After receiving the QoE measurement configuration information sent by the core network device or the network management device, the access network device may analyze the QoE measurement configuration information to obtain specific measurement configuration, and generate first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the measurement configuration package, and send the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal.
Optionally, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following indication information:
measuring release indication information;
measuring and reporting pause indication information;
the measurement release indication information is used for indicating the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration, and the measurement report suspension indication information is used for indicating the terminal to suspend reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
It can be understood that, in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information determined by the access network device according to the QoE measurement configuration information, according to the different information contents included in the QoE measurement configuration information, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information may also include a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of measurement release indication information and measurement report suspension indication information.
Specifically, when the QoE measurement configuration information includes two configuration information, i.e., measurement release configuration information and measurement reporting suspension configuration information, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information determined according to the QoE measurement configuration information may also correspondingly include two indication information, i.e., measurement release indication information and measurement reporting suspension indication information, and is respectively used for indicating the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration and suspend reporting of the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
When the QoE measurement configuration information includes any one of measurement release configuration information and measurement reporting suspension configuration information, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information also includes one of measurement release indication information and measurement reporting suspension indication information, and is used to indicate to release measurement configuration or suspend reporting of measurement results.
That is to say, when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is determined only according to QoE measurement configuration information sent by the core network device or the network management device, the indication information included in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information has a certain corresponding relationship with the configuration information included in the QoE measurement configuration information.
Then, after receiving first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information determined by the access network device according to the QoE measurement configuration information sent by the core network device or the network management device, the terminal may determine a target QoE measurement configuration according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, for example, determine the target QoE measurement configuration according to a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration carried by the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information.
Meanwhile, the terminal obtains specific reconfiguration indication information, such as measurement release indication information and/or measurement report suspension indication information, by analyzing the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. Moreover, the terminal may monitor whether the terminal has already started QoE measurement configured for the target QoE measurement, and obtain a starting state of the QoE measurement, such as started or not.
Then, the terminal decides the reconfiguration operation which is finally required to be performed on the QoE measurement configured for the target QoE measurement, such as releasing the target QoE measurement configuration, according to the reconfiguration indication information obtained by analyzing the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the starting state of the QoE measurement configured for the target QoE measurement by the terminal itself, and executes the corresponding reconfiguration operation action according to the decision result.
In the embodiment of the present application, when performing a QoE measurement reconfiguration operation, the terminal can explicitly perform a reconfiguration operation, that is, release measurement configuration or suspend measurement reporting, by combining a QoE measurement reconfiguration instruction sent by the access network device and a current QoE measurement starting state of the terminal.
Optionally, the terminal performs the reconfiguration operation according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the current QoE measurement start state of the terminal, where the reconfiguration operation includes:
the terminal determines the target QoE measurement configuration according to the unique number, and determines the current QoE measurement starting state corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the value of the measurement release indication information is true, or the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the value of the measurement release indication information is true, and the value of the measurement reporting suspension indication information is false, the terminal directly releases the target QoE measurement configuration;
and when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement reporting suspension indication information and the value of the measurement reporting suspension indication information is true, or the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the value of the measurement release indication information is false, and the value of the measurement reporting suspension indication information is true, if the current QoE measurement start state is a started state, the terminal suspends reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, otherwise, the terminal saves the target QoE measurement configuration.
It can be understood that, after receiving the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the terminal may determine a target QoE measurement configuration that needs to be operated by parsing the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, and may further determine a state of whether QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration has been started.
And then, the terminal acquires specific reconfiguration indication information according to the analysis of the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and decides whether to release measurement configuration or suspend measurement result reporting according to the state of whether the QoE measurement configured by the terminal for the target QoE measurement is started.
According to the above embodiments, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information may include at least one of measurement release indication information and measurement reporting suspension indication information, and different combination modes may be formed according to values of the two indication information. Under the condition that the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information only contains measurement release indication information or only contains measurement reporting suspension indication information, and under the condition that the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information simultaneously contains measurement release indication information and measurement reporting suspension indication information and the values of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information are true or false, the terminal can decide and execute QoE measurement reconfiguration operation according to the combination mode or the value and in combination with the QoE measurement starting state of the terminal.
Optionally, the terminal performs the reconfiguration operation according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the current QoE measurement starting state of the terminal, including:
the terminal determines the target QoE measurement configuration according to the unique number, and the terminal determines the current QoE measurement starting state corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the values of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information are both true, if the current QoE measurement starting state is a started state, the terminal suspends reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, otherwise, the terminal releases the target QoE measurement configuration;
and under the condition that the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information comprises the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the values of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information are both false, the terminal saves the target QoE measurement configuration and does not send the target QoE measurement configuration to an application layer of the terminal.
It can be understood that, according to the above embodiment, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information may include measurement release indication information and measurement reporting suspension indication information at the same time, and when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes measurement release indication information and measurement reporting suspension indication information at the same time, values of the two indication information in an actual scenario may also occur in different combination manners, that is, values of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information may be true or false at the same time. In case the value is true or false, the terminal may perform the reconfiguration operation of the above embodiment. In the case that the values of the measurement release indication information and the measurement report suspension indication information are true at the same time or false at the same time, the terminal may perform the reconfiguration operation of this embodiment.
In the above embodiment, for different situations of the indication information included in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and for a state of whether the QoE measurement configured by the terminal for the target QoE measurement is already started, the terminal may execute the corresponding reconfiguration operation action according to the reconfiguration operation type shown in table 1. Table 1 shows that, in the case that the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information only includes one or both of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the two are true or false, the terminal performs measurement reconfiguration operation correspondingly in conjunction with the QoE measurement start state of the terminal itself, and shows that, in the case that the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes both of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, the terminal performs measurement reconfiguration operation correspondingly in conjunction with the QoE measurement start state of the terminal itself.

