In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to provide a travel switch which is easy to install and operate, has a simple structure, and realizes cross scribing of a first thimble and a second thimble and high-precision determination of the center position of an installation hole by using the meshing time difference between a pressing rod and a rotating rod; utilize one to press the meshing of depression bar and four rotary rods, one is pressed the action and is drawn a line when having realized four mounting hole centers, easy operation facilitates the use, has improved work efficiency.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a travel switch facilitating mounting operation, comprising: the trigger type electronic component is arranged in the shell, and the shell is fixedly connected with the base;
the base is internally provided with a plurality of pressing rods and a plurality of rotating rods, the pressing rods are connected with the base in a sliding manner, the rotating rods are hinged with the base, the pressing rods and the rotating rods are respectively and fixedly connected with a first scriber and a second scriber, and the track intersection point of the first scriber and the second scriber and the circle center of the base mounting hole are concentrically arranged;
a second rack structure is arranged on the outer wall of the hinged end of the rotating rod, a first rack structure is arranged on the pressing rod corresponding to the second rack structure, and the first rack structure and the second rack structure can be meshed;
a spring is arranged between the pressing rod and the base.
According to the travel switch convenient to install and operate, the pressing rod is fixedly connected with the two first supporting arms, the two ends of each first supporting arm are fixedly connected with the first scriber, and the first scribers are arranged corresponding to the installation holes.
According to the travel switch convenient to mount and operate, the base is provided with the supporting block corresponding to the first supporting arm, and the supporting block can outwards support the first supporting arm.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a travel switch that facilitates an installation operation. When the pressing rod 21 moves, the first scriber 212 scribes a straight line passing through the center of the mounting hole 26 on the surface of the angle iron, when the rotating rod 22 rotates, the second scriber 222 scribes an arc passing through the center of the mounting hole 26, the intersection point of the straight line and the arc is the position of the center of the mounting hole 26, and then punching and drilling are performed at the position of the center of the circle, so that the drilling precision is improved, and the drilling difficulty is reduced. Need not additionally adopt the ruler to carry out alone and rule, improved work efficiency. The base 2 is generally provided with four mounting holes 26, and the back of the base 2 is provided with a track groove 25 corresponding to the movement of the first scriber 212 and the second scriber 222 for scribing on the surface of the angle iron.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, further, the outer wall of the hinged end of the rotating rod 22 is provided with a second rack structure 221; the pressing rod 21 is provided with a first rack structure 214 corresponding to the second rack structure 221, and the first rack structure 214 and the second rack structure 221 can be meshed. When the pressing lever 21 moves, the rotating lever 22 can be rotated. By moving the pressing rod 21, the first scribing needle 212 and the second scribing needle 222 can be synchronously scribed, so that the operation difficulty is reduced, and the scribing efficiency is improved.
Further, the pressing rod 21 is elastically connected to the base 2. The pressing rod 21 is provided with a protrusion 215, a spring is arranged between the protrusion 215 and the base 2, and the spring pushes out the pressing rod 21 in a normal state, so that one end of the pressing rod 21 protrudes out of the outer surface of the base 2. The spring can push out the pressing rod 21, and when single scribing is unclear, the pressing rod can be pressed for many times, so that the scribing can be carried out for many times, and the scribing effect is ensured.
Further, the pressing rod 21 is fixedly connected with two first supporting arms 211, and both ends of the first supporting arms 211 are fixedly connected with the first scriber 212. The two first support arms 211 are set corresponding to the positions of the mounting holes 26, and the first support arms 211 do not affect the penetration of the mounting holes 26 in a normal state. The mounting position of first support arm 211 is close to the lower part of base 2, and the mounting position of rotary rod 22 is close to the upper portion of base 2, and when rotary rod 22 rotated to mounting hole 26 position, the lower surface of rotary rod 22 still was higher than the upper surface of first support arm 211, promptly: the first support arm 211 does not interfere with the movable range of the rotating lever 22 in the vertical space.
Further, the base 2 is provided with a supporting block 23 corresponding to the first supporting arm 211, and the supporting block 23 can support the first supporting arm 211 outwards. The two sides of the first supporting arm 211 are suspended in the air, and slight elastic deformation can occur. When the first supporting arm 211 moves, the supporting block 23 supports the first supporting arm 211 outwards, so that the first scriber 212 can mark the surface of the angle iron, and the surface of the supporting block 23 is provided with an inclined surface structure, so that when the first scriber 212 passes through the mounting hole 26 area, the first scriber 212 expands outwards and protrudes out of the surface of the base 2, so that the first scriber 212 marks the surface of the angle iron. The supporting block 23 determines the ejection distance of the first scriber 212 according to actual needs, so that scratches can be left on the surface of the angle iron by the first scriber 212, the first thimble cannot be clamped by the angle iron due to the fact that the ejection distance is too large, meanwhile, the inclined surface structure on the surface of the supporting block 23 enables the first scriber 212 to be located inside the base 2 in a normal state, and the situation that when the base 2 is installed, the first scriber 212 protrudes out of the surface of the base 2 to cause unstable fixation of the base 2 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 8, further, the rotating rod 22 is screwed to the base 2. The base 2 is provided with a screw shaft 27, the rotating rod 22 is in threaded connection with the screw shaft 27, and the thread pitch of the thread on the surface of the screw shaft 27 is determined according to actual requirements. When the rotating lever 22 is rotated, the rotating lever 22 is rotated up or down along the screw shaft 27. After the rotating rod 22 rotates and descends for a certain distance, the second scriber 222 on the rotating rod 22 protrudes out of the surface of the base 2, so that marks can be marked on the surface of the angle iron when the second scriber 222 passes through the area of the mounting hole 26. The rotary rod 22 is similar to a cantilever beam structure, and when the rotary rod 22 is subjected to the reaction force of the angle iron, slight elastic deformation can occur, so that the second scriber 222 can mark marks on the surface of the angle iron and cannot be clamped on the angle iron within a reasonable range.
