After concrete materials are poured into the processing box 26, the controller 22 controls the second stepping motor 25 to be electrified and rotated, the stirring shaft 33 and the stirring blade 32 are driven to rotate, and therefore stirring and mixing work is performed on the concrete materials, the stirring shaft 33 can be driven to rotate synchronously, so that air in the air suction box 27 can be discharged into the air pipe 30 along the negative pressure head 29, negative pressure can be generated in the air pipe 30 by high-speed flowing air flow, dust and impurities in an expansion joint area can be collected into the dust storage box 24 along the dust collection head 40, cleaning work for the inside of the expansion joint area is achieved, meanwhile, the air suction box 27 can suck air in the air cylinder 36 into the air suction box 27 along the sleeve seat 34 to be supplemented, at the moment, the movable box 35 moves upwards along the direction shown in the drawing 7 relative to the stirring shaft 33 until the first conducting strip 37 makes contact with the second conducting strip 38, the electromagnetic valve 31 is opened, so that external air can instantly enter the air cylinder 36 to supplement work for the air pressure in the air cylinder 36, then the electromagnetic valve 31 is closed, the stirring blade 32 can drive the conducting strips to move upwards and downwards while the stirring blade 32 to move along the direction, and the stirring blade 32, and the traditional stirring effect of reciprocating regulation of the stirring blade 32 is better, and the stirring blade connection dead angle is achieved.
