after the intelligent controller (7) detects that the system pressure is lower than 16Mpa, the lubricating pump (1.1) is automatically started to work, and the pressure of the lubricating system is ensured to be always in the range of a set pressure value from 16Mpa to 20 Mpa;
the system carries out pressure build-up overtime and blockage alarm, and reports pressure build-up overtime alarm when the lubrication pump continuously works for 10 minutes and the pipeline pressure does not reach 20 Mpa; if the pressure in the pipeline is always greater than 16Mpa after the system continuously sprays (10), the blockage alarm is reported.
