performing cluster analysis weighting scoring according to the effective network speed data in the time period, and obtaining network speed scoring data in the time period through a preset network speed scoring rule;
and screening out the low network speed data according to the network speed evaluation data in the time period to obtain the terminal equipment corresponding to the low network speed data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining network speed tachometer data comprises;
acquiring data of a network speed measuring device, wherein the data of the network speed measuring device comprises equipment label data of the network speed measuring device and network speed data of the network speed measuring device;
and sequencing the data of the network speed measuring device according to time periods, and constructing a historical database of the network speed measuring device according to the equipment label data of the network speed measuring device.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of grouping the data of the network speed measuring device into groups according to time periods to generate time period speed measuring data comprises:
dividing the time interval data into effective time intervals and ineffective time intervals according to a preset time interval classification rule;
and classifying the speed measurement data transmitted by the network speed measurement device acquired in the effective time period according to time period groups to obtain effective time period speed measurement grouped data.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the characterizing the time interval velocity data to obtain the effective network velocity data comprises:
carrying out feature marking on newly added data in a time period, and carrying out data comparison on the newly added data in the time period and historical data in the time period;
if the difference value between the newly added data in the time period and the historical data in the time period is smaller, the data is effective network speed data;
and clustering and summarizing the effective network speed data to obtain the effective network speed data.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the screening of the low network speed data according to the network speed rating data in the time period to obtain the terminal device corresponding to the low network speed data comprises:
substituting the network speed evaluation data in the time period into a preset evaluation screening rule to screen out low network speed data;
sequencing the screened low network speed data, tracing the source of the data with the lowest network speed, and matching the label data of the corresponding network speed measuring device to obtain the terminal device corresponding to the low network speed data;
and detecting the network speed of the terminal equipment corresponding to the low network speed data again, and if the network speed is lower, judging the terminal equipment to be fault equipment.
6. An apparatus for fast detecting network signals, comprising:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring data of the network speed measuring device;
the first classification unit is used for classifying the data of the network speed measuring device in groups according to time periods to generate time period speed measuring data;
the characteristic marking unit is used for carrying out characteristic marking on the time interval speed measurement data to obtain effective network speed data;
the cluster analysis unit is used for carrying out cluster analysis weighting scoring according to the effective network speed data in the time period and obtaining network speed scoring data in the time period through a preset network speed scoring rule;
and the first screening unit screens out the low network speed data according to the time interval network speed evaluation data to obtain the terminal equipment corresponding to the low network speed data.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first obtaining unit comprises:
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring data of the network speed measuring device, wherein the data of the network speed measuring device comprises equipment label data of the network speed measuring device and network speed data of the network speed measuring device;
and the sorting unit is used for sorting the data of the network speed measuring device according to time periods and constructing a historical database of the network speed measuring device according to the equipment label data of the network speed measuring device.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first classification unit comprises:
the second classification unit is used for classifying the time interval data into effective time intervals and ineffective time intervals according to a preset time interval classification rule;
and the time interval classification unit classifies the speed measurement data transmitted by the network speed measurement device acquired in the effective time interval in time interval groups to obtain the speed measurement grouped data in the effective time interval.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the feature labeling unit comprises:
the comparison unit is used for carrying out characteristic marking on the newly added data in the time period and carrying out data comparison on the newly added data in the time period and the historical data in the time period;
the judging unit is used for judging that the data difference value is smaller between the newly added data in the time interval and the historical data in the time interval, and the data is effective network speed data;
and the summarizing unit is used for clustering and summarizing the effective network speed data to obtain the effective network speed data.

the source tracing unit is used for tracing the lowest network speed data by sequencing the screened low network speed data and matching the label data of the corresponding network speed measuring device equipment to obtain the terminal equipment corresponding to the low network speed data;
and the fault judgment unit is used for detecting the network speed of the terminal equipment corresponding to the low network speed data again, and judging the terminal equipment as fault equipment if the network speed is lower.
