Abstract
The invention discloses a steel box type electroslag welding method, which comprises the following steps: assembling, namely welding an inner partition plate between two webs, respectively mounting two electroslag welding clamping plates on two sides of the inner partition plate, and welding two wing plates to form a box body; punching, namely punching a process hole on the wing plate at a position corresponding to the inner partition plate and the electroslag welding clamping plate; the pressing plate is used for connecting one end of the male buckle with one end of the female buckle in the adjusting assembly, and the other end of the male buckle and the other end of the female buckle are respectively connected with an adjusting piece in a threaded manner, and the adjusting piece is rotated to enable one end of the adjusting piece to press against the gap between the web plate and the electroslag welding clamping plate until the adjusting piece is tightly propped against the gap; and (3) welding, namely extending an electroslag welding gun into the process hole for welding. The arrangement is that the rotary adjusting piece enables one end of the rotary adjusting piece to be abutted against and tightly pressed against the web plate of the box body, so that the web plate and the electroslag welding clamping plate are tightly attached without gaps, welding slurry is effectively prevented from overflowing, and the rotary welding device is simple in structure and easy to operate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of structural engineering, in particular to a steel box type electroslag welding method.
Background
At present, in the processing process of a steel structure box-shaped component, the situation that the inner partition plate cannot be subjected to four-side girth welding due to the fact that the box-shaped section is too small to be operated by people is often encountered. The electroslag welding well solves the problems due to the unique welding mode, and the principle is that the resistance heat generated by current passing through slag is used as a heat source to melt the filling metal and the base metal, and the metal atoms are firmly connected after solidification. However, the temperature of the electroslag welding process is too high, so that the steel box-shaped wing plate is easy to be heated and deformed, and is separated from the double clamping plates to generate a gap, so that welding slurry overflows, and the quality of welding seams is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a steel box type electroslag welding method which can effectively prevent welding slurry from overflowing.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the steel box type electroslag welding method comprises the following steps of:
assembling, namely welding an inner baffle plate between two webs, respectively installing two electroslag welding clamping plates on two sides of the inner baffle plate, and welding two wing plates to form a box body;
the wing plate is provided with a processing hole corresponding to the position of the inner partition plate and the electroslag welding clamping plate, so that the electroslag welding gun can be conveniently inserted;
the pressing plate is used for connecting one end of a male buckle in the adjusting assembly with one end of a female buckle, connecting an adjusting piece with the other end of the male buckle and the other end of the female buckle in a threaded manner respectively, rotating the adjusting piece to enable one end of the adjusting piece to be abutted against the web plate, and enabling the web plate and the electroslag welding clamping plate to tightly prop against each other without gaps;
and (3) welding, namely extending an electroslag welding gun into the process hole for welding.
The steel box type electroslag welding method provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: one ends of the male buckle and the female buckle are connected above the wing plates of the box body, the other ends of the male buckle and the female buckle are connected through the screw threads of the adjusting piece, one end of the adjusting piece is abutted against and tightly pressed against the web plate of the box body by the rotating adjusting piece, no gap is formed between the web plate and the electroslag welding clamping plate, welding slurry is effectively prevented from overflowing in the electroslag welding process through the process hole, and the structure is simple and easy to operate.
According to some embodiments of the invention, in the step of "pressing plate", the one end of the pin is provided with a plurality of first adjustment holes, the one end of the box is provided with a plurality of second adjustment holes, and the first adjustment holes and the second adjustment holes are connected by a connecting piece.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the pin and the box are both L-shaped, the one end of the pin is provided with a long strip, and the one end of the box is provided with a through groove for accommodating the long strip.

the pressing plate is used for connecting one end of the male buckle 210 and one end of the female buckle 220 in the adjusting assembly 200, and connecting the other end of the male buckle 210 and the other end of the female buckle 220 with an adjusting piece 230 in a threaded manner respectively, and rotating the adjusting piece 230 to enable one end of the adjusting piece 230 to be abutted against the web 120, so that a gap is tightly propped between the web 120 and the electroslag welding clamping plate 140;
and (3) welding, namely extending an electroslag welding gun into the process hole for welding.
In the step of assembling, the two sides refer to that the positions of the inner separator 130 contacting the two webs 120 are provided with electroslag welding clamping plates 140, and two end surfaces of each side of the inner separator 130 are provided with electroslag welding clamping plates 140, and pores for electroslag welding are formed among the electroslag welding clamping plates 140, the inner separator 130 and the webs 120; in the "hole opening" step, a process hole is formed in the wing plate 110 at a position corresponding to the inner partition plate 130 and the electroslag welding clamping plate 140, and the corresponding position is the position of the hole.

the wing plate is provided with a processing hole corresponding to the position of the inner partition plate and the electroslag welding clamping plate, so that the electroslag welding gun can be conveniently inserted;
the pressing plate is used for connecting one end of a male buckle in the adjusting assembly with one end of a female buckle, connecting an adjusting piece with the other end of the male buckle and the other end of the female buckle in a threaded manner respectively, rotating the adjusting piece to enable one end of the adjusting piece to be abutted against the web plate, and enabling the web plate and the electroslag welding clamping plate to tightly prop against each other without gaps;
and (3) welding, namely extending an electroslag welding gun into the process hole for welding.

The steel box type electroslag welding method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step of pressing, the one end of the pin is provided with a plurality of first adjusting holes, the one end of the box is provided with a plurality of second adjusting holes, and the first adjusting holes and the second adjusting holes are connected through a connecting piece.
