When the rolling machine is a cantilever type mechanism in the prior art, because when rolling the steel belt, the load on the winding drum is very large, the strength of the winding drum can be reduced after being long, and even the risk of deformation occurs.

the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor 4, an output shaft 5, a first transmission belt 7, a first one-way bearing 8, a second transmission belt 9 and a second one-way bearing 10, the output shaft 5 is connected with the reciprocating screw rod 6 through the first transmission belt 7, the output shaft 5 is connected with the winding drum 3 through the second transmission belt 9, the first one-way bearing 8 is arranged between the first transmission belt 7 and the reciprocating screw rod 6, and the second one-way bearing 10 is arranged between the second transmission belt 9 and the output shaft 5, wherein according to the mechanism, the rotation of the winding drum 3 and the rotation of the reciprocating screw rod 6 can be respectively driven according to the positive and negative rotation of the driving motor 4, so that the manufacturing and using cost of the driving mechanism is effectively reduced;
a support ring 30 is movably connected at one end of the stripping push plate 11 at the outer side of the winding drum 3, a bottom support plate 13 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the support ring 30, the stripping push plate 11 is movably connected with the bottom support plate 13 in a limiting manner, an underframe 16 is fixed at the bottom of one end of the winder main body 1, a sliding frame 15 is slidably connected at the top of the underframe 16, the sliding frame 15 is fixedly connected with the bottom support plate 13, two ends inside the underframe 16 are respectively and rotatably connected with a first chain wheel 24 and a second chain wheel 26, a chain 27 is engaged between the first chain wheel 24 and the second chain wheel 26, a first rotating shaft 23 and a second rotating shaft 25 which are rotatably connected with the underframe 16 are respectively and fixedly arranged inside the first chain wheel 24 and the second chain wheel 26, and a turning support frame 29 is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 25, one end of the winder main body 1 is fixedly provided with a support frame 2 matched with the winding drum 3, wherein the support frame 2 not only plays a role in movably supporting one end of the winding drum 3 but also plays a role in protecting a transmission belt, the outer side of the underframe 16 is fixedly provided with a bottom shell 31, wherein the bottom shell not only plays a role in further movably supporting the first rotating shaft 23 and the second rotating shaft 25 but also plays a role in protecting a chain 27 and a chain wheel, two sides of the bottom of the winder main body 1 are both fixedly provided with fixed blocks 32, and the tops of the two groups of fixed blocks 32 are both rotatably connected with support legs 33, wherein the support legs 33 can be opened relative to the winder main body 1, so that the contact area of the winder main body 1 and the ground is increased, and the integral stability of the winder main body 1 is improved;
fixing cylinders 18 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the sliding frame 15, limiting rods 20 with bottoms extending to the inside of the chain 27 are slidably connected to the insides of the two groups of fixing cylinders 18, lifting stops 21 are fixedly arranged on the insides of the limiting rods 20, fixing bars 22 corresponding to the lifting stops 21 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the top of the underframe 16, the top of each fixing cylinder 18 is fixedly connected with the corresponding limiting rod 20 through springs 19, sliding grooves matched with the lifting stops 21 are formed in the insides of the fixing cylinders 18, turning support frames 29 matched with the supporting shafts 28 are rotatably connected to the insides of the second chain wheels 26, meanwhile, the bottom support plate 13 is driven to move while the stripping push plate 11 moves axially, and the sliding frame 15 is driven to move simultaneously, as the two groups of limiting rods 20 on two sides of the sliding frame 15 are inserted into gaps of the chain 27 under the action of the springs 19, and then as the sliding frame 15 moves, the two groups of limiting rods 20 can drive the chain 27 to move, as the chain 27 is meshed at the outsides of the first chain wheels 24 and the second chain wheels 26, the second chain wheels 26 are driven to rotate, so that the turning support frames 29 are driven by the second rotating shafts 25 of the second chain wheels 26, thereby enabling the turning machine to open the main body 1 of the steel coil winder to effectively solve the problem of the steel coil winder, and the coil winder, thereby improving the operation intensity of the steel coil winder, and the problem of the steel coil winder that the steel coil winder is more convenient to be removed, and the steel coil winder.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the top of the bottom frame 16 is fixedly provided with a guide rod 17 penetrating through the sliding frame 15 and the bottom support plate 13, the sliding frame 15 and the guide rod 17 are all connected in a sliding manner.
