of an application platform on the server side of the present application.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application provides an application management method for an application platform, including the following steps S501 to S503:
step S501, a server receives application information which is sent by terminal equipment and is initiated aiming at an application platform; the application information at least comprises information to be operated of the target application and an operation time point;
and step S502, the server sends the application information to a target approval end in the application platform for approval.
In a possible embodiment, the target approval end includes a plurality of approval ends associated with the target application, and the application information includes information of the plurality of approval ends.
In step S502, the server may send the application information to a plurality of approval terminals in sequence for approval; the server sends the application information to one approval end every time, and if approval passing information of the approval ends is obtained, the application information is sent to the next approval end to be approved.
Step S503, after acquiring the approval pass information of the target approval end, the server sends an operation instruction to the terminal device at an operation time point, so that the terminal device operates the target application in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application.
Based on the same inventive concept, an application management method of an application platform provided in the embodiments of the present application may be executed by an electronic device alone, and as shown in fig. 6, includes the following steps S601 to S604:
step S601, responding to a trigger operation aiming at an application management menu in an application platform, and displaying an application management interface, wherein the application management interface comprises an application control;
step S602, responding to the trigger operation aiming at the application control, and displaying an application interface;
step S603, acquiring application information input in an application interface, and sending the application information to a target approval end in an application platform for approval; the application information at least comprises information to be operated of the target application and an operation time point;
step S604, after the approval pass information of the target approval end is obtained, if the operation time point is reached, the target application is operated in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application.
For the specific implementation process of each step, reference is made to the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application, which is not described herein again.
In the following, an application management process of an application platform according to an embodiment of the present application is exemplarily described with reference to a specific application scenario.
In practical application, by using the application management method of the application platform in the embodiment of the application, the following operations can be executed by relevant departments related to the application:
1. the application development department can initiate an application for newly adding (or changing or deactivating) an application (such as a counter menu, a single sign-on menu and the like) to the application platform, and fill a corresponding application form in an application interface.
2. The application development department can set the validation time by itself, and after the approval process passes, the application development department deploys and releases the application according to the validation time filled in the application form (if the approval time exceeds the application validation time, the application development department immediately takes effect).
3. The application administration department, the application platform administration department, the business requirement department and the like can examine and approve the application form one by one according to the process.
4. The application development department can track the state of the application form and can check the current approval process state of the application form.
5. The application development department can urge the approval process to be handled, and the approval department of the current approval process is reminded to process the application form in time.
6. After the application development department initiates the application, if the information of the application form is wrongly filled, the application form which is still in the examination and approval state at present can be withdrawn.
7. After the approval department rejects the application form, the application development department can check the reason of rejection so as to clearly know the non-standard application form.
8. For the withdrawn and rejected application form, the application development department can perform resubmission operation, and after editing the relevant information of the application form, the application is reinitiated, and the approval process is entered again.
9. For applications which pass the approval and do not reach the effective time and are not deployed, the application development department can also stop the application process, so that production accidents are avoided to the maximum extent.
The following describes an exemplary application management process of an application platform according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the service requirement department proposes a service scenario, an authority range, and the like, the application development department completes development and testing of applications, then creates a new application request form on an application platform of the terminal device, the terminal device submits the request form to the application administration department, the application platform administration department, and the terminal device of the service requirement department in sequence for approval, and if the approval process is not terminated, the terminal device is online applied in the application platform when the approval time is up after the approval is passed. Further, for online application, the application development department may also create a request form for changing or deactivating the application on the application platform of the terminal device, and the terminal device sequentially submits the request form to the terminal devices of the above departments for examination and approval, and when the examination and approval pass, and the validation time is reached, the terminal device changes or deactivates the application in the application platform.
According to the scheme, when the application development department submits the application, the effective time can be set, and the application development department can take effect in real time after the approval process, so that the application development department can be put into production conveniently and quickly and can be deployed flexibly. In addition, all departments related to application can be brought into the application management process, personnel of the related departments can check the circulation state of the application form, whether the control application information conforms to the requirements of the business demand department and the application platform or not can be judged, the application development department can withdraw the application at any time, and the application process is terminated. Meanwhile, when the production problem occurs after the application is on line, the application development department can also stop the application in time, and the production problem is prevented from being expanded.
