Other embodiments obtained by persons skilled in the art without making creative efforts based on the embodiments in the implementation belong to the protection scope of the invention.
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
In the embodiment, the method for preserving the cattle and sheep carcasses by using the edible controlled-release spray film comprises the following operation steps:
1) Preparing a matrix material;
2) The matrix material is used as a protection and transportation carrier, and the matrix material is mixed with the natural active substances;
3) Uniformly spraying the mixture of the matrix material and the natural active substance on the surface of the carcass by using film spraying equipment;
it is noted that matrix materials include polysaccharides (e.g., sodium alginate, pectin, chitosan) and proteins (e.g., whey protein, collagen, bovine serum albumin); while natural actives include gallic acid, quercetin and eugenol.
Description of the film spraying apparatus in example 1:
the film spraying agent made of the substrate material and the natural active matter is dispersed and attached to the surface of the carcass of the cattle and sheep in a high-pressure spraying mode by a mist spraying device, and from the practical operation, most of the atomized film spraying agent disappears in the air in the dispersion process of the film spraying agent, and only part of atomized spraying agent is attached to the surface of the carcass, namely, the currently used mist spraying device has the use problem that the spraying agent is obviously wasted.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a film spraying device which comprises a film spraying pool 1, wherein a supporting block which is protruded outwards is arranged at the corner of the film spraying pool 1, two through grooves which are flush with the supporting block are arranged along the length direction of the film spraying pool 1, two supporting frames 9 stretch across the film spraying pool 1 in the width direction of the film spraying pool 1, two ends of each supporting frame 9 extend outwards from the through grooves until the supporting frame is opposite to the supporting block, and then a first spring 7 is arranged between the outwards extending part of each supporting frame 9 and the supporting block, so that the supporting frames 9 can horizontally translate in the length direction of the film spraying pool 1;

the hanging rack 83 is an end connector covering the quilt 82 in the width direction, and is hung below the supporting frame 9, so that the hanging rack 83 can rotate axially relative to the supporting frame 9, and in particular, the specific rotation condition is shown in fig. 2;
in this embodiment, the height control assembly 4 is only a device fixed at two ends of the film spraying pool 1 for binding the pipeline, for this purpose, the height control assembly 4 has two parallel passages, wherein the feed pipe 6 passes through one passage, one end of the feed pipe 6 is connected to the hanging point of the hanger 83 and the supporting frame 9 for guiding the film spraying agent into the covering quilt 82 from the supporting frame 9, the rope 5 passes through the other passage, one end of the rope 5 is connected to the end of the hanger 83 far from the hanging point, and the other end is used for hanging the counterweight 3, when the covering quilt 82 is pressed by the carcass, the two supporting frames 9 are gathered together, and after the counterweight 3 is abutted against the height control assembly 4, the end of the hanger 83 far from the hanging point is pulled by the rope 5, so that the hanger 83 deflects relative to the supporting frames 9, and the covering quilt 82 completely covers the carcass.
Referring to fig. 1-7, in the present embodiment, a film spraying apparatus is proposed, which combines a film spraying tank 1, a counterweight 3, a height control assembly 4 (only fixed to two ends of the film spraying tank 1 for constraining a pipeline), a rope 5, a material conveying pipe 6, a first spring 7, a coating assembly 8, and a support frame 9, and aims to make the support frames 9 located at two sides of the coating 82 approach to the middle of the film spraying tank 1 under the pulling force action when a body falls from high to low and presses the coating 82, and make the counterweight 3 contact the height control assembly 4 during the approach, so as to further move the binding rope 5, make the hangers 83 mounted at two ends of the coating 82 deflect compared with the support frames 9, further distort the coating 82, close a U-shaped or V-shaped opening exposed at the coating 82, so as to coat the body with a closed space, so that a small hole releases a spraying film into the closed space, so as much as possible to avoid the film spraying agent from being attached to the inner concave surface of the body, and avoid the film spraying agent being wasted.
It should be noted that when the covering 82 is pressed down by the carcass, the friction force generated by the contact between the bottom of the covering 82, which is first in contact with the carcass, and the carcass is significantly larger than the friction force generated by the contact between the bottom of the covering 82 and the carcass at other positions, so that the relative sliding and deflection is difficult or impossible at the contact position between the bottom of the covering 82 and the carcass during the twisting, and therefore, the covering 82 can completely cover the carcass when the rope 5 pulls one end of the hanging rack 83.
Further, the surface of the coverlet 82 has a hydrophobic as well as an oleophobic coating, so that there is no concern that oil or sprays will contaminate the coverlet 82 during contact with the carcass.