It can be understood that, when the terminal reports the QoE measurement start state of the terminal to the access network device, and when the access network device has an empty port overload and the like that meet a first preset condition, the access network device may send a QoE measurement reconfiguration indication message, that is, first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, to the terminal in combination with QoE measurement configuration information sent by the core network device or the network management device and the QoE measurement start state of the terminal, so as to indicate that the terminal may perform a reconfiguration operation for a target QoE measurement configuration.
It should be understood that, in a case where the access network device considers the terminal QoE measurement start status when sending the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the terminal may directly perform the reconfiguration operation indicated by the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. For example, if the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information directly indicates to release the target QoE measurement configuration, the terminal releases the target QoE measurement configuration according to the indication.
According to the method and the device, the terminal reports the measurement starting state to the access network equipment, so that the operation condition of the terminal can be comprehensively considered when the access network equipment carries out QoE measurement reconfiguration indication, and resource waste and operation errors are avoided.
Optionally, after the terminal performs the reconfiguration operation, the method further includes: the terminal reports a reconfiguration complete message to the access network equipment according to the reconfiguration operation, wherein the reconfiguration complete message is used for indicating at least one of the following states:
the target QoE measurement configuration has been released;
the QoE measurements are to be cached.
It can be understood that, after the terminal performs the QoE measurement reconfiguration operation according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the terminal encapsulates a reconfiguration complete message according to the performed reconfiguration operation and the reconfiguration operation result, and reports the reconfiguration complete message to the access network device. For example, if the reconfiguration operation performed by the terminal includes releasing the target QoE measurement configuration and the release is completed, the reconfiguration complete message may indicate that the target QoE measurement configuration has been released; if the reconfiguration operation performed by the terminal comprises the suspension of reporting the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and the suspension of reporting is confirmed, the reconfiguration completion message can indicate that the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is to be cached; if the reconfiguration operation performed by the terminal includes the target QoE measurement configuration release and the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration suspension report, the reconfiguration complete message may also correspondingly include the target QoE measurement configuration released and the QoE measurement result to be cached.
According to the method and the device, the terminal reports the reconfiguration completion message to the access network equipment, so that the network side can acquire the terminal running state, and restart QoE measurement or reporting according to the running state when the obstacle is removed, thereby promoting network optimization.
Optionally, the method further comprises: the terminal receives second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, wherein the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is sent by the access network equipment under the condition that a second preset condition is met; and restarting the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or reporting the QoE measurement result by the terminal based on the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information.
It can be understood that, after the access network device sends the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the terminal performs the corresponding reconfiguration operation of the QoE measurement according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, if the access network device monitors that the current operating environment meets the second preset condition, the access network device sends the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal. Optionally, the second preset condition includes: and the overload of the air interface of the access network equipment is relieved. It can be understood that, according to the foregoing embodiments, when an air interface of the access network device is overloaded, the access network device may instruct the terminal to perform a reconfiguration operation by sending the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. Correspondingly, after the air interface overload of the access network device is relieved or ended, the terminal can be instructed to restart the QoE measurement and/or report by sending the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information.
And the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used for indicating the terminal to restart the reporting of the QoE measurement or the QoE measurement result configured for the target QoE measurement. Optionally, before sending the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the access network device may record and determine the target QoE measurement configuration according to a reconfiguration completion message reported by the terminal, and determine the corresponding terminal at the same time.
After the access network device sends the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the terminal may receive the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, and determine that the target to be operated is the target QoE measurement configuration and that the operation to be performed is to restart the QoE measurement or report the measurement result by analyzing the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. And then, the terminal restarts QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or reports the measurement result according to the analyzed result.
According to the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the target QoE measurement configuration is released and/or the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is suspended from being reported according to the reconfiguration operation, when the communication barrier is relieved, the QoE measurement and/or the measurement result reporting of the target QoE measurement configuration can be restarted according to the reconfiguration operation of the access network equipment, and the optimization of the network and the service can be better promoted.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and when the terminal does not receive the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information within a set time length, or the terminal enters at least one of an RRC _ IDLE state and an RRC _ INACTIVE state, the terminal releases the target QoE measurement configuration or suspends reporting of the QoE measurement result.
It can be understood that, according to the foregoing embodiments, when the second preset condition is satisfied, the access network device may send second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal to indicate that the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is restarted or a measurement result is reported. After the terminal performs the QoE measurement reconfiguration operation according to the above embodiments, that is, after releasing the target QoE measurement configuration and suspending reporting of at least one of the QoE measurement results corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, the terminal starts to monitor whether the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is received, and if the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is not received within a set time length all the time, or the terminal enters an RRC _ IDLE state and/or an RRC _ INACTIVE state, the terminal may restart the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or the reporting of the QoE measurement result by itself.
According to the embodiment of the application, the waiting time length and the self-hanging state are monitored through the terminal, the QoE measurement or the measurement result reporting is automatically restarted when the monitoring result meets the setting, and the QoE measurement and the reporting can be smoothly carried out under the condition of fault notification and the like.
It should be noted that, in the QoE measurement reconfiguration method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution subject may be a QoE measurement reconfiguration device, or a control module in the QoE measurement reconfiguration device, configured to execute the QoE measurement reconfiguration method. In the embodiment of the present application, a method for performing QoE measurement reconfiguration by using a QoE measurement reconfiguration device is taken as an example, and the QoE measurement reconfiguration device provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.
As shown in fig. 3, a structure of a QoE measurement reconfiguration device in an embodiment of the present application is one of schematic structural diagrams of a QoE measurement reconfiguration device provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the device may be used to implement QoE measurement reconfiguration in each QoE measurement reconfiguration method embodiment of the terminal side, and the device includes:

The QoE measurement reconfiguration device in the embodiment of the present application may be a device, a device or an electronic device having an operating system, or may be a component, an integrated circuit, or a chip in a terminal. The device or the electronic equipment can be a mobile terminal or a non-mobile terminal. For example, the mobile terminal may include, but is not limited to, the above-listed type of terminal 101, and the non-mobile terminal may be a server, a Network Attached Storage (NAS), a Personal Computer (PC), a Television (TV), a teller machine, a self-service machine, or the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited in particular.
The QoE measurement reconfiguration device provided in the embodiment of the present application can implement each process implemented in the method embodiment of fig. 2, and achieve the same technical effect, and is not described here again to avoid repetition.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a QoE measurement reconfiguration method, which may be executed by an access network device, where the access network device may specifically be the access network device 102 shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 4, a second flow chart of the QoE measurement reconfiguration method provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method includes:
step 401, the access network device sends a first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication message to the terminal when meeting a first preset condition.
Wherein the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used to indicate the terminal to perform a reconfiguration operation, and the reconfiguration operation includes at least one of the following:
releasing the target QoE measurement configuration;
and pausing the reporting of the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
It can be understood that, when the first preset condition is satisfied, the access network device may send an instruction command to the terminal, where the instruction command is used to instruct the terminal to perform a corresponding QoE measurement reconfiguration operation, and the instruction command may be referred to as first QoE measurement reconfiguration instruction information. Optionally, the first preset condition includes: the air interface of the access network equipment is overloaded. Specifically, the access network device may monitor a load condition of an air interface of the access network device, and when it is monitored that the air interface load is too high, that is, the air interface is overloaded, it is determined that the first preset condition is satisfied, and then the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information may be sent to the terminal. When the access network sends the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information may be sent by using a downlink Radio Resource Control (RRC) message.
The first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information may include information related to a QoE measurement configuration to be reconfigured, such as a configuration unique number, a configuration name, or a configuration-related resource, which is used to indicate an object that a terminal specifically needs to operate, where the QoE measurement configuration to be reconfigured may be referred to as a target QoE measurement configuration. The first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information may further include a specific operation indication, such as releasing the target QoE measurement configuration and/or suspending reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
After the access network device sends the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the terminal may receive the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, and determine, according to information included in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, an object to be operated and a specific operation to be performed on the object to be operated, that is, a target QoE measurement configuration and a reconfiguration operation.
And then, the terminal executes corresponding reconfiguration operation on the target QoE measurement configuration according to the determined target QoE measurement configuration and the reconfiguration operation type. The reconfiguration operation actually executed by the terminal is consistent with the operation to be executed indicated by the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, or consistent with the operation to be executed determined by the terminal combining the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the state decision of the terminal, which may include releasing the target QoE measurement configuration, or suspending reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, or releasing the target QoE measurement configuration and suspending reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
According to the QoE measurement reconfiguration method provided by the embodiment of the application, when preset conditions such as over-high air interface load are met, the QoE measurement configuration is released or the QoE measurement reporting is suspended through configuration indication, so that normal transmission of data services can be effectively guaranteed.
Optionally, before the sending the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal, the method further includes:
the access network equipment receives QoE measurement configuration information sent by core network equipment or network management equipment, wherein the QoE measurement configuration information comprises a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following information:
measuring release configuration information;
measuring and reporting pause configuration information;
the access network equipment determines the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the QoE measurement configuration information;

It can be understood that, before sending the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal, the access network device may receive configuration information from the core network device or the network management device, where the configuration information is used to configure a specific QoE measurement indication for the access network device, and generally includes a target of QoE measurement, a measurement start time, a measurement execution duration, whether to allow a measurement report, a report type, an allowed report area, and the like.
After the terminal reports the terminal capability to the network side through the access network device, the core network device or the network management device may send QoE measurement configuration information to the access network device, for configuring a specific QoE measurement. In the QoE measurement configuration information, an object to be specifically operated is configured by indicating a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration. Meanwhile, the QoE measurement configuration information may further configure whether the target QoE measurement configuration may be released (i.e., whether the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be released) if the first preset condition is met, and/or whether the reporting of the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration may be suspended (i.e., whether the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be suspended) if the first preset condition is met.
Specifically, the QoE measurement configuration information may include two pieces of configuration information (which may be respectively referred to as measurement release configuration information and measurement reporting suspension configuration information), so as to respectively indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration may be released when the first preset condition is met and whether reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration may be suspended when the first preset condition is met; alternatively, the QoE measurement configuration information may only include any one of measurement release configuration information and measurement reporting suspension configuration information, so as to correspondingly indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration may be released when the first preset condition is met, or whether the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration may be suspended from being reported when the first preset condition is met.
Optionally, the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information are integrated into one configuration message, or the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information are two independent configuration messages respectively. It can be understood that the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information may be two independent configuration information, or may be integrated into the same configuration information. That is to say, the field carrying the measurement release configuration information and the field carrying the measurement reporting suspension configuration information may be included in two mutually independent messages, or may be included in the same message.
After receiving the QoE measurement configuration information sent by the core network device or the network management device, the access network device may analyze the QoE measurement configuration information to obtain specific measurement configuration, and generate first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the measurement configuration package, and send the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal.
Optionally, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following indication information:
measuring release indication information;
measuring and reporting pause indication information;
the measurement release indication information is used for indicating the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration, and the measurement report suspension indication information is used for indicating the terminal to suspend reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
It can be understood that, in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information determined by the access network device according to the QoE measurement configuration information, according to the different information contents included in the QoE measurement configuration information, the unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information may also be included correspondingly.
Specifically, when the QoE measurement configuration information includes two configuration information, i.e., measurement release configuration information and measurement reporting suspension configuration information, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information determined according to the QoE measurement configuration information may also correspondingly include two indication information, i.e., measurement release indication information and measurement reporting suspension indication information, and is respectively used for indicating the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration and suspend reporting of the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
When the QoE measurement configuration information includes any one of measurement release configuration information and measurement reporting suspension configuration information, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information also includes one of measurement release indication information and measurement reporting suspension indication information, and is used to indicate to release measurement configuration or suspend reporting of measurement results.
That is to say, when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is determined only according to QoE measurement configuration information sent by the core network device or the network management device, indication information included in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and configuration information included in the QoE measurement configuration information have a certain corresponding relationship.
In the embodiment of the application, the access network equipment sends the QoE measurement reconfiguration instruction to the terminal according to the QoE measurement configuration information sent by the core network equipment or the network management equipment, so that the QoE parameter requirement of the network side can be met in a targeted manner, and the network service can be optimized in a targeted manner.
Optionally, the method further comprises: the access network equipment determines the starting state of the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal according to the measurement starting state report reported by the terminal;
the access network equipment determines the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the QoE measurement configuration information, and the determining includes:

