Abstract
The invention provides a steel pipe or flitch multifunctional transportation device, which comprises: a vehicle body structure, a spacer and a restraint; the vehicle body structure comprises a chassis, a moving structure arranged at the bottom of the chassis and a baffle plate vertically arranged at one end of the chassis; the spacer comprises a supporting pipe arranged on the chassis, a placing surface of a steel pipe or a batten is formed above the supporting pipe, a gap is formed between the placing surface and the top surface of the chassis, and a packing structure is arranged in the gap; the restraint piece comprises restraint rods arranged on two sides of the chassis. The invention can solve the problems of low neatness of manual stacking of steel pipes or battens, difficult hoisting and transportation, low efficiency and the like in the prior art.

Background

The multifunctional steel pipe or batten transporting device is provided aiming at the problems that in the prior art, the manual stacking regularity of steel pipes or battens is low, the hoisting and transporting are difficult, the efficiency is low and the like.
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to illustrate the multifunctional transportation device for steel pipes or battens provided by the invention, fig. 1 shows a vertical structure of the multifunctional transportation device for steel pipes or battens according to an embodiment of the invention; fig. 2 illustrates a plane structure of a steel pipe or a flitch multifunctional transportation device according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 illustrates the effect of the steel pipe or flitch multifunctional transportation device according to the embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the multi-functional transportation device for steel pipes or battens provided by the present invention comprises: a vehicle body structure, a spacer and a restraint; the vehicle body structure comprises a chassis 11, a moving structure 12 arranged at the bottom of the chassis 11 and a baffle 13 vertically arranged at one end of the chassis 11; the spacer comprises a support pipe 21 arranged on the chassis 11, a placing surface of the steel pipe or the batten 4 is formed above the support pipe 21, a gap 22 is formed between the placing surface and the top surface of the chassis 11, and a packing structure 23 is arranged in the gap 22; the restraining member includes restraining bars 31 provided at both sides of the chassis 11.
By means of the matched design of structures such as a vehicle body structure, a spacing piece and a restraining piece, the multifunctional centralized operation problems of stacking, packing, hoisting, consignment and the like of the steel pipes or the battens 4 in the construction site are effectively solved; the baffle 13 arranged at one end of the chassis 11 can directly enable one end of the steel pipe or the batten 4 to be automatically tidy when being stacked, a gap can be reserved between the steel pipe or the batten 4 and the chassis 11 through the spacing piece, packing and hoisting are convenient, the stacked and packed steel pipe or batten 4 can move randomly in a field when needing to be moved through the arrangement of the moving structure 12, and cost caused by large machinery used everywhere is reduced when in transportation and carrying; the invention has the advantages of firmness, reliability, good stability, convenience, rapidness, capability of being recycled and reused and the like.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the restraining member includes three sets of restraining bars 31; the three groups of constraint rods 31 are respectively arranged at the front end, the middle and the rear end of the chassis 11; each set of the restraining bars 31 includes a first restraining bar 311 and a second restraining bar 312 that are oppositely disposed on both sides of the chassis 11. The restraint rod 31 is used for restraining the position of the steel pipe or the batten 4 above the chassis 11 and preventing the steel pipe or the batten 4 from falling out from two sides, the restraint rod 31 is arranged at the front, middle and back positions of the chassis 11, so that the restraint effect is better, and the steel pipe or the batten 4 above the chassis 11 cannot shift in the hoisting or transporting process due to the arrangement of the first restraint rod 311 and the second restraint rod 312.
As a preferable embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the baffle 13 are connected to the restraining bars 31 located at both sides of the chassis 11 through the connecting bars 14, respectively. The baffle 13 is used for restricting the steel pipes or battens 4 to be regularly arranged, so that one ends of the steel pipes or battens 4 are regular, and the two connecting rods 14 can be connected with the adjacent restricting rods 31, so that the structure is more stable.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the baffle 13 is a thick pattern steel plate. The steel plate is preferably a patterned steel plate with the thickness of 5mm, the patterned steel plate is welded on two square steel plates with the thickness of 80mm multiplied by 80mm to form a vertical rod, the vertical rod is welded at one end of the chassis 11 and is used for supporting the patterned steel plate, and the steel plate is used for restraining the stacked steel pipes or battens 4 so that one ends of the steel pipes or battens 4 are arranged in order.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the support tube 21 is a square tube structure disposed transversely; both ends of the support pipe 21 are fixed to both sides of the top end of the chassis 11, respectively. A gap is formed between the bottom of the steel pipe or the batten 4 and the chassis 11 through the supporting pipe 21, so that the packaging and hoisting are facilitated, and the packaging and hoisting efficiency is improved. The height of the square tube structure can be determined according to the packing structure and the size of a lifting machine in actual use. Both ends thereof may be fixed to both sides of the chassis 11 by means of bolts or the like.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the number of the support pipes 21 is at least two, and the interval distance between the adjacent support pipes 21 is equal. The number of the supporting pipes is preferably two, and the supporting pipes can be respectively arranged at the head end and the tail end of the chassis 11, so that the whole steel pipe or batten is positioned in a straight line in one day, and the packaging and the lifting are convenient.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the packing structure 23 is a packing fixing band. A plurality of steel pipes or battens 4 are bound together through the packing fixing straps so as to be convenient to carry.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the number of the packing structures is at least two. Preferably, the two ends of the steel pipe or the batten are packed and fixed to prevent the steel pipe or the batten from being scattered in the lifting process.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the restraining bar 31 is a steel structure bar body; the restraining bars 31 are welded to both sides of the chassis 11. The whole structure can be firmer by welding and fixing.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the moving structure 12 is a caster with a brake. Can be moved and parked as required. Four universal wheels with brakes are typically provided on the bottom of the chassis 11.
