winding one end of a plastic drainage plate on the pulley, enabling the reserved plastic drainage plate to reach the top surface of the outer part of the steel plate from the inside of the steel plate along the arc-shaped channel and the protection plate on the circular steel plate, and fixing the plastic drainage plate on the ground by using a fixing clamp plate;
hoisting the upper tubular pile and the tubular pile connecting device to be fixedly connected with the second end plate;
and (3) driving the tubular pile and the connecting device into target soil layers which are easy to liquefy and have different depths by using a pile driver.
