而长期化学成分为主的洗发水、经常焗油或者使用含有酒精类的护发产品也会造成头皮损伤导致头皮屑过多。很多洗发水、洗发露含有硅油,硅油的主要作用是让头发柔顺,易于梳理。但是长期使用,会造成毛囊堵塞,头发油脂分泌失衡,也会是头屑过多的原因之。

油脂类组分8-19份、无水乙醇5-15份、氢氧化钠溶液3-10份、甘油5-12份、天然花瓣4-10份、植物精油5-9份、矿物粉2-6份、天然皂基9-20份、黄岑5-10份、维生素4-12份、磷酸锆3-8份、乳木果油5-9份、壳聚糖2-7份、蒲公英5-15份、沉香精油3-12份、牛黄2-6份、葛根8-15份、生物酶3-7份、表面活性剂6-14份、添加剂5-12份、鱼腥草提取液3-10份;
进一步的,优选的所述鱼腥草提取液提取方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将鱼腥草干燥后粉碎,加入等重量质量分数50-70%乙醇,浸泡1-2小时;
2)将步骤1处理后的鱼腥草加入到沸水中煎煮至少两次并合并煎煮液体进行浓缩;
3)步骤2中每次煎煮中,水的用量至少为鱼腥草重量的5倍;
4)步骤2中煎煮时间至少1小时;

1)将天然花瓣、矿物粉、黄岑、蒲公英、牛黄、葛根进行粉碎混合,得到混合料A;
2)将天然皂基融化加入提前加热好的油脂类组分、植物精油、甘油、无水乙醇搅拌均匀,加入氢氧化钠溶液边加入边搅拌,使之混合均匀,让油脂充分皂化;得到混合料B;
3)将磷酸锆加入混合料A中常温搅拌,在加入维生素、壳聚糖调节pH值为弱酸性,PH值在接近7即可,加入乳木果油搅拌得到混合料C;
4)将混合料摊开存放在阴凉干燥货架上干燥,成型之后用粉碎机将其碎成颗粒状,然后与沉香精油、生物酶、表面活性剂、添加剂、鱼腥草提取液在反应釜内加热混合之后重新装模压制成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种去屑止痒杀菌的沉香精油固体手工皂及其制备方法,能够有效杀菌抑菌,且作用温和,对皮肤无刺激等副作用,再与甘油配合,协同增效,能起到很好的润肤护肤作用,能够清除硅油引起的毛囊堵塞,使毛囊呼吸更加通畅,从而达到头皮油脂分泌正常。
具体实施方式
下文通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种去屑止痒杀菌的沉香精油固体手工皂及其制备方法,包括下述以重量份剂的组份:
油脂类组分8份、、无水乙醇5份、氢氧化钠溶液3份、甘油5份、天然花瓣4份、植物精油5份、矿物粉2份、天然皂基9份、黄岑5份、维生素4份、磷酸锆3份、乳木果油5份、壳聚糖2份、蒲公英5份、沉香精油3份、牛黄2份、葛根8份、生物酶3份、表面活性剂6份、添加剂5份、鱼腥草提取液3份。
本发明中鱼腥草提取液方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将鱼腥草干燥后粉碎,加入等重量质量分数50-70%乙醇,浸泡1-2小时;
2)将步骤1处理后的鱼腥草加入到沸水中煎煮至少两次并合并煎煮液体进行浓缩;
3)步骤2中每次煎煮中,水的用量至少为鱼腥草重量的5倍;
4)步骤2中煎煮时间至少1小时
本发明中油脂类组分包括组分A与组分B,所述组分A包括甜杏仁油、芥花油、椰子油,所述组分B包括棕榈油、豆油、橄榄油、花生油、玉米油、蓖麻油中的一种或组合。
本发明中表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚一种或组合。
本发明中添加剂为金盏花、大青叶、穿心莲、牡丹皮、青蒿混合物。
本发明中其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将天然花瓣、矿物粉、黄岑、蒲公英、牛黄、葛根进行粉碎混合,得到混合料A;
2)将天然皂基融化加入提前加热好的油脂类组分、植物精油、甘油、无水乙醇搅拌均匀,加入氢氧化钠溶液边加入边搅拌,使之混合均匀,让油脂充分皂化;得到混合料B;
3)将磷酸锆加入混合料A中常温搅拌,在加入维生素、壳聚糖调节pH值为弱酸性,PH值在接近7即可,加入乳木果油搅拌得到混合料C;
4)将混合料摊开存放在阴凉干燥货架上干燥,成型之后用粉碎机将其碎成颗粒状,然后与沉香精油、生物酶、表面活性剂、添加剂、鱼腥草提取液在反应釜内加热混合之后重新装模压制成型。

油脂类组分19份、、无水乙醇15份、氢氧化钠溶液10份、甘油12份、天然花瓣10份、植物精油9份、矿物粉6份、天然皂基20份、黄岑10份、维生素12份、磷酸锆8份、乳木果油9份、壳聚糖7份、蒲公英15份、沉香精油12份、牛黄6份、葛根15份、生物酶7份、表面活性剂14份、添加剂12份、鱼腥草提取液10份。
本发明中鱼腥草提取液提取方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将鱼腥草干燥后粉碎,加入等重量质量分数50-70%乙醇,浸泡1-2小时;

油脂类组分8-19份、无水乙醇5-15份、氢氧化钠溶液3-10份、甘油5-12份、天然花瓣4-10份、植物精油5-9份、矿物粉2-6份、天然皂基9-20份、黄岑5-10份、维生素4-12份、磷酸锆3-8份、乳木果油5-9份、壳聚糖2-7份、蒲公英5-15份、沉香精油3-12份、牛黄2-6份、葛根8-15份、生物酶3-7份、表面活性剂6-14份、添加剂5-12份、鱼腥草提取液3-10份;
所述鱼腥草提取液方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将鱼腥草干燥后粉碎,加入等重量质量分数50-70%乙醇,浸泡1-2小时;

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种去屑止痒杀菌的沉香精油固体手工皂其制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
