Abstract
The invention relates to a steel support fixing hoop device and a fixing method. The telescopic piece comprises two first scissor struts, a pin is movably arranged at the intersecting position of the middle part of each first scissor strut, and the same side edge of the two U-shaped hoops is connected with the scissor struts in a diagonal mode. The invention solves the technical problem of poor stability of the steel support fixing device in the prior art by integrally fixing the hoop with a certain length on the steel support. The invention has good fixing effect on the steel support, is not easy to deform in structure, and effectively avoids secondary maintenance, reinforcement and reworking due to unstable strength structure.

Background
In the excavation process of the large foundation pit construction of the underground building, the steel support is required to be utilized for horizontally supporting the side wall enclosure structure, so that the stability of the side wall is ensured. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the stability of the steel support erection, the middle structure of the steel support erection is required to be fixed, the stability of the steel support erection is enhanced, and safety guarantee is provided for subsequent construction operation. The middle part of the traditional steel support is fixed on the lattice beam by welding a U-shaped steel frame on the upper part of the steel support. According to the method, the U-shaped steel frame is connected with the steel support point, so that the contact area is small, and the stability of the steel support is poor. Meanwhile, the U-shaped frame body is in electric welding rigid connection with the lattice beams, the whole device is low in structural strength, poor in stability, easy to be subjected to plastic deformation under the influence of the outside, and incapable of being recovered in time after being damaged. The steel support fixing hoop device is further improved in that a semicircular hoop used for being attached to the upper surface of the steel support is fixed inside the U-shaped hoop.
The steel support fixing hoop device is further improved in that the fastening piece is a bolt, and the supporting leg is provided with an opening for the bolt to penetrate through.
The steel support fixing hoop device is further improved in that the U-shaped hoop, the first scissor support and the second scissor support are all made of profile steel.
In a second aspect, the invention also provides a steel support fixing method, which comprises the following steps:
providing a steel support fixing hoop device as described above;
