Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a pull-tab fixing piece and a template pull-tab structure.
Background
At present, aluminum templates on two opposite sides in a pull-tab system are fixed through pull-tabs, pull-tab grooves are required to be milled at the positions of edges and ribs of the templates during template production, and two pull-tab grooves on adjacent templates are jointly used for accommodating one end part of the pull-tab during template splicing, and the pull-tab is fixed with the side wall of the template through a pin piece, so that the pull-tab plays a role in avoiding the outward tilting of the templates on two opposite sides. However, since the pull tab is straight, the two ends of the pull tab can only be respectively installed in two opposite pull tab grooves, i.e. the splicing seams of the templates on the opposite sides need to be aligned. However, in the casting of the variable-section wall, the positions of the edge joints of the templates at the two sides cannot be aligned, so that the pull tab grooves cannot be aligned, and the pull tabs cannot be installed. Particularly, when the pressing grooves and the tongue-and-groove are formed at the position of the bay window, the sizes of the upper layer aluminum templates and the lower layer aluminum templates at the position of the bay plate are inconsistent, and the sizes of the templates at the two sides of the wall of the stair part are also inconsistent, so that the pull tab cannot be installed. For the positions where the pull tabs cannot be installed, screws are uniformly used for fixing the templates, specifically, the screws penetrate through the templates on the two opposite sides and are fixed through nuts and back ribs. However, the use of screws has the problems of heavy weight and need of processing screw holes on the templates, so that the subsequent problems of plugging the screw holes and large labor capacity exist.

Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without collision.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a pull tab holder 100 and a template pull tab structure 200 are provided in an embodiment of the present application. The template pull tab structure 200 includes a pull tab holder 100, a pull tab 300, a template 400, and a pin 500. The form 400 has a through groove 400a formed in the casting plate surface. The through slot 400a allows the end of the tab 300 to pass through. The end of the pull tab 300 is provided with a hole 300a. The hole 300a is for the pin 500 to pass through.
Referring to fig. 3, the pull tab holder 100 includes a first portion 10 and a second portion 20. The first portion 10 is provided with a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 parallel to each other on opposite sides in the first direction (X direction). The second portion 20 is provided on the second surface 12 and extends in a direction (X direction) perpendicular to the second surface 12. The second portion 20 is provided with a third surface 21 and a fourth surface 22, which are parallel to each other, on opposite sides in the second direction (Y direction). The second direction (Y direction) is perpendicular to the first direction (X direction). The first face 11 is provided with a first perforation 111. The first perforation 111 extends through the second portion 20 in the X-direction on the side facing away from the first portion 10. The second portion 20 is provided with a second perforation 20a. The second through hole 20a penetrates the third surface 21 and the fourth surface 22 in the Y direction.
When in use, the end of the pull tab 300 extends out of the through groove 400a, and then the first perforation 111 of the pull tab fixing member 100 is aligned with the pull tab 300, so that the end of the pull tab 300 extends into the first perforation 111 until the first face 11 contacts the template 400; meanwhile, the second perforation 20a can be aligned with the hole 300a on the tab 300, depending on the sizing; then, the pin 500 is inserted through the second through hole 20a and the hole 300a, thereby fixing the position of the pull tab 300 with respect to the template 400.
Wherein, according to the size design, the second perforation 20a is aligned with the hole 300a in the following manner: firstly, since the thickness of the wall to be poured is known, the length of the pull tab 300 is known, and the position of the hole 300a is known according to engineering design, the position of the second perforation 20a can be calculated according to the thickness of the first portion 10, so that the second perforation 20a can be exactly aligned with the hole 300a when the first face 11 contacts the face of the template 400;
second, a plurality of second perforations 20a are arranged on the second portion 20 at intervals along the X direction, and when in use, the most suitable second perforations 20a are selected to be aligned with the holes 300a so as to adapt to walls with different thicknesses or pull tabs 300 with different lengths.
In some embodiments, the cross-sectional profile of the first portion 10 along the X-direction is circular, i.e., the first portion 10 is pie-shaped. The first perforations 111 are symmetrically arranged along the diameter of the first portion 10 to ensure structural strength and stability. It is understood that the through slots 400a and the first perforations 111 are elongated holes, and have a size slightly larger than the cross section of the pull tab 300, so as to prevent cement leakage. The portions of the first portion 10 in the shape of a circular cake on both sides of the elongated hole can prevent the pull tab holder 100 from being entirely inclined and swayed, i.e., increase the contact area between the first surface 11 and the mold plate 400, and improve the structural strength and stability. In addition, the first portion 10 in the shape of a cake ensures a structure with a minimum area, while avoiding the presence of sharp-angled scratches on the personnel.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the cross-sectional profile of the second portion 20 along the X-direction is a first rectangle 23. The third surface 21 and the fourth surface 22 are surfaces on which the long sides of the first rectangle 23 are located. The first perforations 111 are symmetrically disposed along a perpendicular bisector of the short side of the first rectangle 23. Wherein the second portion 20 having a cubic shape can facilitate a person to grasp the tab fixture 100 stably by hand, and reduce an unnecessary volume to reduce weight while facilitating processing.
