The invention provides a device and a method for preventing single-component sealant from curing, which comprises a sealed container, wherein an anti-curing solvent is arranged in the sealed container, one side of the sealed container is provided with an opening, and an elastic plug with a through hole is arranged at the opening; the sealing container is used for accommodating the rubber nozzle, the anti-curing solvent is used for preventing the sealant at the rubber nozzle from curing, and the elastic plug is used for sealing the anti-curing solvent; the problem of glue solidification in the glue nozzle when the glue machine is in standby is solved, and the scheme is simple to manufacture and low in cost; the use is convenient, and the operation is simple; the waste of glue can be effectively reduced, the manufacturing cost is saved, the elastic plug seals and closes the through hole through the elasticity of the elastic plug, the solvent inside the elastic plug is prevented from seeping, the elastic plug can be repeatedly used for a long time, and the anti-curing requirement of the sealant of the glue machine is met.

According to the invention, the opening is formed in one side of the sealing container, the elastic plug with the through hole is arranged at the opening, and the elastic plug is a nipple-shaped silica gel plug, so that when no rubber nipple is inserted into the elastic plug, the elastic plug seals and closes the through hole through the elasticity of the elastic plug, the solvent in the elastic plug is prevented from leaking out, the use is convenient, the elastic plug can be repeatedly used for a long time, and the anti-curing requirement of the sealant of the glue machine is met.

As an embodiment, the top surface of the sealed container is further provided with a fixing member, and the fixing member is used for fixedly mounting the sealed container to the glue machine.
As a feasible technical scheme, the fixing part is a hanging rope, the sealing container is hoisted to the lower part of the glue machine by utilizing the hanging rope, and a glue nozzle of the glue machine is placed downwards and is in a hanging state. As another possible technical solution, the fixing member is a magic tape, and the sealing container is fixed to a glue nozzle of the glue machine by using the magic tape. As other feasible technical schemes, the fixing piece is a fastening bolt, and the fastening bolt is used for matching, installing and fixing the mounting hole penetrating one side of the sealed container and the outer side surface of the glue machine.
In one embodiment, the opening of the sealed container is matched with the size of the glue nozzle, and the sealed container is of a rectangular structure.
As an implementation manner, the elastic plug is a nipple-shaped silica gel plug, so that when the rubber nipple is not inserted into the elastic plug, the elastic plug seals and closes the through hole through the elasticity of the elastic plug, and the solvent inside the elastic plug is prevented from leaking.

when the glue machine is required to continue production work, the glue nozzle of the glue machine is pulled out from the sealed container, and then the work can be continued.
An oil bag is hung at the glue nozzle of the glue machine, the purpose of isolating the sealant from air is achieved, the sealant cannot be cured in the standby state of the glue machine, the oil bag is taken off during regeneration, and the glue machine directly works.

5. The apparatus for preventing curing of a single component sealant according to claim 1, wherein the sealing container is a bag structure, and an elastic plug is installed on the top of the bag structure and receives the anti-curing solvent therein.
6. The apparatus for preventing curing of one-component sealant according to claim 1, wherein the opening of the sealing container is matched to the size of the sealant nozzle.
7. The apparatus for preventing curing of one-component sealant according to claim 1, wherein the sealing container has a rectangular structure.

The apparatus for preventing curing of one-component sealant according to claim 1, wherein the elastic plug is a nipple-shaped silicon plug, and when the rubber nipple is not inserted into the elastic plug, the elastic plug is in a closed state to prevent the solvent from leaking; after the rubber nozzle is inserted into the through hole of the elastic plug, the elastic plug is attached to the periphery of the rubber nozzle to prevent the solvent from leaking.

when the glue machine is required to continue production work, the glue nozzle of the glue machine is pulled out from the sealed container, and then the work can be continued.
