According to one embodiment of the invention, task information is decomposed, a first task list is generated according to the decomposed task information in the scope of the authority of a business department in a matching mode, the intersection of the first task list and the decomposed tasks is determined according to comparison of the first task list and the decomposed tasks, total resource occupation information is obtained according to elements in the intersection, whether the decomposed tasks can be completed or not is determined according to the total resource occupation information and the working time arrangement information of the business department, the intersection of the completed tasks and the pre-audit tasks is taken as a pre-audit task, and the newly generated tasks in the difference set are added into the difference set task. And a right dictionary can be arranged at the server side, and whether the business department has the right or not and whether enough manpower and material resources are available to complete the task in the document or not can be judged according to the generated second task document.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the converter converts the task types in the difference set task and the pre-review task into the task type at the server end, and converts the geographic information into the address information in the first form.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the task information is decomposed, a fourth task list is generated according to the decomposed task information in the scope of the authority of the business department in a matching mode, and the union of the fourth task list and the decomposed task is determined according to the comparison of the fourth task list and the decomposed task. Since the task has already been confirmed by the server side at this time, e.g. based on policy or business negotiation, no further confirmation is needed, but the actual document is generated based on the returned information.

In the process, the document rendering close to the business end is realized by selecting the template corresponding to the document.
Based on the above, the invention has the advantages that the local converter and the server are arranged to convert the document service data, so that the sharing and the transmission of information in different systems can be realized, and the influence on the existing system is minimized; even if the department responsibility is changed, the distribution of the document can be realized by changing the configuration file;
by comparing the tasks before and after conversion, the content of the tasks before and after conversion is ensured not to deviate, so that the accuracy of the task information is ensured; by auditing the resource information, the invalid task document is prevented from being acquired under the condition of lacking resources, so that the document generation process is well documented, and the invalid task issuing and field are avoided; by carrying out secondary audit on the local field value, the task document is prevented from being generated under the condition of no permission, the study on business knowledge is saved for the document publisher, and the burden is reduced.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the modules and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described apparatuses and devices may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed coupling or direct coupling or communication connection between each other may be through some interfaces, indirect coupling or communication connection between devices or modules, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (13)

1. A dynamic generation method for a digital city management non-fixed document comprises the following steps:
acquiring a first task document from a server, acquiring a field contained in the first task document, and determining whether a converter corresponding to the field exists locally;
acquiring a converter corresponding to a field in the first task bill, and converting the field and a field value in the first task bill into a local field and a local field value;
the converted local field and the local field value are checked for the first time, whether the converted result meets the content requirement of the first task document or not is judged, a first checking result is generated, and the first checking result ensures that the content of the task does not deviate before and after conversion through task comparison before and after conversion;
performing resource auditing on the resource occupation information to generate a second auditing result;
performing secondary audit on the converted local field and the local field value to generate a third audit result, wherein the third audit result avoids generating a task document without permission by performing secondary audit on the local field value;
generating a second task sheet according to the first audit result, the second audit result and the third audit result, wherein the second task sheet comprises a pre-audit task and a difference task, and the second task sheet is converted into a third task sheet by using a converter;
and sending the third task document to a server, receiving a returned fourth task document, and generating a business document based on the template.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first task sheet and the third task sheet include task information, task type, task deadline information, address information and department information.

The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the converter is configured to convert a task type in the first task sheet or the third task sheet into a local task type, convert address information in the first task sheet or the third task sheet into geographic information, and determine information of an actual business department according to the task type or business department information in the first task sheet or the third task sheet.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the name of the business department is determined according to the business department information of the first task document or the third task document, and the actual business department is determined according to the membership or change record of the business department.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the actual business department is determined by combining the business department information in the first task document or the third task document according to the task type or the task information.

The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the dynamic generation method of non-fixed document for digital city management is characterized in that task information is decomposed, a first task list is generated according to the decomposed task information in the scope of the authority of a business department in a matching manner, the difference set and the intersection set of the first task list and the decomposed task are determined according to the comparison between the first task list and the decomposed task, elements in the intersection set are added to a pre-audit task, and tasks in the difference set are added to a difference set task.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the dynamic generation method of the non-fixed document for digital city management is characterized in that task information is decomposed, the first task list is generated according to the decomposed task information in the scope of the authority of a business department in a matching manner, the intersection of the first task list and the decomposed task is determined according to the comparison of the first task list and the decomposed task, the total resource occupation information is obtained according to elements in the intersection, whether the decomposed task can be completed or not is determined according to the total resource occupation information and the working time arrangement information of the business department, the intersection of the completed task and the pre-review and check task is taken as a pre-review and check task, and the newly generated task in the difference set is added to the difference set task.

The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the dynamic generation method of the non-fixed document for the digital city management is characterized in that task information is decomposed, the first task list is generated according to the decomposed task information in a matching manner within the scope of the authority of a business department, an intersection of the first task list and the decomposed task is determined according to comparison between the first task list and the decomposed task, whether department authority in elements in the intersection is established or not is judged, the task with the right and a pre-audit task take the intersection as a pre-audit task, and a newly generated task in an difference set is added to the difference set task.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the converter converts the task types of the difference task and the pre-audit task into the task type of the server, and converts the geographic information into the address information in the first task document.

The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the task information is decomposed, a second task list is generated according to the decomposed task information within the scope of authority of the business department, and a union of the second task list and the decomposed task list is determined according to the comparison between the second task list and the decomposed task.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein a business department is selected based on business documents, and a task in the fourth task document is created for the business department.
12. The method as claimed in claim 11, wherein a rendering template is selected according to the task in the fourth task document, and the content in the fourth task document is rendered.
13. A digital city management non-fixed document dynamic generation system is characterized by comprising:
a converter acquisition module: acquiring a first task document from a server, acquiring a field contained in the first task document, and determining whether a converter corresponding to the field exists locally;
the first task document conversion module: acquiring a converter corresponding to the field in the first task bill, and converting the field and the field value in the first task bill into a local field and a local field value;