In some embodiments, the cross-sectional profile of the first perforation 111 along the X-direction is a second rectangle 111a. The long side of the second rectangle 111a is parallel to the long side of the first rectangle 23. The thickness between the long sides of the second rectangle 111a and the first rectangle 23 is greater than the thickness between the short sides, and the effect is that: since the tab 300 is sheet-shaped, the tab 300 is more easily bent along the Y direction, and the thickness between the long sides of the second rectangle 111a and the first rectangle 23 is designed to be larger, so that the second portion 20 can better protect the tab 300 from bending the tab 300. Further, the second portion 20 may be designed as two parallel plates, i.e. the portion of the second portion 20 between the second rectangle 111a and the short side of the first rectangle 23 is removed, and the gap between the two plates is the first perforation 111, thereby further reducing the weight while achieving the function.
In some embodiments, the first face 11 is provided with an elastic member and a sealing member (not shown). The elastic member is provided on the first face 11. The sealing element is arranged on the side of the elastic element facing away from the first face 11. A seal surrounds the first perforation 111 for sealing the through slot 400a. The resilient member pushes the sealing member in a direction away from the first face 11 so that the sealing member can seal the through groove 400a even in the case where the first face 11 does not completely contact the die plate 400. The structure is such that: to prioritize the alignment of the second perforations 20a with the holes 300a, there may be a first face 11 that is not fully in contact with the template 400, but still seals the through slots 400a from leakage.
In other embodiments, the pull tab holder 100 further includes a third portion and an elastic member (not shown). The elastic member is connected between the first face 11 and the third portion. The side of the third portion facing away from the first portion 10 has a contact surface for contacting the template 400. The elastic member pushes the third portion in a direction away from the first face 11. The third portion has a fourth aperture aligned with the first aperture 111 for receiving the tab 300. The structure is such that: in order to prioritize the alignment of the second through hole 20a with the hole 300a, there may be a case that the first surface 11 cannot contact the mold 400, so that the third portion is pushed onto the mold 400 by the elastic member, so that the contact between the pull tab fixing member 100 and the mold 400 is ensured, and the effect of fixing the pull tab 300 is further achieved. Wherein a seal may also be provided on the contact surface of the third portion.
In some embodiments, the second portion 20 is provided with a third perforation (not shown) along a third direction (Z-direction). The Z direction is perpendicular to the X direction and the Y direction. The third perforation communicates with the first perforation 111 to facilitate viewing the position of the tab 300.
In some embodiments, a stiffener (not shown) is provided between the third surface 21 and the fourth surface 22 and the second surface 12, respectively.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, a notch 24 is provided at an end of the second portion 20 remote from the first portion 10. The notch 24 penetrates the third surface 21 and the fourth surface 22. The notch 24 communicates with the first perforation 111. The notch 24 can expose an end of a portion of the tab 300 so that a person can pull the tab 300 in the X-direction to adjust the position of the tab 300 relative to the template 400.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the template pull tab structure 200, the template 400 includes a planar template 410 and a right angle template 420 that are spliced together. Since the splice joint between the flat panel form 410 and the right angle form 420 on one side is not aligned with the other side (not aligned in the direction perpendicular to the panel surface), the through groove 400a needs to be formed in the panel surface of the right angle form 420 on one side. The through groove 400a is aligned with the splice joint of the opposite side flat template 410 and the right angle template 420, and thus the tab 300 can be inserted, and then the tab 300 is fixed by cooperating with the tab holder 100 and the pin tab. In other embodiments, as long as the pull tab 300 cannot be fixed by the splice between two templates at two opposite sides, the through groove 400a may be machined at the opposite position, the pull tab 300 may be inserted into the through groove 400a, and the pull tab fixing member 100 and the pin sheet may be engaged to fix the pull tab 300. The pin piece can also be replaced by a screw nut, etc.
In addition, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that the above embodiments are presented for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to be limiting, and that any suitable modification or variation of the above embodiments is within the scope of the disclosure.
