Description

Non-toxic modified silicon powder enhanced concrete powder compacting agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete production, and particularly relates to a nontoxic modified silicon powder enhanced concrete powder compacting agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The concrete densifier is a chemical additive for improving the durability and performance of concrete, is easy to dissolve in water, is uniformly distributed in the concrete after being stirred, and generates chemical reaction with cement hydration educt to generate crystal and gel, thereby reducing the volume shrinkage of the concrete and improving the crack resistance of the concrete. Meanwhile, in the growth process of the gel, the pores in the set cement are filled and blocked, and the communication of capillary pipelines is cut off, so that the porosity inside the concrete is reduced, and the compactness and the impermeability are improved. The concrete compacting agent is used as a product used in the concrete industry chain, and becomes one of essential raw materials in the production process of many concrete production enterprises. The water-based anti-cracking agent can bring practical benefits to concrete enterprises, and mainly has the main effects of obviously improving the impermeability of concrete, reducing shrinkage, preventing cracking, effectively preventing water molecule from permeating and obviously improving the strength of the concrete. In recent years, with the progress of concrete production technology and the increase of the use amount of concrete, the technical standard of concrete compacting agents is higher and higher.
At present, the most common concrete compacting agent is prepared by directly adding silica fume into concrete as a compacting agent, and has the advantages of low cost, convenient processing and the like. However, during the use process, the concrete has poor durability, reduced mechanical strength and risks of cracking due to large specific surface area of silica fume, large water demand and poor cement adaptability. The other concrete compacting agent is silica powder doped with waterproof agent and expanding agent. Most waterproofing agents and swelling agents contain volatile organic compounds, which are potentially harmful to the health of workers. In addition, the addition of a compacting agent such as a waterproofing agent or an expanding agent affects the hydration reaction of cement, thereby lowering the strength of concrete. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the above method and prepare a powder compacting agent which does not contain volatile organic compounds and can improve the durability and the strength of concrete in various ages.
The silicon powder is a byproduct of wet-process production of aluminum fluoride, is a non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free inorganic non-metallic material, and is micropowder prepared by processing amorphous SiO2 through multiple processes such as crushing, ball milling, flotation, acid cleaning and purification, high-purity water treatment and the like. The silicon powder modified by ammonium salt has the advantages that the particle surface is wrapped by ammonium salt, the water requirement is reduced, the dispersibility is better, and the silicon powder is easy to be uniformly dispersed in the concrete stirring process. The powder compacting agent prepared from the modified silicon powder does not contain volatile organic compounds, can fill holes and gaps in concrete, and can be used for improving the durability and the strength of the concrete at various ages.
