The existing scheme has no independent order supplementing system, can only carry out order interval query for limited times through an asynchronously-called order supplementing query function, and is easy to lose orders under the condition that the final order state is not obtained after the processing times are finished within limited time.
The method and the system modify the system design, establish a polling form supplementing platform and combine a retransmission mechanism to supplement the form, complete the form supplementing of the order under the condition that the user and the merchant do not sense, and can obtain the payment result as soon as possible if the inquiry is initiated before the bank notification, thereby shortening the payment time and further improving the user experience.