It can be understood that the access network device may send an RRC message to the terminal according to the QoE measurement configuration indication of the core network device or the network management device, so as to configure QoE measurement configured for the target QoE measurement. On this basis, the terminal may report the measurement start state configured for the target QoE measurement to the access network device according to whether the terminal has started QoE measurement configured for the target QoE measurement, that is, send a measurement start state report to the access network device, to indicate whether the terminal has started QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration at present.
After receiving a measurement start status report reported by a terminal, an access network device obtains whether the terminal currently starts a QoE measurement state configured for target QoE measurement by analyzing the measurement start status report. And meanwhile, the access network equipment analyzes QoE measurement configuration information sent by the core network equipment or the network management equipment, and determines whether QoE measurement corresponding to target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be reconfigured.
Optionally, the determining, by the access network device, the start state of the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal according to the measurement start state report reported by the terminal includes: if the access network equipment receives the measurement starting state report, the access network equipment determines that the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal is started, otherwise, determines that the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal is not started.
It can be understood that the terminal may send the measurement status report to the access network device after starting the QoE measurement configured for the target QoE measurement to report the started status. The access network device may determine whether the terminal starts QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration according to whether the measurement status report is received. And if so, determining that the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is started, otherwise, determining that the QoE measurement is not started.
When the access network device has a condition that the air interface overload and the like meet the first preset condition, the access network device may send a QoE measurement reconfiguration indication message, that is, first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, to the terminal in combination with the QoE measurement configuration information sent by the core network device or the network management device and the QoE measurement start state of the terminal, so as to indicate that the terminal may perform reconfiguration operation for the target QoE measurement configuration.
It should be understood that, when the access network device considers the terminal QoE measurement start status when sending the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the terminal may directly perform the reconfiguration operation indicated by the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. For example, if the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information directly indicates to release the target QoE measurement configuration, the terminal releases the target QoE measurement configuration according to the indication.
According to the embodiment of the application, the terminal reports the measurement starting state to the access network equipment, so that the operation condition of the terminal can be comprehensively considered when the access network equipment carries out QoE measurement reconfiguration indication, and resource waste and operation errors are avoided.
Optionally, the determining, by the access network device, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the QoE measurement configuration information and in combination with the start state of the QoE measurement, includes:
the access network equipment determines a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indicating information according to the unique number, and determines the starting state of the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
when the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement release configuration information and a value of the measurement release configuration information is true, or the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information, and a value of the measurement release configuration information is true, and a value of the measurement report suspension configuration information is false, the access network device configures the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration;
and when the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement reporting suspension configuration information and the value of the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is true, or the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information, and the value of the measurement release configuration information is false, and the value of the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is true, the access network device configures the terminal to suspend reporting the QoE measurement result.
It can be understood that, after receiving QoE measurement configuration information sent by core network equipment or network management equipment, an access network device may determine a unique number of a target QoE measurement configuration by analyzing the QoE measurement configuration information, and further determine a target QoE measurement configuration that needs to be operated according to the unique number, and meanwhile, may further determine, according to the unique number, whether QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration has been started. The access network device may determine specific QoE measurement configuration information, including measurement release configuration information and/or measurement report suspension configuration information, by analyzing the QoE measurement configuration information.
And then, the access network equipment determines the QoE measurement reconfiguration operation which needs to be executed by the terminal according to the specific QoE measurement configuration information acquired by analyzing the QoE measurement configuration information and the state of whether the QoE measurement configured by the terminal aiming at the target QoE measurement is started or not by combining the measurement starting state report reported by the analyzing terminal, generates first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the decision result and transmits the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal.
According to the above embodiments, the QoE measurement configuration information may include at least one of measurement release configuration information and measurement reporting suspension configuration information, and different combination modes may be formed according to values of the two configuration information. Under the condition that the QoE measurement configuration information only contains measurement release configuration information or only contains measurement reporting suspension configuration information, and under the condition that the QoE measurement configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information are contained simultaneously and the values of the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information are true or false, the access network equipment can decide the QoE measurement reconfiguration operation to be executed by the terminal according to the combination mode or the value and the QoE measurement starting state of the terminal.
Optionally, the determining, by the access network device, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the QoE measurement configuration information and in combination with the start state of the QoE measurement, includes:
the access network equipment determines a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indicating information according to the unique number, and determines the starting state of the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
when the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information, and values of the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information are both true, if a starting state of the QoE measurement is a started state, the access network device configures the terminal to suspend reporting of the QoE measurement result, otherwise, configures the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration;
and if the QoE measurement configuration information comprises the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information, and the values of the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information are both false, if the starting state of the QoE measurement is a started state, the access network equipment configures the terminal to delete the terminal after acquiring a measurement report, stores the target QoE measurement configuration and does not send the target QoE measurement configuration to an application layer of the terminal, and otherwise, the access network equipment configures the terminal to store the target QoE measurement configuration and does not send the target QoE measurement configuration to the application layer of the terminal.
It can be understood that, according to the above embodiment, the QoE measurement configuration information may include measurement release configuration information and measurement report suspension configuration information at the same time, and when the QoE measurement configuration information includes measurement release configuration information and measurement report suspension configuration information at the same time, values of the two configuration information in an actual scenario may also be in different combination manners, that is, the values of the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information may be true or false at the same time, or may be true or false at the same time. In case the value is true or false, the access network device may decide the measurement reconfiguration operation of the terminal according to the above embodiment. Under the condition that the values of the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report pause configuration information are true at the same time or false at the same time, the access network equipment can decide the measurement reconfiguration operation of the terminal according to the embodiment.
In the above embodiment, for different combination situations of the configuration information included in the QoE measurement configuration information, the access network device may make a decision and instruct the terminal to execute a corresponding reconfiguration operation action according to a reconfiguration operation decision manner shown in table 2 in combination with a state of whether the QoE measurement configured by the terminal for the target QoE measurement has been started. Table 2 shows that the measurement configuration information of the QoE only includes one or both of the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information, and when both of the two are true or false, the access network device may determine the measurement reconfiguration operation performed by the terminal in accordance with the QoE measurement start state of the terminal, and when the measurement configuration information of the QoE includes both of the two, and when both of the two are true or false, the access network device may determine the measurement reconfiguration operation performed by the terminal in accordance with the QoE measurement start state of the terminal.