Referring to fig. 8, the application can implement operations such as adding, changing and deactivating applications. When newly adding an application, establishing a request form, submitting the request form to an approval end for approval, entering an approval process, and if the request form passes the approval, performing online application. And changing or deactivating operation can be executed for the online application, the application is also established, then the approval process of the application form is entered, and if the approval is passed, the operation is changed or deactivated. The new, changed and disabled application can be ensured to be in the service requirement range by examining and approving the application form.
The flows of adding, changing and deactivating applications are exemplarily described below.
1. Newly added application
The new application can comprise two situations, namely a new counter menu and a new single sign-on menu.
A. Adding a counter menu: according to the process, a request for adding a counter menu is initiated, a counter menu interface is added, and the following information can be set in the counter menu interface: validation date, access mode, service information, add menu, add test report, etc.
Referring to fig. 9A, the process of applying for adding a counter menu includes:
1. and clicking an application button of the newly added counter menu to enter a newly added counter menu interface, as shown in fig. 9B.
2. The validation time is set.
3. The access mode is selected, for example, the access mode includes a normal mode and a specific user mode, the normal mode is effective for all users to display the menu, the specific user mode is effective for only a specific user, and if the access mode is the specific user mode, the user can be selected.
4. And inquiring the counter menu and selecting the counter menu needing to be newly added.
5. The service information is filled out, for example, including usage rights (user group), application function description, application function profile, application-related contact information, and the like.
6. The added test report, the effective time, the access mode, the added counter menu, the service information and the like are in the information category confirmed by the test report, and are used for proving that the operation of the newly added counter menu is really authorized and is within the service requirement range, so that the operator is prevented from mistakenly adding the counter menu which does not belong to the application department in which the operator is positioned or does not belong to the service requirement range in which the operator is added.
7. And generating a request form of the newly added counter menu based on the information.
B. A newly added single-point login menu and a system page linked with the single-point login menu are generally used for verifying user authority, and the token and other related information of a login user carried on an application platform is required to be used for authenticating the authority. The following information can be set in the newly added single sign-on menu interface: validation date, menu name, service information, menu link address, configuration parameters, test report addition, etc.
Referring to fig. 10, the process of applying for the new single sign-on menu includes:
1. and clicking an application button of the newly added single sign-on menu to enter a newly added single sign-on menu interface.
2. And filling the effective date and other service information of the single sign-on menu of the newly added single point.
3. Filling in related technical parameters including the link address of the menu and parameters to be carried by the single sign-on menu, wherein if the parameters are not carried, the parameters are added to the ordinary menu link.
4. The configuration parameters and the link carrying parameters of the single sign-on menu are generally divided into two types, one is static parameters, namely, some parameter values are needed for controlling the service process of the single sign-on target system and are not necessarily used for authentication. The other is dynamic parameters, a part of variable templates are built in the application management system and are selected by newly added single sign-on personnel, and finally, a generated menu carries dynamic data to jump to a single sign-on destination address when being clicked by a user.
5. The added test report, the filled service information and the menu parameters are in the information category confirmed by the test report, are used for proving the operation of the newly added single sign-on menu, initiate the newly added operation personnel to have the authority indeed, and are also in the service requirement range, so that the operation personnel is prevented from mistakenly adding the single sign-on which does not belong to the application department or does not belong to the service requirement range, and the carried dynamic and static parameters of the single sign-on menu are proved to be normally accessible after the test process.
6. And submitting the information and generating a request form of a newly added single sign-on menu.
2. Changing applications
Taking the application as the counter menu and the single sign-on menu as an example, the application development department may change the menu that has been on line, and as shown in fig. 11A, the application process of changing the menu includes:
1. selecting a target menu from the on-line menu list, clicking a change button of the target menu, entering a menu change interface, and acquiring and displaying detailed information of the target menu as shown in fig. 11B.
