The positioning ring 11 can be disposed at any position of the front end or the rear end of the washing drum, and since the space of the rear end of the washing drum is large and the center of gravity of the washing drum tends to be relatively backward, the positioning ring 11 is disposed at the rear end of the washing drum in the embodiment as an example. As shown in fig. 4, 5, the positioning ring 11 is mounted on the bottom end face 13 of the washing drum 12. So that the positioning ring 11 takes up only a small space outside the bottom end face 13 of the washing tub. And the radial outer edge of the positioning ring 11 is arranged inside the radial outer edge of the bottom end surface 13, so that the positioning ring 11 does not occupy the space outside the side wall of the washing drum, and the space on the side part of the washing drum can be saved. The positioning ring 11 and the washing barrel are coaxially arranged, and the opening 6 of the limiting groove faces downwards; the arrangement is such that when the washing drum rotates, the positioning rod 12 at the bottom of the bottom end surface of the washing drum can be embedded into the limiting groove 5 and can slide along the limiting groove 5. The first shell 16 and the second shell 17 are buckled to form a circular shell with a hollow space inside; the outer end face of the first shell 16 or the second shell 17 perpendicular to the axial direction of the positioning ring 32 is provided with a positioning groove 18 recessed toward the inside of the positioning ring 32, and the positioning groove 18 is embedded in the hollow space. The positioning ring 32 of this embodiment is formed by a two-part housing that is assembled together such that the positioning slot 18 is located within the hollow interior of the positioning ring 32. When the positioning ring 32 is installed, the internal structure of the washing machine does not need to be changed due to the avoidance of the positioning groove 18, and only the shell structure of the positioning ring 32 needs to be directly fixed.
The first housing 16 and the second housing 17 can be fastened in various ways, so that the first housing 16 and the second housing 17 can have various structures, and this embodiment is described by taking the first housing 16 and the second housing 17 as "n" shaped grooves as an example. Specifically, the positioning groove 18 is disposed on the first housing 16, so that the positioning rod 12 is correspondingly inserted into the positioning groove 18 from the upper end of the positioning ring 32 to be positioned. The first housing 16 and the second housing 17 are mainly engaged with each other by engaging holes 26 and engaging projections 27. Two side walls of the first shell 16 perpendicular to the top plate 21 are respectively provided with a clamping hole 26, and the clamping hole 26 penetrates through the side wall where the clamping hole is located; two side walls of the second housing 17 perpendicular to the bottom plate 24 are respectively and correspondingly provided with a locking protrusion 27, and the locking protrusions 27 protrude from the side walls to the outside of the second housing 17. When the openings of the first housing 16 and the second housing 17 are opposite and the second housing 17 is buckled inside the first housing 16, the locking protrusion 27 can be correspondingly inserted into the locking hole 26. That is, the engagement of the first housing 16 and the second housing 17 is achieved by the engagement of the engagement projection 27 and the engagement hole 26. The first housing 16 and the second housing 17 can also be fastened according to other forms, for example, two side walls of the first housing 16 are opposite to two side walls of the second housing 17, and fastening structures capable of being fastened are correspondingly disposed at opposite positions of the two side walls. The first housing 16 and the second housing 17 of this embodiment can be engaged with each other in the manner shown in fig. 11 and 12, so that the engaging operation is simple, the second housing 17 only needs to be inserted into the first housing 16, and the position of the engaging protrusion 27 is opposite to the position of the engaging hole 26, so that the engaging operation between the first housing 16 and the second housing 17 is automatically achieved by engaging the engaging protrusion 27 with the engaging hole 26.
The specific structure of the positioning slot 18 on the first casing 16, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the positioning slot 18 is a groove-shaped structure with an opening at one end and a closed end. A detent opening 20 is provided on an outer end face of the first housing 16 parallel to a radial direction, top plate 21 where no opening is provided, and the detent 18 extends in the axial direction toward the open end of the first housing 16. The detent opening 20 is provided on the outer end face of the top plate 21 so that the detent lever 12 can extend from a position above the detent ring 32 into the detent 18. The positioning groove 18 may be provided as a groove body having openings at both ends, if necessary.
The outer end face of the first shell 16 or the second shell 17 perpendicular to the axial direction of the positioning ring 32 is provided with a screw fixing groove 19, the position where the screw fixing groove 19 is connected with the outer end face is provided with an opening, and the screw fixing groove 19 is embedded in the hollow space of the positioning ring 32 and is arranged in a staggered mode with the positioning groove 18. The fixation of the positioning ring 32 is realized by passing screws in the screw fixation grooves 19. And because the screw fixing groove 19 is arranged in the hollow space, the screw 34 for fixing the positioning ring 32 is finally embedded in the hollow space, so that the screw 34 and the positioning rod 12 can be arranged in the hollow space in a staggered manner, and the effect of saving space can be achieved. The present embodiment will be described by taking an example in which the screw fixing groove 19 is provided in the second housing 17.