Referring to fig. 1, a control box 34 is fixed on one side of the winder main body 1, two groups of straightening press rollers 35 are arranged at one end of the control box 34, and the two groups of straightening press rollers 35 are vertically distributed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the steel belt winding machine is used, a power supply is switched on, one end of a steel belt firstly penetrates through two groups of straightening compression rollers 35 and then is fixed in a clamping groove in a winding drum 3, a driving motor 4 rotates forwards to drive the winding drum 3 to rotate through an output shaft 5 and a second transmission belt 9 so as to wind the steel belt, at the moment, a first one-way bearing 8 idles, a second one-way bearing 10 is locked, and then the output shaft 5 of the driving motor 4 only drives the winding drum 3 to rotate and does not drive a reciprocating screw rod 6 to rotate;
the two groups of straightening compression rollers 35 have the function of straightening the steel strip, the two groups of straightening compression rollers 35 can adjust the distance between the two groups of straightening compression rollers 35 under the action of the control box 34, and the control box 34 and the two groups of straightening compression rollers 35 can be driven to integrally move away from the winder main body 1 under an external equipment mechanism, so that the problem of collision with the steel strip is avoided;
when the steel strip needs to be blanked, the driving motor 4 reversely rotates to drive the reciprocating screw rod 6 to rotate through the first transmission belt 7, at the moment, the first one-way bearing 8 is locked, the second one-way bearing 10 idles, and the rotating reciprocating screw rod 6 drives the stripping push plate 11 to axially move so as to axially blank the steel strip;
meanwhile, the bottom support plate 13 is driven to move while the stripping push plate 11 moves axially, and the sliding frame 15 is driven to move simultaneously, two groups of limiting rods 20 on two sides of the sliding frame 15 are inserted into the gap of the chain 27 under the action of the spring 19, so that along with the movement of the sliding frame 15, the two groups of limiting rods 20 can drive the chain 27 to move, the chain 27 is meshed with the outer sides of the first chain wheel 24 and the second chain wheel 26, the second chain wheel 26 is driven to rotate by the movement of the chain 27, the second rotating shaft 25 of the second chain wheel 26 drives the turnover support frame 29 to turn over, so that the turnover support frame 29 at the free end of the main body 1 of the winding machine is opened, the steel coil blanking operation is facilitated, the overall strength of the winding drum 3 is effectively improved, and the problem that the operation is troublesome due to manual removal of the turnover support frame 29 is solved;
furthermore, the stripping push plate 11 slides in the winding drum 3, and the reciprocating screw rod 6 is driven, so that the problem that the stripping push plate occupies a large space outside the winding machine main body 1 in the prior art is effectively solved;
specifically, after the two sets of limiting rods 20 of the sliding frame 15 drive the chain 27 to move for a certain distance, the turning support frame 29 is turned for ninety degrees and is completely opened, at this time, the lifting stop block 21 rises under the action of the fixed stop strip 22, so that the lifting stop block 21 drives the limiting rod 20 to rise for a certain distance along the fixed cylinder 18, the bottom of the limiting rod 20 is separated from the gap inside the chain 27, then the turning support frame 29 continues to move along with the stripping push plate 11 for stripping, and because the turning support frame 29 is completely opened, the chain 27 cannot move any more at this time, and the turning support frame 29 is prevented from interfering;
still further, when the strip pushing plate 11 pushes the steel coil to axially move for blanking, the strip pushing plate 11 drives the bottom supporting plate 13 and the top connecting plate 14 to axially move simultaneously through the movable limiting ring 12, wherein a supporting ring 30 is arranged between the bottom supporting plate 13 and the top connecting plate 14 and positioned on the outer side of the winding drum 3, and the bottom of the bottom supporting plate 13 is positioned on the top of the bottom frame 16 and slidably connected;
when the steel coil is fed in a gradually moving manner, the load of the free end of the winder main body 1 is increased, the acting force applied to one end, close to the winder main body 1, of the winding drum 3 is increased, the support ring 30 can axially slide on the outer side of the winding drum 3, the supporting and fixing effects on the winding drum 3 during feeding are further achieved, and the strength and the stability of the winding drum 3 are further better guaranteed;
when the steel coil is stripped to a certain degree, external mechanical equipment takes the steel coil down, at the moment, the reciprocating screw rod 6 drives the stripping push plate 11 to move to the tail end of the stripping push plate, the stripping push plate is driven to move in the reverse axial direction to reset along with the continuous rotation of the reciprocating screw rod 6, at the moment, when the two groups of lifting stop blocks 21 are separated from the limiting of the fixed stop strips 22, under the action of the spring 19, the two groups of limiting rods 20 move downwards to be inserted into the gap inside the chain 27 again, the chain 27 is driven to move in the reverse direction, then the chain 27 drives the second chain wheel 26 and the second rotating shaft 25 to turn in the reverse direction, so that the turning support frame 29 movably supports the support shaft 28 at the free end of the winding drum 3 again, and the next group of steel coil is convenient to wind up;
specifically speaking, the winding drum 3 is internally fixed inside the clamping groove, wherein the clamping groove is internally provided with a fastening mechanism, one end of the steel strip is firstly fixed through the fastening mechanism, when the steel strip needs to be stripped, the fastening mechanism is separated from the fixed limit on one end of the steel strip, and the fastening mechanism can adopt a hydraulic rod and a clamping jaw to work as an active component.