Furthermore, the number of the pressing rods 21 is one, the pressing rods 21 are located in the middle of the base 2, the number of the rotating rods 22 is four, and 4 rotating rods 22 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the pressing rods 21. The straight line marking of the four mounting holes 26 is realized by one pressing rod 21, the operation difficulty of the straight line marking is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. The rotating rods 22 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the pressing rod 21, and the torsion springs 271 are arranged between the rotating rods 22 and the base 2, so that the rotating rods 22 are abutted to the inner wall of the base 2 in a normal state, the rotating rods 22 are located on the outer side of the area of the mounting hole 26 in the normal state, and interference of the rotating rods 22 to the use of the mounting hole 26 is avoided.
Further, the pressing rod 21 is provided with an avoiding space 213 corresponding to the rotating rod 22, the avoiding space 213 is disposed adjacent to the first rack structure 214, when the first scriber 212 does not cross the center of the mounting hole 26, the avoiding space 213 is engaged with the second rack structure 221, and when the first scriber 212 crosses the center of the mounting hole 26, the first rack structure 214 is engaged with the second rack structure 221. The pressing rod 21 moves, the first supporting arm 211 drives the first scriber 212 to perform linear scribing in the region of the mounting hole 26, when the first scriber 212 passes through the center of the mounting hole 26, the first rack structure 214 is meshed with the second rack structure 221, the pressing rod 21 continues to move, the first rack structure 214 drives the rotating rod 22 to rotate, the second scriber 222 at the tail end of the rotating rod 22 rotates and passes through the center of the mounting hole 26, and intersection of a straight line and an arc line is achieved. Then, the pressing rod 21 is released, the first rack structure 214 drives the rotating rod 22 to rotate reversely, the rotating rod 22 gradually returns, and when the first rack structure 214 is separated from the second rack structure 221, the rotating rod 22 continues to rotate under the torsion of the torsion spring 271 until the rotating rod 22 returns; after the first rack structure 214 is separated from the second rack structure 221, the pressing rod 21 moves backward under the elastic force of the spring, and the first supporting arm 211 moves backward until it is restored.
Further, the pressing rod 21 may protrude from an outer wall of the base 2. The movement of the pressing rod 21 can be realized by manual pressing without using other pressing tools, and the device is simple to operate and convenient to use.
Referring to fig. 2, further, a magnetic substance 24 is disposed at the bottom of the base 2, and the magnetic substance 24 may be a magnet. Magnet inlays in base 2, before the marking off, adsorbs base 2 on the angle bar earlier to debug the mounted position, after confirming the mounted position, base 2 is fixed to a hand, and the other hand is to pressing the application of force of depression bar 21, makes the straight line of every mounting hole 26 department and pitch arc mark simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 2 to 8, when the travel switch convenient for installation and operation is installed, the base 2 is firstly adsorbed on the corresponding angle iron, after the installation position is adjusted, one hand fixes the base 2, the other hand applies force to the pressing rod 21, the pressing rod 21 moves towards the inside of the base 2, the first supporting arm 211 drives the first scriber 212 to move, when the first scriber 212 passes through the installation hole 26 region, the supporting block 23 pushes the first scriber 212 outwards, so that the first scriber 212 leaves scratches on the surface of the angle iron, the pressing rod 21 continues to move, the first rack structure 214 drives the second rack structure 221 to rotate, the second scriber 222 at the tail end of the rotating rod 22 rotates and moves downwards, and an arc line is scribed in the installation hole 26 region, at this time, the first supporting arm 211 passes through the center position of the installation hole 26 and continues to move forwards, and does not interfere with the movement of the second scriber 222; the intersection point of the drawn arc line and the drawn straight line is the circle center position of the mounting hole 26, and the diameter of the scribing needle is smaller than that of other scribing tools such as a marking pen and the like, so that the scribing precision is higher, and the drilling center position is more accurate. Then, the pressing lever 21 is released, and the pressing lever 21 and the rotating lever 22 are moved in the reverse direction and reset.