It can be understood that, after the terminal performs the QoE measurement reconfiguration operation according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the terminal may encapsulate a reconfiguration completion message according to the performed reconfiguration operation and the reconfiguration operation result, and report the reconfiguration completion message to the access network device. For example, if the reconfiguration operation performed by the terminal includes releasing the target QoE measurement configuration and the release is completed, the reconfiguration complete message may indicate that the target QoE measurement configuration has been released; if the reconfiguration operation performed by the terminal comprises the suspension of reporting the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and the suspension of reporting is confirmed, the reconfiguration completion message can indicate that the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is to be cached; if the reconfiguration operation performed by the terminal includes the target QoE measurement configuration release and the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration suspension report, the reconfiguration complete message may also correspondingly include the target QoE measurement configuration released and the QoE measurement result to be cached.
After the terminal reports the reconfiguration complete message, the access network device may receive the reconfiguration complete message, and analyze the reconfiguration complete message to determine a state where QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration has been released or suspended or a QoE measurement result has been suspended from reporting, and correspondingly record a unique number of the target QoE measurement configuration.
The access network equipment in the embodiment of the application can enable the network side to acquire the terminal running state by receiving the reconfiguration completion message reported by the terminal, and restart QoE measurement or report according to the running state when the obstacle is removed, thereby promoting network optimization.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and the access network equipment reports a measurement failure message to the core network equipment or the network management equipment, wherein the measurement failure message is used for indicating the QoE measurement failure corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
It can be understood that, after the access network device receives the reconfiguration complete message reported by the terminal, the reconfiguration complete message can be analyzed. If the analysis result shows that the target QoE measurement configuration has been released, or QoE measurement configured for the target QoE measurement has been suspended, or the reporting of the measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration has been suspended, which indicates that the terminal cannot normally execute QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, and cannot normally report the measurement result, the access network device may report a measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device. The measurement failure message is used for reporting to the core network device or the network management device that the QoE measurement corresponding to the current target QoE measurement configuration is interrupted, and the measurement result cannot be fed back normally, that is, the current measurement fails.
Optionally, the measurement failure message is further used to indicate a type of measurement failure. It can be understood that, when the access network device reports the measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device, the type of the measurement failure may also be selectively reported, that is, the cause of the measurement failure. For example, when the target QoE measurement configuration is reconfigured due to an overload of an air interface of the access network device, the type of failure is the air interface overload, and if the target QoE measurement configuration is reconfigured due to other reasons, the type of failure is other corresponding reasons.
Optionally, the QoE measurement configuration information is further used to instruct the access network device to report the measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, when the core network device or the network management device sends the QoE measurement configuration information to the access network device in advance, it is configured that the access network device needs to report a measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device when the QoE measurement fails. After the QoE measurement reconfiguration of the foregoing embodiments occurs, the access network device may determine that the measurement fails, that is, report a measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device, so as to indicate that the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration fails. Optionally, the core network device or the network management device may also configure the access network device through the QoE measurement configuration information and report the type of the measurement failure at the same time.
Optionally, the method further comprises: the access network equipment sends second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal under the condition that second preset conditions are met; and the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used for indicating the terminal to restart the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or report the QoE measurement result.
It can be understood that, after the access network device sends the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the terminal performs the corresponding reconfiguration operation of the QoE measurement according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, if the access network device monitors that the current operating environment meets the second preset condition, the access network device sends the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal. Optionally, the second preset condition includes: and the overload of the air interface of the access network equipment is relieved. It can be understood that, according to the foregoing embodiments, when an air interface of the access network device is overloaded, the access network device may instruct the terminal to execute a reconfiguration operation by sending the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. Correspondingly, after the air interface overload of the access network device is relieved or ended, the terminal can be instructed to restart the QoE measurement and/or report by sending the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information.
And the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used for indicating the terminal to restart the reporting of the QoE measurement or QoE measurement result configured for the target QoE measurement. Optionally, before sending the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the access network device may record and determine the target QoE measurement configuration according to a reconfiguration complete message reported by the terminal, and determine the corresponding terminal at the same time.
After the access network device sends the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the terminal may receive the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, and determine that the target to be operated is the target QoE measurement configuration and that the operation to be performed is to restart the QoE measurement or report the measurement result by analyzing the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. And then, the terminal restarts QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or reports the measurement result according to the analyzed result.
According to the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the target QoE measurement configuration is released and/or the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is suspended from being reported according to the reconfiguration operation, when the communication barrier is relieved, the QoE measurement and/or the measurement result reporting of the target QoE measurement configuration can be restarted according to the reconfiguration operation of the access network equipment, and the optimization of the network and the service can be better promoted.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and the access network equipment receives first indication information sent by the core network equipment or the network management equipment, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the access network equipment to send second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal under the condition that the access network equipment meets the second preset condition.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the access network device may be controlled to send the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information in a manner configured by the core network device or the network management device, so as to indicate the terminal to restart QoE measurement configured by the target QoE measurement and/or report a measurement result. That is to say, after the core network device or the network management device receives the QoE measurement failure message, the QoE measurement configuration message may be retransmitted to the access network device, and for convenience of differentiation, the QoE measurement configuration message is referred to as first indication information. The first indication information may indicate an object to be restarted and a condition to be satisfied by the restart, that is, a QoE measurement and a second budget condition corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration. After receiving the first indication information, if it is monitored that the second budget condition is currently met, the access network device sends second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal according to the indication, so as to indicate the terminal to restart QoE measurement configured by the target QoE measurement and/or report measurement results.
According to the embodiment of the application, the access network equipment is configured through the core network equipment or the network management equipment, and the terminal is instructed to restart QoE measurement under the condition that the set conditions are met, so that the measurement requirement of the network side can be more accurately positioned, and the measurement result can be more accurately fed back.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and the access network equipment receives a QoE measurement result which is reported by the terminal and corresponds to the target QoE measurement configuration.
It can be understood that, after the terminal completes the QoE measurement configured for the target QoE measurement, the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration may be reported to the access network device according to the network side configuration, that is, the configuration of the core network device, the network management device, or the access network device. It should be understood that the measurement result may be a measurement result obtained by re-measuring after the terminal restarts the QoE measurement, or may be a measurement result obtained before the QoE measurement is reconfigured, that is, the measurement result is completed and cached when the QoE measurement is reconfigured, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and the access network equipment reports a measurement report to a measurement acquisition entity, wherein the measurement report comprises a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment of the application, after receiving a QoE measurement result corresponding to a target QoE measurement configuration reported by a terminal, an access network device may forward the QoE measurement result to a measurement acquisition entity, and specifically may report the QoE measurement result in a manner of encapsulating the QoE measurement result in a measurement report and sending the measurement report to the measurement acquisition entity.
According to the embodiment of the application, the QoE measurement result is reported to the measurement and acquisition entity, so that the measurement and acquisition entity can better optimize network service according to the QoE measurement result, and user experience is improved.
It should be noted that, in the QoE measurement reconfiguration method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution subject may be a QoE measurement reconfiguration device, or a control module in the QoE measurement reconfiguration device, configured to execute the QoE measurement reconfiguration method. In this embodiment, a method for performing QoE measurement reconfiguration by a QoE measurement reconfiguration device is taken as an example, and a QoE measurement reconfiguration device provided in this embodiment is described.
Fig. 5 shows a structure of a QoE measurement reconfiguration apparatus in an embodiment of the present application, which is a second schematic structural diagram of the QoE measurement reconfiguration apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus may be used to implement QoE measurement reconfiguration in each QoE measurement reconfiguration method embodiment on an access network device side, and the apparatus includes:

The apparatus or electronic device may include, but is not limited to, the access network device 102 of the type listed above, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited in particular.
The QoE measurement reconfiguration device provided in the embodiment of the present application can implement each process implemented in the method embodiment of fig. 4, and achieve the same technical effect, and is not described here again to avoid repetition.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a QoE measurement reconfiguration method, which may be executed by a core network device or a network management device, where the core network device may specifically be the core network device 103 shown in fig. 1, and the network management device may specifically be the network management device 104 shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 6, a third flow chart of a QoE measurement reconfiguration method provided in the embodiment of the present application is schematically illustrated, where the method includes:
step 601, the core network device or the network management device sends QoE measurement configuration information to the access network device.
Wherein the QoE measurement configuration information comprises a unique number corresponding to a target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following information:
measuring release configuration information;
measuring and reporting pause configuration information;
the measurement release configuration information is used to indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be released or not when a first preset condition is met, and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is used to indicate whether a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be suspended for reporting or not when the first preset condition is met.
It can be understood that, after the terminal reports the terminal capability to the network side through the access network device, the core network device or the network management device may send QoE measurement configuration information to the access network device, so as to configure a specific QoE measurement. The configuration information is used to configure a specific QoE measurement indication to the access network device, and generally includes a target of QoE measurement, a measurement start time, a measurement execution duration, whether to allow a measurement report, a report type, an allowed report area, and the like.
In the QoE measurement configuration information, a specific object to be operated is configured by indicating a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration. Meanwhile, the QoE measurement configuration information may further configure whether the target QoE measurement configuration may be released (i.e., whether the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be released) if the first preset condition is met, and/or whether the reporting of the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration may be suspended (i.e., whether the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be suspended) if the first preset condition is met.
Specifically, the QoE measurement configuration information may include two pieces of configuration information (which may be respectively referred to as measurement release configuration information and measurement reporting suspension configuration information), so as to respectively indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration may be released when the first preset condition is met and whether reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration may be suspended when the first preset condition is met; alternatively, the QoE measurement configuration information may only include any one of measurement release configuration information and measurement reporting suspension configuration information, so as to correspondingly indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration may be released when the first preset condition is met, or whether the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration may be suspended from being reported when the first preset condition is met.
Optionally, the first preset condition includes: the air interface of the access network equipment is overloaded. Specifically, the access network device may monitor a load condition of an air interface of the access network device, and when it is monitored that the air interface load is too high, that is, the air interface is overloaded, it is determined that the first preset condition is satisfied, and then the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information may be sent to the terminal.
Optionally, the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information are integrated into one configuration message, or the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information are two independent configuration messages respectively. It can be understood that the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information may be two independent configuration information, or may be integrated into the same configuration information. That is to say, the field carrying the measurement release configuration information and the field carrying the measurement reporting suspension configuration information may be respectively included in two mutually independent messages, or may be included in the same message.
According to the QoE measurement reconfiguration method provided by the embodiment of the application, when preset conditions such as over-high air interface load are met, the QoE measurement configuration is released or the QoE measurement reporting is suspended through configuration indication, so that normal transmission of data services can be effectively guaranteed.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and the core network equipment or the network management equipment receives a measurement failure message reported by the access network equipment, wherein the measurement failure message is used for indicating the QoE measurement failure corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
It can be understood that, after the access network device receives the reconfiguration complete message reported by the terminal, the reconfiguration complete message can be analyzed. If the analysis result shows that the target QoE measurement configuration has been released, or QoE measurement configured for the target QoE measurement has been suspended, or the reporting of the measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration has been suspended, which indicates that the terminal cannot normally execute QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, and cannot normally report the measurement result, the access network device may report a measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device. The measurement failure message is used for reporting to the core network device or the network management device that the QoE measurement corresponding to the current target QoE measurement configuration is interrupted, and the measurement result cannot be fed back normally, that is, the current measurement fails. After the access network device sends the measurement failure message, the core network device or the network management device may receive and analyze the measurement failure message, and according to the analysis result, the core network device or the network management device may determine that the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration fails.
Optionally, the measurement failure message is further used to indicate a type of measurement failure. It can be understood that, when the access network device reports the measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device, the type of the measurement failure may also be selectively reported, that is, the cause of the measurement failure. For example, when the target QoE measurement configuration is reconfigured due to an overload of an air interface of the access network device, the type of failure is the air interface overload, and if the target QoE measurement configuration is reconfigured due to other reasons, the type of failure is other corresponding reasons.
Optionally, the QoE measurement configuration information is further configured to instruct the access network device to report the measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, when the core network device or the network management device sends the QoE measurement configuration information to the access network device in advance, it is configured that the access network device needs to report a measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device when the QoE measurement fails. After the QoE measurement reconfiguration of the foregoing embodiments occurs, the access network device may determine that the measurement fails, that is, report a measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device, so as to indicate that the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration fails. Optionally, the core network device or the network management device may also configure the access network device through the QoE measurement configuration information and report the type of the measurement failure at the same time.
Optionally, the method further comprises: the core network device or the network management device sends first indication information to the access network device, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating that the access network device sends second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to a terminal under the condition that the access network device meets a second preset condition; and the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used for indicating the terminal to restart the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or report the QoE measurement result.
It can be understood that, after the access network device sends the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the terminal performs the corresponding reconfiguration operation of the QoE measurement according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, if the access network device monitors that the current operating environment meets the second preset condition, the access network device sends the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal. Optionally, the second preset condition includes: and relieving the overload of the air interface of the access network equipment. It can be understood that, according to the foregoing embodiments, when an air interface of the access network device is overloaded, the access network device may instruct the terminal to perform a reconfiguration operation by sending the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. Correspondingly, after the air interface overload of the access network device is relieved or ended, the terminal can be instructed to restart the QoE measurement and/or report by sending the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information.
And the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used for indicating the terminal to restart the reporting of the QoE measurement or the QoE measurement result configured for the target QoE measurement. Optionally, before sending the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the access network device may record and determine the target QoE measurement configuration according to a reconfiguration complete message reported by the terminal, and determine the corresponding terminal at the same time.
After the access network device sends the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, the terminal may receive the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, and determine that the target to be operated is the target QoE measurement configuration and that the operation to be performed is to restart the QoE measurement or report the measurement result by analyzing the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. And then, the terminal restarts QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or reports the measurement result according to the analysis result.
According to the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the target QoE measurement configuration is released and/or the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is suspended from reporting, when communication barriers are relieved, the QoE measurement and/or measurement result reporting of the target QoE measurement configuration can be restarted according to the restarting and reconfiguring operation of the access network equipment, and the optimization of a network and service can be better promoted.
It should be noted that, in the QoE measurement reconfiguration method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution subject may be a QoE measurement reconfiguration device, or a control module in the QoE measurement reconfiguration device, configured to execute the QoE measurement reconfiguration method. In this embodiment, a method for performing QoE measurement reconfiguration by a QoE measurement reconfiguration device is taken as an example, and a QoE measurement reconfiguration device provided in this embodiment is described.
Fig. 7 shows a structure of a QoE measurement reconfiguration apparatus in an embodiment of the present application, which is a third schematic structural diagram of the QoE measurement reconfiguration apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus may be used to implement QoE measurement reconfiguration in each QoE measurement reconfiguration method embodiment on a core network device side or a network management device side, and the apparatus includes:

To further illustrate the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the following examples are given by way of illustration and not by way of limitation of the scope of the claims of the present application.
As shown in fig. 8, which is one of the multi-party interaction diagrams of the QoE measurement reconfiguration method provided in the embodiment of the present application, in which: the UE is a User Equipment (User Equipment), referred to as a terminal for short; the RAN node is a Radio Access Network node (Radio Access Network node) device, referred to as an Access Network device for short; the OAM/CN is an operation, maintenance and Maintenance (Operations and Maintenance) device or a Core Network (Core Network) device, which is called Core Network device or Network management device for short; the MCE is a Measurement Collection Entity (Measurement Collection Entity). As shown in fig. 8, where the RAN node performs QoE measurement reconfiguration only according to QoE measurement configuration of OAM/CN, the method specifically includes the following steps:
(1) UE reports UE capability to RAN node;
(2) The OAM/CN sends QoE measurement configuration to the RAN node, wherein the QoE measurement configuration comprises the following steps:
the measurement configuration ID for uniquely identifying the measurement;
a measurement release configuration to indicate whether the measurement configuration can be released in case of RAN overload;
measurement report suspension configuration, configured to indicate whether a measurement result corresponding to the measurement configuration can suspend reporting under the condition of RAN overload;
the measurement release indication and the measurement report suspension indication can be independent or the same;
(3) The RAN node configures a QoE measurement instruction to the UE through RRC;
(5) After the air interface overload, the RAN node sends RRC reconfiguration to the UE according to the measurement configuration sent in step (2) based on the measurement configuration ID, the measurement release configuration, and the measurement report suspension configuration, and instructs the UE to perform reconfiguration operation according to table 1;
(6) If the UE finally releases the measurement configuration according to the current QoE measurement state based on the requirement in the step (5), the UE indicates that the measurement is released in the reconfiguration complete message, and the RAN node records that the measurement ID is released after receiving the reconfiguration complete message;
if the UE finally saves the measurement configuration and does not report the measurement configuration according to the current QoE measurement state based on the requirement in the step (5), the UE indicates that the measurement is saved and does not report a measurement report in a reconfiguration completion message, and the RAN node records that the measurement ID enters a measurement suspension/reporting state after receiving the reconfiguration completion message;
(7a) If the RAN node indicates that the measurement configuration is released in the reconfiguration complete message received in step (6), the RAN node may optionally feed back a QoE measurement failure corresponding to the measurement ID to the CN/OAM, where the optional feedbackable failure result is an air interface overload, and the selection condition may be configured in step (2);
(8a) The CN/OAM can optionally indicate the RAN node to resend the configuration corresponding to the measurement ID after the air interface overload is finished according to the optional feedback, namely step (3);
(7b) After the air interface overload is finished, the RAN node sends RRC reconfiguration to corresponding UE according to the measurement ID recorded in the step (6), and indicates that QoE measurement/reporting can be started;
optionally, if the UE does not receive the message within a specific time period or the UE enters an RRC _ IDLE and/or RRC _ INACTIVE state, the measurement configuration/report may also be released;
(8b) After the measurement is finished, the UE reports the QoE measurement result to the RAN node through RRC;
(9b) And the RAN node reports the QoE measurement result to the measurement acquisition entity through the QoE measurement report.
Fig. 9 is a second schematic diagram of multi-party interaction of a QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to an embodiment of the present application, where: the UE is a User Equipment (User Equipment), referred to as a terminal for short; the RAN node is a Radio Access Network node (Radio Access Network node) device, referred to as an Access Network device for short; the OAM/CN is operation, maintenance and Administration (Operations, administration and Maintenance) device or Core Network (Core Network) device, which is called Core Network device or Network management device for short; the MCE is a Measurement Collection Entity (Measurement Collection Entity). As shown in fig. 9, the reconfiguration of the RAN node according to the QoE measurement configuration of OAM/CN and the QoE measurement status of the UE specifically includes the following steps:
(1) The UE reports the UE capability to the RAN node;
(2) The OAM/CN sends QoE measurement configuration to the RAN node, wherein the QoE measurement configuration comprises the following steps:
the measurement configuration ID for uniquely identifying the measurement;
a measurement release configuration for indicating whether the measurement configuration can be released in case of RAN overload;
measurement reporting suspension configuration, configured to indicate whether a measurement result corresponding to the measurement configuration can suspend reporting under the condition of RAN overload;
the measurement release indication and the measurement report suspension indication can be independent or the same;
(3) The RAN node configures QoE measurement indication to the UE through RRC;
(4) If the RAN node receives the QoE measurement starting instruction, recording the measurement state corresponding to the measurement ID as started, otherwise, recording the measurement state corresponding to the measurement ID as not started;
(5) After the air interface overload, the RAN node sends RRC reconfiguration to the UE according to the table 2 based on the measurement configuration ID, the measurement release configuration, the measurement report suspension configuration, and the measurement start state in step (4) according to the QoE measurement configuration sent in step (2);
optionally, if the measurement start state corresponding to a certain measurement ID is started, the RAN node does not send an RRC reconfiguration message indication release to the UE, or the sent RRC reconfiguration message does not include measurement reconfiguration information corresponding to the measurement ID;
(6) If the UE releases the measurement configuration based on the requirement in the step (5), the UE indicates that the measurement is released in the reconfiguration complete message, and the RAN node records that the measurement ID is released after receiving the reconfiguration complete message;
if the UE stores the measurement configuration and does not report the measurement configuration based on the requirement in the step (5), the UE indicates that the measurement is stored and does not report the measurement report in the reconfiguration complete message, and the RAN node records that the measurement ID enters a measurement suspension/reporting state after receiving the reconfiguration complete message;
(7a) If the RAN node indicates that the measurement configuration is released in the reconfiguration complete message received in step (6), the RAN node optionally feeds back a QoE measurement failure corresponding to the measurement ID to the CN/OAM, optionally feeds back a failure result as an air interface overload, and the selection condition may be configured in step (2);
(8a) The CN/OAM indicates the RAN node to resend the configuration corresponding to the measurement ID after the air interface overload is finished according to the optional feedback, namely step (3);
(7b) After the air interface overload is finished, the RAN node sends RRC reconfiguration to corresponding UE according to the measurement ID recorded in the step (6), and indicates that QoE measurement/reporting can be started;
optionally, if the UE does not receive the message within a specific duration or the UE enters an RRC _ IDLE and/or inactive state, the measurement configuration/report may be released;
(8b) After the measurement is finished, the UE reports a QoE measurement result to the RAN node through the RRC;
(9b) And the RAN node reports the QoE measurement result to the measurement acquisition entity through the QoE measurement report.
According to the embodiment of the application, when the air interface load is too high, the base station can release QoE measurement configuration or suspend QoE measurement reporting according to the condition indication, so that data service transmission is guaranteed. The above conditions include OAM/CN indication, optionally in combination with UE QoE measurement status. After releasing the QoE measurement, the base station may select to feed back the QoE release condition according to the OAM/CN indication condition, so that the network may determine the next configuration. After the base station suspends the QoE reporting, the base station can restart the QoE reporting after the air interface load is relieved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present application further provides a communication device 1000, which includes a processor 1001, a memory 1002, and a program or instruction stored in the memory 1002 and executable on the processor 1001, where for example, when the communication device 1000 is a terminal, the program or instruction is executed by the processor 1001 to implement each process of the foregoing terminal-side QoE measurement reconfiguration method embodiment, and the same technical effect can be achieved. When the communication device 1000 is an access network device, the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 1001 to implement each process of the above-described QoE measurement reconfiguration method on the access network device side, and can achieve the same technical effect. When the communication device 1000 is a core network device, the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 1001 to implement each process of the QoE measurement reconfiguration method embodiment on the core network device side, and the same technical effect can be achieved, and for avoiding repetition, details are not described here again.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal, including a processor and a communication interface, where the processor is configured to, on the condition that the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is received, execute a reconfiguration operation based on the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, where the reconfiguration operation includes at least one of: releasing the target QoE measurement configuration; suspending reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration; the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is sent by the access network device under the condition that a first preset condition is met. The terminal embodiment corresponds to the terminal-side method embodiment, and all implementation processes and implementation manners of the terminal-side method embodiment can be applied to the terminal embodiment and can achieve the same technical effects.
Specifically, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a terminal for implementing the embodiment of the present application. The terminal 1100 includes, but is not limited to: radio frequency unit 1101, network module 1102, audio output unit 1103, input unit 1104, sensor 1105, display unit 1106, user input unit 1107, interface unit 1108, memory 1109, and processor 1110, among other components.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that terminal 1100 can also include a power supply (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which can be logically coupled to processor 1110 via a power management system to facilitate managing charging, discharging, and power consumption via the power management system. The terminal structure shown in fig. 11 does not constitute a limitation of the terminal, and the terminal may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components, and thus will not be described again.
It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 1104 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 11041 and a microphone 11042, and the Graphics processor 11041 processes image data of still pictures or video obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 1106 may include a display panel 11061, and the display panel 11061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 1107 includes a touch panel 11071 and other input devices 11072. A touch panel 11071, also called a touch screen. The touch panel 11071 may include two portions of a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 11072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described in detail herein.
In this embodiment of the application, the radio frequency unit 1101 receives downlink data from a network side device and then processes the downlink data to the processor 1110; in addition, the uplink data is sent to the network side equipment. In general, radio frequency unit 1101 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like.
The memory 1109 may be used for storing software programs or instructions as well as various data. The memory 1109 may mainly include a program or instruction storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program or instruction storage area may store an operating system, application programs or instructions required for at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like. In addition, the Memory 1109 may include a high-speed random access Memory and may also include a nonvolatile Memory, which may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable Programmable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device.
Processor 1110 may include one or more processing units; alternatively, processor 1110 may integrate an application processor that primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, and applications or instructions, etc. and a modem processor that primarily handles wireless communications, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 1110.
Wherein, the processor 1110 is configured to, in a case that first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is received, perform a reconfiguration operation based on the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information. The reconfiguration operation comprises at least one of:
releasing the target QoE measurement configuration;
suspending reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration;
wherein the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is sent by the access network device under the condition that a first preset condition is met.
According to the QoE measurement reconfiguration method provided by the embodiment of the application, when preset conditions such as too high air interface load are met, qoE measurement configuration is released or QoE measurement reporting is suspended through configuration indication, and normal transmission of data services can be effectively guaranteed.
Optionally, the processor 1110 is configured to execute the reconfiguration operation according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the current QoE measurement starting state of the terminal;
wherein the QoE measurement starting status is used to indicate whether the terminal has started QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
When the terminal executes the reconfiguration operation of the QoE measurement, the reconfiguration operation can be definitely executed by combining the QoE measurement reconfiguration instruction sent by the access network equipment and the current QoE measurement starting state of the terminal, namely, the measurement configuration is released or the measurement reporting is suspended.
Optionally, the processor 1110 is configured to determine the target QoE measurement configuration according to the unique number, and the terminal determines a current QoE measurement starting state corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
and when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the value of the measurement release indication information is true, or the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the value of the measurement release indication information is true, and the value of the measurement reporting suspension indication information is false, the terminal directly releases the target QoE measurement configuration;
and when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement reporting suspension indication information and the value of the measurement reporting suspension indication information is true, or the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the value of the measurement release indication information is false, and the value of the measurement reporting suspension indication information is true, if the current QoE measurement start state is a started state, the terminal suspends reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, otherwise, the terminal saves the target QoE measurement configuration.
Optionally, the processor 1110 is configured to determine the target QoE measurement configuration according to the unique number, and the terminal determines a current QoE measurement starting state corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
and when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the values of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information are both true, if the current QoE measurement starting state is a started state, the terminal suspends reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, otherwise, the terminal releases the target QoE measurement configuration;
and when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information comprises the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the values of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information are both false, the terminal saves the target QoE measurement configuration and does not send the target QoE measurement configuration to an application layer of the terminal.
Optionally, the radio frequency unit 1101 is configured to report a measurement start status report to the access network device, where the measurement start status report is used to indicate whether the terminal currently starts QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
According to the method and the device, the terminal reports the measurement starting state to the access network equipment, so that the operation condition of the terminal can be comprehensively considered when the access network equipment carries out QoE measurement reconfiguration indication, and resource waste and operation errors are avoided.
Optionally, the radio frequency unit 1101 is further configured to report a reconfiguration complete message to the access network device according to the reconfiguration operation. The reconfiguration complete message is used for indicating at least one of the following states:
the target QoE measurement configuration has been released;
the QoE measurements are to be cached.
According to the embodiment of the application, the terminal reports the reconfiguration completion message to the access network equipment, so that the network side can acquire the terminal running state, and restart QoE measurement or reporting according to the running state when the obstacle is removed, thereby promoting network optimization.
Optionally, the radio frequency unit 1101 is further configured to receive second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, where the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is sent by the access network device when a second preset condition is met;
the processor 1110 is further configured to restart, based on the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, reporting of a QoE measurement or the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
According to the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the target QoE measurement configuration is released and/or the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is suspended from reporting, when communication barriers are relieved, the QoE measurement and/or measurement result reporting of the target QoE measurement configuration can be restarted according to the restarting and reconfiguring operation of the access network equipment, and the optimization of a network and service can be better promoted.
Optionally, the processor 1110 is further configured to release the target QoE measurement configuration or suspend reporting of the QoE measurement result when the terminal does not receive the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information within a set time duration, or the terminal enters at least one of an RRC _ IDLE state and an RRC _ INACTIVE state.
According to the embodiment of the application, the waiting time length and the self-hanging state are monitored through the terminal, the QoE measurement or the measurement result reporting is automatically restarted when the monitoring result meets the setting, and the QoE measurement and the reporting can be smoothly carried out under the condition of fault notification and the like.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an access network device, including a processor and a communication interface, where the communication interface is configured to send, to a terminal, first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information when a first preset condition is met, where the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used to indicate the terminal to execute a reconfiguration operation, and the reconfiguration operation includes at least one of: releasing the target QoE measurement configuration; and pausing the reporting of the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration. The embodiment of the access network equipment corresponds to the embodiment of the method at the access network equipment side, and all implementation processes and implementation modes of the embodiment of the method at the access network equipment side can be suitable for the embodiment of the access network equipment and can achieve the same technical effect.
Specifically, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of an access network device for implementing the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 12, the access network device 1200 includes: antenna 1201, radio frequency device 1202, baseband device 1203. An antenna 1201 is connected to the radio frequency device 1202. In the uplink direction, the rf device 1202 receives information through the antenna 1201 and sends the received information to the baseband device 1203 for processing. In the downlink direction, the baseband device 1203 processes information to be transmitted and transmits the information to the radio frequency device 1202, and the radio frequency device 1202 processes the received information and transmits the processed information through the antenna 1201.
The above band processing means may be located in the baseband apparatus 1203, and the method performed by the network side device in the above embodiment may be implemented in the baseband apparatus 1203, where the baseband apparatus 1203 includes a processor 1204 and a memory 1205.
The baseband apparatus 1203 may include, for example, at least one baseband board, on which a plurality of chips are disposed, as shown in fig. 12, where one of the chips is, for example, a processor 1204, and is connected to the memory 1205 to call up a program in the memory 1205 to execute the network device operations shown in the foregoing method embodiments.
The baseband apparatus 1203 may further include a network interface 1206 for exchanging information with the radio frequency apparatus 1202, such as a Common Public Radio Interface (CPRI).
Specifically, the access network device according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: the instructions or programs stored in the memory 1205 and capable of being executed on the processor 1204 are called by the processor 1204 to execute the method executed by each module shown in fig. 5, and achieve the same technical effect, which is not described herein for avoiding repetition.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a core network device or a network management device, where the core network device or the network management device includes a processor and a communication interface, and the communication interface is configured to send QoE measurement configuration information to an access network device, where the QoE measurement configuration information includes a unique number corresponding to a target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following information: measuring release configuration information; measuring and reporting pause configuration information; the measurement release configuration information is used to indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be released when a first preset condition is met, and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is used to indicate whether a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be suspended for reporting when the first preset condition is met. The core network device or the embodiment of the network management device corresponds to the core network device or the embodiment of the network management device side method, and all implementation processes and implementation manners of the core network device or the embodiment of the network management device side method can be applied to the core network device or the embodiment of the network management device side method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and are not described again here for avoiding repetition.
Specifically, the embodiment of the present application further provides a core network device or a network management device. As shown in fig. 13, the core network device or the network management device 1300 includes: a processor 1301, a transceiver 1302, a memory 1303, a user interface 1304, and a bus interface, wherein:
in this embodiment, the core network device or the network management device 1300 further includes: a computer program stored in the memory 1303 and capable of running on the processor 1301, where the computer program, when executed by the processor 1301, can implement the method executed by each module shown in fig. 7, and achieve the same technical effect, and therefore, in order to avoid repetition, the description thereof is omitted here.
In fig. 13, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors represented by processor 1301 and various circuits of memory represented by memory 1303 linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further in this application. The bus interface provides an interface. The transceiver 1302 may be a plurality of elements including a transmitter and a receiver that provide a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. For different user devices, the user interface 1304 may also be an interface capable of interfacing externally to a desired device, including but not limited to a keypad, display, speaker, microphone, joystick, etc.
The processor 1301 is responsible for managing a bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 1303 may store data used by the processor 1301 in performing operations.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements each process of the foregoing QoE measurement reconfiguration method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
Wherein, the processor is the processor in the terminal, the access network device, the core network device or the network management device in the above embodiments. The readable storage medium includes a computer-readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and so on.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and the processor is configured to run a program or an instruction to implement each process of the QoE measurement reconfiguration method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.