2. The effective time of the change is set.
3. And filling change information, such as modifying service information, wherein the relevant verification rule and the newly added menu are kept consistent.
4. The method is characterized in that a test report is added, service information and menu parameters of the menu change are in the information category confirmed by the test report, and the method is used for proving the change operation, initiating the change operation of which the operator really has permission and is also the change operation within the service requirement range, preventing the operator from mistakenly changing the application information which does not belong to the change service requirement range, and simultaneously proving that the change operation passes through a test process and the menu can be normally accessed.
5. And submitting change information, creating a request form for changing the menu application, and entering an approval process.
3. Disabling applications
Taking the application as the counter menu and the single sign-on menu as an example, the application development department may initiate a shutdown application for an online menu initiated by a department person, and as shown in fig. 12, the application flow of the shutdown menu includes:
1. clicking a deactivation button in the on-line application list, namely entering a deactivation menu application page:
2. and entering a deactivation menu application page, and if the menu is a single sign-on menu, displaying the menu details.
3. And filling the validation time.
4. If the menu is a counter menu, a button capable of adding a stop counter menu is displayed, and stop application can be initiated to a plurality of counter menus.
5. The menu that needs to be deactivated is selected from the on-line counter menu (single sign-on menu does not have this flow).
6. And adding a test report to prove that the stopping operation is performed at this time, initiating the stopping operation that the stopping operator really has the authority and is also the stopping operation within the service requirement range, preventing the operator from mistakenly stopping the application information which does not belong to the service requirement changing range, and simultaneously proving that the stopping operation is performed after a test flow proving menu can be stopped and has complete service flow requirements.
7. And submitting information and initiating a deactivation menu application form.
The approval process of the application form is described as an example.
The application management system in the application platform is connected with the state circulation of the application in series through the application form, and the business requiring party, the application developing party and the application platform of the application jointly apply the application flow to check the clearance, so that the smooth and safe execution of the application flow is ensured.
Referring to fig. 13A, after creating a request form (e.g., add/modify/deactivate), the application development department submits the request form to each approval department (e.g., application administration department, application platform administration department, business requirement department, etc.) for approval, and after each approval department passes, if the approval date is reached, the request form becomes valid. In the approval process of the application form, the application development department can also apply for suspension, and then the application process is terminated; if each approval department rejects the application form, the application development department can also recreate the application form.
Specifically, referring to fig. 13B, after the application development department initiates the application form, the steps of transferring the application form are as follows:
1. and the application development department initiates the application form, and the application form enters an approval state.
2. The application development department checks by itself to find that the relevant data of the application form is wrongly filled, and the application can be withdrawn. The application form is terminated.
3. The application development department tracks the application form and finds that the examination and approval department has no examination and approval result all the time, and at the moment, the application development department can initiate an urging to remind the current examination and approval department to process the application form in time.
4. The application development department finds that the application form is rejected, and the application form is terminated. The approval details can be gone to see the reason for refusal. After the information is modified, the application can be reinitiated.
5. After the application passes, the application development department finds bugs or other obvious problems possibly causing production problems in self-checking, can stop the application before the deployment is carried out at the effective time, and does not deploy related applications newly added/changed/stopped. The application form state is terminated. If the application of the application has been deployed, and needs to be changed, a change can be initiated or the application can be deactivated.
6. The application of the application is deployed and the application form is terminated.
According to the scheme, the business requirement department, the application development department and the application platform are associated with each other, and the three parties can control the deployment or change of the specific change points of the platform application and the submission specifications of the related data in real time. Communication and cooperation among three parties are enhanced. The flexible deployment of the application in the application platform is realized, and the rapid production is realized. Through multi-party auditing, the flexibility and the safety are simultaneously considered. The application in the application platform is standardized, a unified integration standard is formulated for applications submitted by various types and different application development departments, and the application platform can be safely, quickly and effectively deployed conveniently.

