1. monitoring the asset state through an Internet of things sensor to obtain asset state monitoring information, and updating the enterprise asset database based on the asset state monitoring information;
according to the enterprise asset database, asset health state assessment is carried out on the asset coding information to obtain asset health assessment information;
judging whether the asset health assessment information reaches a preset threshold value or not;
when the asset code information and the asset health assessment information are reached, generating early warning information based on the asset code information and the asset health assessment information;
when the business property information and the property health assessment information do not reach the business property information and the property health assessment information, carrying out property operation and maintenance state analysis, determining property operation and maintenance information and generating an operation and maintenance management work order;
wherein, according to the enterprise asset database, the asset health status assessment is carried out on each asset coding information to obtain each asset health assessment information, and the method comprises the following steps:
classifying the enterprise assets according to the enterprise asset database, and generating classification labels to mark the enterprise assets;
according to the classification labels, extracting the asset data of enterprises of the same type and training a type asset health assessment model;

2. The method of claim 1, wherein said extracting peer asset data, training a type asset health assessment model, comprises:
according to the asset data of the enterprises of the same category, asset state monitoring information and asset health information are extracted;
fitting a regression function based on the asset state monitoring information, the asset health information and the corresponding relation between the asset state monitoring information and the asset health information, and constructing an asset health assessment model;
constructing training data according to the same-class enterprise asset data in the enterprise asset database;
and training the asset health assessment model by using the training data, optimizing parameters and determining the type of asset health assessment model.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating early warning information based on the asset code information, asset health assessment information, thereafter comprises:
according to the asset coding information, acquiring asset production batch numbers and asset use time information;
extracting the health index of the similar assets according to the asset production batch number and the asset use time information;
when the similar asset health index meets the asset replacement requirement, acquiring enterprise asset use information according to the asset coding information;
according to the enterprise asset use information, determining asset consumption attribute information and asset use requirements;
and acquiring matched purchasing asset information according to the asset consumption attribute information and the asset use requirement, and generating a purchasing request based on the matched purchasing asset information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein when the homogeneous asset health index fails an asset replacement requirement, the method comprises:
positioning assets according to the asset coding information to obtain asset enterprise positioning information, wherein the asset enterprise positioning information is a working department of enterprise assets in an enterprise;
performing function analysis on a use department according to the asset enterprise positioning information to determine the influence degree of the asset function, wherein the influence degree of the asset function is the use frequency of the enterprise assets in the use department;
determining an operation and maintenance management time limit according to the influence degree of the asset function;
and generating an operation and maintenance management work order according to the asset health assessment information and the operation and maintenance management time limit.

determining an operation and maintenance management mode according to the asset amount information and the asset health assessment information;
traversing and matching are carried out according to the operation and maintenance management mode and the asset operation and maintenance management information, and the asset operation and maintenance information is determined;
and determining operation and maintenance management personnel according to the asset operation and maintenance information, generating the operation and maintenance management work order and sending the operation and maintenance management work order to the operation and maintenance management personnel.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
performing multi-dimensional information analysis on each asset according to asset number information in the enterprise asset database, asset model, asset enterprise positioning information, asset department function, asset business process period and asset connection relation;
establishing an enterprise asset connection network based on the asset business process period and the asset connection relation, and dividing enterprise function partitions based on the asset enterprise positioning information and the asset department functions;
based on the enterprise asset connection network, determining functional health influence information of each asset structure in the functional partition according to the enterprise functional partition;
and judging whether the function health influence information meets the operation and maintenance management requirements or not, and if so, generating reminding information.