1. A QoE measurement reconfiguration method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that when the terminal receives first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, a reconfiguration operation is executed based on the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, and the reconfiguration operation comprises at least one of the following steps:
releasing the target QoE measurement configuration;
suspending reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration;
wherein the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is sent by the access network device when a first preset condition is met.
2. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 1, wherein the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is determined by the access network device according to QoE measurement configuration information sent by a core network device or a network management device, and the performing of the reconfiguration operation based on the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information comprises:
the terminal executes the reconfiguration operation according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the current QoE measurement starting state of the terminal;
wherein the QoE measurement starting status is used to indicate whether the terminal has started QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
3. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 2, wherein the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information comprises a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following indication information:
measuring release indication information;
measuring and reporting pause indication information;
the measurement release indication information is used for indicating the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration, and the measurement report suspension indication information is used for indicating the terminal to suspend reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
4. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 3, wherein the performing, by the terminal, the reconfiguration operation according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the current QoE measurement starting status of the terminal includes:
the terminal determines the target QoE measurement configuration according to the unique number, and determines the current QoE measurement starting state corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the value of the measurement release indication information is true, or the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the value of the measurement release indication information is true, and the value of the measurement reporting suspension indication information is false, the terminal directly releases the target QoE measurement configuration;
and when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement reporting suspension indication information and the value of the measurement reporting suspension indication information is true, or the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the value of the measurement release indication information is false, and the value of the measurement reporting suspension indication information is true, if the current QoE measurement starting state is a started state, the terminal suspends reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, otherwise, the terminal saves the target QoE measurement configuration.
5. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 3, wherein the performing, by the terminal, the reconfiguration operation according to the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information and the current QoE measurement starting status of the terminal includes:
the terminal determines the target QoE measurement configuration according to the unique number, and the terminal determines the current QoE measurement starting state corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
when the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information includes the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the values of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information are both true, if the current QoE measurement starting state is a started state, the terminal suspends reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration, otherwise, the terminal releases the target QoE measurement configuration;
and under the condition that the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information comprises the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information, and the values of the measurement release indication information and the measurement reporting suspension indication information are both false, the terminal saves the target QoE measurement configuration and does not send the target QoE measurement configuration to an application layer of the terminal.
6. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 1, wherein said method further comprises:
and the terminal reports a measurement starting state report to the access network equipment, wherein the measurement starting state report is used for indicating whether the terminal currently starts QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.