Claims (16)

1. An application management method of an application platform is applied to a terminal device provided with the application platform, and comprises the following steps:
responding to a trigger operation aiming at an application management menu in an application platform, and displaying an application management interface, wherein the application management interface comprises an application control;
responding to the trigger operation aiming at the application control, and displaying an application interface;
acquiring application information input in the application interface, and sending the application information to a target approval end in the application platform through a server for approval; the application information at least comprises information to be operated of the target application and an operation time point;
after receiving an operation instruction sent by the server, operating the target application in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application; and the operation instruction is sent by the server at the operation time point after the server acquires the approval passing information of the target approval end.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the applying the application control comprises applying a new add control, and the presenting an application interface in response to the triggering operation for the applying the application control comprises:
responding to the triggering operation aiming at the application new-adding child control, and displaying an application new-adding application interface;
if the information to be operated of the target application includes application deployment information, the operating the target application in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application includes:
and deploying the target application to the application platform according to the application deployment information of the target application.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the application control includes at least one application change sub-control of an application, and the presenting an application interface in response to the triggering operation for the application control includes:
responding to the triggering operation of the application change sub-control aiming at the target application, and displaying an application change application interface;
if the information to be operated of the target application includes application change information, the operating the target application in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application includes:
and executing change operation on the target application in the application platform according to the application change information of the target application.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the application control includes at least one application deactivation sub-control of an application, and the presenting an application interface in response to a trigger operation for the application control includes:
responding to the triggering operation of the application stopping sub-control aiming at the target application, and displaying an application stopping application interface;
if the information to be operated of the target application includes application disabling information, the operating the target application in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application includes:
and executing the deactivation operation on the target application in the application platform according to the application deactivation information of the target application.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the target approval terminal comprises a plurality of approval terminals associated with the target application, and the application information comprises information of the plurality of approval terminals;
the application information is sent to a target approval end in the application platform through a server for approval, and the method comprises the following steps:
the application information is sequentially sent to the multiple examination and approval ends through the server to be examined and approved; and the server sends the application information to one approval end every time, and if the approval passing information of the approval end is obtained, the application information is sent to the next approval end for approval.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
responding to a triggering operation aiming at an application viewing control in the application management interface, and displaying an application viewing interface, wherein the application viewing interface comprises an approval viewing control of the target application;
and responding to the triggering operation of the approval viewing control aiming at the target application, and displaying the approval state of the application information of the target application.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising an approval prompt control of the target application in the application viewing interface, the method further comprising:
responding to the triggering operation of the approval reminding control aiming at the target application, and sending the approval reminding information of the target application to the target approval end through the server.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein an application revocation control of the target application is further included in the application viewing interface, the method further comprising:
and under the condition that the application information of the target application is in an approval state, responding to the triggering operation of an application withdrawal control aiming at the target application, and withdrawing the application information of the target application through the server.
9. An application management method of an application platform is applied to a server, and comprises the following steps:
receiving application information which is sent by terminal equipment and is initiated aiming at an application platform; the application information at least comprises information to be operated of the target application and an operation time point;
sending the application information to a target approval end in the application platform for approval;
and after the approval passing information of the target approval end is acquired, sending an operation instruction to the terminal equipment at the operation time point, so that the terminal equipment operates the target application in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the target approval terminal comprises a plurality of approval terminals associated with the target application, and the application information comprises information of the plurality of approval terminals;
the application information is sent to a target approval end in the application platform for approval, and the method comprises the following steps:
the application information is sequentially sent to the multiple approval ends for approval; and the server sends the application information to one approval end every time, and if the approval passing information of the approval end is obtained, the application information is sent to the next approval end for approval.
11. An application management method for an application platform, comprising:
responding to a trigger operation aiming at an application management menu in an application platform, and displaying an application management interface, wherein the application management interface comprises an application control;
responding to the trigger operation aiming at the application control, and displaying an application interface;
acquiring application information input in the application interface, and sending the application information to a target approval end in the application platform for approval; the application information at least comprises information to be operated of the target application and an operation time point;
and after the approval passing information of the target approval end is acquired, if the operation time point is reached, operating the target application in the application platform according to the information to be operated of the target application.
