Abstract

Fig. 1 is a diagram of an architecture of a conventional inquiry and form-filling system, as shown in fig. 1, when a payment request initiated by a payment system is sent to a bank system through an online gateway and does not receive a result notification from the bank system, or an online result is not clear, a payment transaction flow is disconnected, order circulation of a background system and corresponding financial processing are interrupted, a service is interrupted, a user cannot obtain a payment result in real time, and even more, the user has the bank funds deducted, but the platform does not deliver goods to the user, which results in a complaint from the user.

Currently, there is no independent query order replenishment system, and the current payment order is queried for a limited number of orders through an asynchronous order replenishment query function.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an existing asynchronous form-filling query process, as shown in fig. 2, currently, a polling form-filling system circularly supplies 4 times at most, a time interval of each polling is fixed, and when a merchant cannot receive an account notification after a delay due to the fact that frequency exceeds multiple times (4 times as shown in the figure), problems that a transaction result cannot be obtained in time, a processing result time is too long, and the like occur, so that user experience is poor, and a payment order is lost in the current polling form-filling.

The existing scheme has no independent order supplementing system, can only carry out order interval query for limited times through an asynchronously-called order supplementing query function, and is easy to lose orders under the condition that the final order state is not obtained after the processing times are finished within limited time.

The method and the system modify the system design, establish a polling form supplementing platform and combine a retransmission mechanism to supplement the form, complete the form supplementing of the order under the condition that the user and the merchant do not sense, and can obtain the payment result as soon as possible if the inquiry is initiated before the bank notification, thereby shortening the payment time and further improving the user experience.

Through the combination of the order losing query and the order supplementing processing with a retransmission mechanism, the order losing rate of orders is reduced, and the user payment experience is greatly improved.