The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 6, wherein the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is determined by the access network device according to QoE measurement configuration information sent by a core network device or a network management device, in combination with the measurement start status report.
8. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to any one of claims 2 to 5 and 7, wherein the QoE measurement configuration information comprises a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following information:
measuring release configuration information;
measuring and reporting pause configuration information;
wherein the measurement release configuration information is configured to indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be released when the first preset condition is met, and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is configured to indicate whether a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be suspended for reporting when the first preset condition is met.
9. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 1, wherein after said terminal performs said reconfiguration operation, said method further comprises:
the terminal reports a reconfiguration completion message to the access network equipment according to the reconfiguration operation, wherein the reconfiguration completion message is used for indicating at least one of the following states:
the target QoE measurement configuration has been released;
the QoE measurements are to be cached.
10. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and 9, wherein said method further comprises:
the terminal receives second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, wherein the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is sent by the access network equipment under the condition that a second preset condition is met;
and restarting the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or reporting the QoE measurement result by the terminal based on the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information.

The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 10, wherein said first preset condition comprises: an air interface of the access network equipment is overloaded; the second preset condition comprises: and the overload of the air interface of the access network equipment is relieved.
12. The QoE measurement re-provisioning method of claim 10, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the terminal does not receive the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information within a set time length, or the terminal enters at least one of an RRC _ IDLE state and an RRC _ INACTIVE state, releasing the target QoE measurement configuration or suspending reporting of the QoE measurement result by the terminal.
13. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 8, wherein the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information are integrated into one configuration message, or wherein the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information are two separate configuration messages.
14. A QoE measurement reconfiguration device, comprising:
a first processing module, configured to, in a case that first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is received, perform a reconfiguration operation based on the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information, where the reconfiguration operation includes at least one of:
releasing the target QoE measurement configuration;
suspending reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration;
wherein the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is sent by the access network device under the condition that a first preset condition is met.
15. A QoE measurement reconfiguration method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the access network equipment sends first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to a terminal under the condition that first preset conditions are met, wherein the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used for indicating the terminal to execute reconfiguration operation, and the reconfiguration operation comprises at least one of the following operations:
releasing the target QoE measurement configuration;
and pausing the reporting of the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
16. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 15, wherein before said sending the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal, the method further comprises:
the access network equipment receives QoE measurement configuration information sent by core network equipment or network management equipment, wherein the QoE measurement configuration information comprises a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following information:
measuring release configuration information;
measuring and reporting pause configuration information;
the access network equipment determines the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the QoE measurement configuration information;
wherein the measurement release configuration information is used to indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be released or not when the first preset condition is met, and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is used to indicate whether a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be suspended for reporting or not when the first preset condition is met.

The QoE measurement re-provisioning method of claim 16, wherein the method further comprises: the access network equipment determines the starting state of the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal according to the measurement starting state report reported by the terminal;

wherein the measurement start status report is used to indicate whether the terminal has started QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration currently.

The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 17, wherein the determining, by the access network device, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the QoE measurement configuration information and in combination with the QoE measurement starting status includes:
the access network equipment determines a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indicating information according to the unique number, and determines the starting state of the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
when the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement release configuration information and a value of the measurement release configuration information is true, or the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information, and a value of the measurement release configuration information is true, and a value of the measurement report suspension configuration information is false, the access network device configures the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration;
and when the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement reporting suspension configuration information and the value of the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is true, or the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information, and the value of the measurement release configuration information is false, and the value of the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is true, the access network device configures the terminal to suspend reporting the QoE measurement result.
19. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 17, wherein the determining, by the access network device, the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information according to the QoE measurement configuration information and with reference to the QoE measurement starting status comprises:
the access network equipment determines a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indicating information according to the unique number, and determines the starting state of the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal;
when the QoE measurement configuration information includes the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information, and values of the measurement release configuration information and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information are both true, if the start state of the QoE measurement is a started state, the access network device configures the terminal to suspend reporting of the QoE measurement result, otherwise, configures the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration;
and if the QoE measurement configuration information comprises the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information, and the values of the measurement release configuration information and the measurement report suspension configuration information are both false, if the starting state of the QoE measurement is a started state, the access network equipment configures the terminal to delete the terminal after acquiring a measurement report, stores the target QoE measurement configuration and does not send the target QoE measurement configuration to an application layer of the terminal, and otherwise, the access network equipment configures the terminal to store the target QoE measurement configuration and does not send the target QoE measurement configuration to the application layer of the terminal.
20. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to any one of claims 15 to 19, wherein the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information comprises a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following indication information:
measuring release indication information;
measuring and reporting pause indication information;
the measurement release indication information is used for indicating the terminal to release the target QoE measurement configuration, and the measurement reporting suspension indication information is used for indicating the terminal to suspend reporting of a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
21. The QoE measurement reassortment method of any of claims 16-19, wherein the method further comprises:
the access network equipment receives a reconfiguration complete message reported by the terminal, the reconfiguration complete message is reported by the terminal according to the reconfiguration operation, and the reconfiguration complete message is used for indicating at least one of the following states:
the target QoE measurement configuration has been released;
the QoE measurement result is cached;
and the access network equipment records the released state or the suspended measurement/reporting state of the target QoE measurement configuration according to the reconfiguration completion message.
22. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 21, wherein said method further comprises:
and the access network equipment reports a measurement failure message to the core network equipment or the network management equipment, wherein the measurement failure message is used for indicating the QoE measurement failure corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
23. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 22, wherein the measurement failure message is further used for indicating a type of measurement failure.
24. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 22 or 23, wherein the QoE measurement configuration information is further used to instruct the access network device to report the measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device.
25. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 22 or 23, wherein said method further comprises:
the access network equipment sends second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal under the condition that second preset conditions are met;
and the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used for indicating the terminal to restart the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or report the QoE measurement result.
26. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 25, wherein said method further comprises:
and the access network equipment receives first indication information sent by the core network equipment or the network management equipment, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the access network equipment to send second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to the terminal under the condition that the access network equipment meets the second preset condition.

if the access network equipment receives the measurement starting state report, the access network equipment determines that the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal is started, otherwise, the access network equipment determines that the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration in the terminal is not started.

The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 25, wherein said first preset condition comprises: the air interface of the access network equipment is overloaded; the second preset condition includes: and the overload of the air interface of the access network equipment is relieved.

32. A QoE measurement reconfiguration device, comprising:
a first sending module, configured to send, to a terminal, first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information when a first preset condition is met, where the first QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used to indicate the terminal to perform a reconfiguration operation, where the reconfiguration operation includes at least one of:
releasing the target QoE measurement configuration;
and pausing the reporting of the QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.
33. A QoE measurement reconfiguration method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that core network equipment or network management equipment sends QoE measurement configuration information to access network equipment, wherein the QoE measurement configuration information comprises a unique number corresponding to target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following information:
measuring release configuration information;
measuring and reporting pause configuration information;
the measurement release configuration information is used to indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be released or not when a first preset condition is met, and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is used to indicate whether a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be suspended for reporting or not when the first preset condition is met.

and the core network equipment or the network management equipment receives a measurement failure message reported by the access network equipment, wherein the measurement failure message is used for indicating the QoE measurement failure corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration.

36. The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 34 or 35, wherein the QoE measurement configuration information is further configured to instruct the access network device to report the measurement failure message to the core network device or the network management device.
37. The QoE measurement reassortment method of claim 34 or 35, wherein the method further comprises:
the core network device or the network management device sends first indication information to the access network device, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating that the access network device sends second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information to a terminal under the condition that the access network device meets a second preset condition;
and the second QoE measurement reconfiguration indication information is used for indicating the terminal to restart the QoE measurement corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration or report the QoE measurement result.

The QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to claim 37, wherein the first predetermined condition comprises: an air interface of the access network equipment is overloaded; the second preset condition comprises: and relieving the overload of the air interface of the access network equipment.

a second sending module, configured to send QoE measurement configuration information to the access network device, where the QoE measurement configuration information includes a unique number corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration and at least one of the following information:
measuring release configuration information;
measuring and reporting pause configuration information;
the measurement release configuration information is used to indicate whether the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be released or not when a first preset condition is met, and the measurement reporting suspension configuration information is used to indicate whether a QoE measurement result corresponding to the target QoE measurement configuration is allowed to be suspended for reporting or not when the first preset condition is met.
41. A terminal comprising a processor, a memory and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which program or instructions, when executed by the processor, carry out the steps of a QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to any one of claims 1 to 13.

A core network device comprising a processor, a memory and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program or instructions when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to any one of claims 33 to 39.

A network management device comprising a processor, a memory and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which program or instructions, when executed by the processor, carry out the steps of the QoE measurement reconfiguration method according to any one of claims 33 to 39.
