Claims (12)

1. An overflow warning device, comprising:
an overflow pan (1), a part of the overflow pan (1) is sunken downwards to form a groove (11) for containing liquid;
the alarm trigger (2), the said alarm trigger (2) is mounted to the said overflow pan (1);
the overflow floater (3), the overflow floater (3) is arranged at the lower side of the alarm trigger (2) in the groove (11);
the overflow float (3) floats along with the liquid level change of liquid in the groove (11) so that the overflow float (3) is abutted against the alarm trigger (2) to trigger alarm.
2. The overflow alarm device according to claim 1, further comprising a drain portion (4), wherein a drain hole (12) is formed in the overflow tray (1), and the drain portion (4) is disposed at the drain hole (12) to start draining when the water level is higher than the installation position of the alarm trigger (2).
3. The overflow warning device of claim 2, wherein the drain portion (4) comprises a siphon cap (41) and a siphon tube (42), the siphon tube (42) corresponds to the drain hole (12) and is connected with the overflow pan (1), and the siphon cap (41) is sleeved on the siphon tube (42) and is in clearance fit with the siphon tube (42) to form a siphon structure.

The overflow warning device according to claim 3, wherein a connection rib (421) is provided on an outer side wall of the siphon tube (42), and the connection rib (421) is connected to an inner side wall of the siphon cap (41) to form a gap between the inner side wall of the siphon cap (41) and the outer side wall of the siphon tube (42).
5. Overflow alarm device according to claim 3, characterized in that the drain (4) further comprises an overflow pipe (43), the overflow pipe (43) being connected to an end of the siphon tube (42) remote from the siphon cap (41).

The overflow warning device of claim 1, further comprising a limiting portion (5) for connecting the warning trigger (2) to the overflow pan (1), the limiting portion (5) passing through the overflow float (3) such that the overflow float (3) faces the warning trigger (2) during the floating process.

The overflow alarm device according to claim 6, wherein the limiting portion (5) comprises a first limiting member (51) and a second limiting member (52), the overflow float (3) is provided with a limiting hole (31), the second limiting member (52) is integrally formed on the overflow disc (1) and penetrates through the limiting hole (31), the lower portion of the first limiting member (51) penetrates through the limiting hole (31) and is buckled with the second limiting member (52) in the limiting hole (31) to limit the floating direction of the overflow float (3), and the alarm trigger (2) is connected to the first limiting member (51).

The overflow alarm device according to claim 7, wherein the first limiting member (51) comprises a first limiting pin (511) and a clamping groove (512), the second limiting member (52) comprises a second limiting pin (521) respectively connected to the overflow tray (1) and a clamping hook (522) elastically connected to the overflow tray (1), and when the first limiting pin (511) and the second limiting pin (521) are fitted in the limiting hole (31), the clamping hook (522) is clamped and fixed with the clamping groove (512).

The overflow alarm device according to claim 8, wherein the number of the limiting holes (31) is two, the two limiting holes (31) are respectively formed on two sides of the overflow float (3), and correspondingly, the number of the first limiting leg (511) and the number of the second limiting leg (521) are respectively two.

The overflow warning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the warning trigger (2) is a microswitch, and the overflow float (3) is provided with a protrusion (32) in correspondence of the push-button of the microswitch, the protrusion (32) being configured to push the push-button when the overflow float (3) floats to the maximum.
11. A dishwasher, comprising:
an overflow warning device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10;
the dish washing machine comprises a dish washing machine shell (6), wherein the dish washing machine shell (6) is surrounded to form a dish washing cavity (61) and an overflow cavity (62) positioned below the dish washing cavity (61), and the overflow disc (1) is arranged at the bottom of the overflow cavity (62);
a display; and
a controller communicatively coupled to the alarm trigger (2) and the display to receive information from the alarm trigger (2) and to display an alarm code on the display.
12. An overflow control method for a dishwasher according to claim 11, comprising:
