Abstract
The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant profiled steel sheet which comprises a galvanized steel sheet, an asphalt coating, an aluminum foil layer and a fluorocarbon paint layer, wherein the asphalt coating is arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the galvanized steel sheet, the aluminum foil layer is arranged on the outer side of the asphalt coating, the fluorocarbon paint layer is arranged on the outer side of the aluminum foil layer, two ends of the galvanized steel sheet, the asphalt coating, the aluminum foil layer and the fluorocarbon paint layer are respectively provided with an upward-bulged protruding part, and an upward-bulged triangular structure is arranged between the two protruding parts. The steel plate disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the cost is reduced, the asphalt cannot be hardened due to the use of the modified asphalt, the applicable scene is expanded, the orange peel patterns are adopted on the surface of the product, the ductility is improved, and the asphalt and the steel plate are more fully bonded.
