The bone block trimming and three-dimensional position accurate positioning guide plate in bone increment according to claim 1, wherein a bolt (6) is arranged on the base guide plate (1), a bone setting accessory slot (5) which is matched with the bolt (6) and is in a shape like a Chinese character 'hui' is connected to the bone setting accessory connecting rod (2), and the bolt (6) is inserted into the bone setting accessory slot (5).
3. The bone block trimming and three-dimensional positioning guide plate in bone increment according to claim 1, wherein the bone placing guide plate (3) is provided with two guide plates which are oppositely distributed and clamped on two sides of the bone block.

The bone block trimming and three-dimensional position accurate positioning guide plate in bone increment according to claim 3, wherein two bone setting accessory connecting rods (2) are arranged, and the bone setting accessory connecting rods (2) are in one-to-one correspondence with the bone setting guide plate (3).
5. The bone block trimming and three-dimensional position accurate positioning guide plate in bone increment according to claim 4, characterized in that at least one reinforcing rod (7) is arranged between two bone placement accessory connecting rods (2).

The bone block trimming and three-dimensional positioning guide plate in bone increment according to claim 1, further comprising a bone taking accessory, wherein the bone taking accessory comprises a bone taking accessory bolt (13), a bone taking accessory connecting rod (14) connected with the bone taking accessory bolt (13), and a bone taking guide plate (15) which is connected to the bone taking accessory connecting rod (14) and used for indicating the boundaries of the middle and crown of a bone taking distance and takes an L shape; the base guide plate (1) is provided with a base guide plate slot (16) which is matched with the bone taking accessory plug pin (13), and the bone taking accessory plug pin (13) is inserted into the base guide plate slot (16).

The bone block trimming and three-dimensional position accurate positioning guide plate in bone increment according to claim 11, characterized in that a trimming groove (19) for accommodating the bone block is formed in the first bone trimming guide plate (17), a clamping groove (20) is formed in one end of the first bone trimming guide plate (17), the second bone trimming guide plate (18) is covered in the trimming groove (19) and forms an accommodating cavity together with the trimming groove (19), a buckle (21) matched with the clamping groove (20) is arranged on the second bone trimming guide plate (18), and the buckle (21) is clamped in the clamping groove (20).
