S2, preparing a disinfectant: when liquid exists in the collection box 311, the second transport pump 404 is started, the liquid in the collection box 311 smoothly flows into the brewing box 401, when no liquid exists in the collection box 311 or the liquid is insufficient, the third transport pump 408 is started to suck water resources in the water storage tank 406, the water resources are conveyed into the brewing box 401 through the second input pipe 407, automatic proportioning and brewing of the sterilizing liquid are guaranteed to be smoothly performed, after the water resources reach a certain amount, the stirring device 402 is started to continuously stir the liquid in the brewing box 401, then the flow control valve 413 below the raw liquid storage tank 411 is opened, the sterilizing raw liquid in the raw liquid storage tank 411 flows into the brewing box 401, the concentration detection devices 405 can detect the concentrations of the sterilizing liquid at different positions in the brewing box 401, the sterilizing liquid can be guaranteed to be uniformly mixed, when the concentration of the sterilizing liquid in the brewing box 401 reaches the standard, the flow control valve 413 is closed, then the fourth transport pump 415 starts, the sterilizing liquid prepared in the brewing box 401 is sucked through the second output pipe 414 and then is distributed to the sterilizing liquid distribution pipe 416 at the tail end of the second output pipe 414, and the sterilizing liquid can be uniformly distributed to the liquid distribution pipe 416, and the component 5.