The specific structure of the screw fixing groove 19 on the second housing 17 is shown in fig. 9 and 10. The screw fixing groove 19 is a stepped groove, and a nut fixing groove 22 is formed at a position of the screw fixing groove 19 adjacent to the bottom plate 24. The nut fixing groove 22 is a groove structure having an opening at one end and a blocking surface at the opposite end of the opening, the nut fixing groove opening 23 is provided on the outer end surface of the bottom plate 24 parallel to the radial direction of the second housing 17 where the opening is not provided, and the nut fixing groove 22 is recessed from the nut fixing groove opening 23 in the axial direction toward the open end of the second housing 17. And a screw hole for a screw to penetrate is provided on the blocking surface of the nut fixing groove 22. The nut fixing groove 22 may be directly embedded in the bottom plate 24 of the second housing 17. This arrangement allows the nuts to be directly inserted into the nut fixing grooves 22 of the bottom plate 24 of the second housing 17 from the bottom of the second housing 17. Thus, after the threaded connecting piece extends into the screw fixing groove 19, the threaded connecting piece can be matched with the embedded nut, and the fixing effect is realized.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the screw fixing groove 19 further includes a screw groove 25, and one end of the screw groove 25 is fixed to the end surface of the nut fixing groove 22 where no opening is provided, that is, one end of the screw groove 25 is fixed to the blocking surface of the nut fixing groove 22 and extends from the blocking surface in the axial direction toward the opening end of the second housing 17; both ends of the screw groove 25 have openings, and the opening at one end of the screw groove 25 is provided on the blocking surface of the nut fixing groove 22 so as to face the screw hole. That is, the screw fixing groove 19 is provided with the nut fixing groove 22 and the screw groove 25 in sequence from the bottom, and after the screw extends into the screw fixing groove 19, the screw passes through the screw hole of the nut fixing groove 22 and finally extends into the screw groove 25, so that the fixing of the positioning ring 32 can be realized by the screw penetrating into the screw fixing groove 19. Due to the shape and structure of the screw and the nut, the nut fixing groove 22 and the screw groove 25 are designed to be cylindrical grooves; and since the diameter of the nut is generally larger than that of the screw, the diameter of the nut fixing groove 22 is larger than that of the screw groove 25, that is, the screw fixing groove 19 is configured as a stepped groove from bottom to top. The screw fixing groove 19 formed in the second housing 17 of this embodiment facilitates fixing screws, so that the fixing of the positioning ring 32 can be completed only by fixing screws at a position where the positioning ring 32 needs to be installed, making the screw fixing groove 19 of the positioning ring 32 opposite to the screws, and penetrating the screws into the screw fixing groove 19.
In order to ensure the strength of the first and second cases 16 and 17, the present embodiment further provides reinforcing ribs in the first and second cases 16 and 17. As shown in the drawing, the top plate 21 of the first housing 16 is provided on its inner end surface near the upper housing opening 28 with a first reinforcing rib 29 extending from the inner end surface toward the upper housing opening 28 end; a second reinforcing rib 31 is provided on an inner end surface of the bottom plate 24 of the second housing 17 near the lower housing opening 30, and the second reinforcing rib 31 extends from the inner end surface toward the lower housing opening 30. The first reinforcing rib 29 and the second reinforcing rib 31 include arc-shaped reinforcing ribs respectively arranged along the arc-shaped structures of the first shell 16 and the second shell 17, and the arc-shaped reinforcing ribs are coaxial with the arc-shaped first shell 16 and the arc-shaped second shell 17. The first reinforcing ribs 29 and the second reinforcing ribs 31 further include reinforcing ribs extending in the radial direction of the first shell 16 and the second shell 17, and the radially extending reinforcing ribs may perpendicularly intersect the circular arc-shaped reinforcing ribs.
The retaining ring 32 provided in this embodiment may be split into two parts: the positioning rod 12 extends into the positioning groove 18 to be positioned through the structure of the first shell 16, and the positioning ring 32 is fixed through screws through the structure of the second shell 17. And due to the arrangement of the screw fixing groove 19, the fixing of the positioning ring 32 can be realized by penetrating a screw into the screw fixing groove 19 after the screw is fixed.
Example 4
This embodiment provides a washing machine based on the above embodiment, wherein the positioning ring 32 as described in embodiment 3 is disposed in the washing machine, and the positioning ring 32 can be fixed on the washing drum by passing screws through the screw fixing grooves 19. The washing machine also includes a retractable positioning rod 12, as described in embodiment 2, and the positioning rod 12 is correspondingly inserted into the positioning slot 18 of the positioning ring 32.
The front end of the washing drum of the washing machine often needs to be provided with a front flange 33 of the washing drum, and as shown in fig. 12, a screw 34 protruding upwards can be fixed on the upper end surface of the front flange 33 of the washing drum, and the positioning ring 32 can be fixed by the screw 34. Specifically, when the nut is fixed in the nut fixing groove 22 of the screw fixing groove 19, so that the screw fixing groove 19 is opposite to the screw 34, and the positioning ring 32 is correspondingly placed on the front flange 33 of the washing drum, the screw 34 correspondingly penetrates into the screw fixing groove 19 of the positioning ring 32 and is in threaded fit with the nut, so as to fix the positioning ring 32 on the front flange 33 of the washing drum. The screws 34 can be welded in advance to the washing tub front flange 33. Namely, the washing machine provided by the embodiment can realize convenient and quick installation of the positioning ring 32 after the screw 34 is fixed in advance.
In the washing machine of this embodiment, a positioning ring 32 may be fixed to the bottom of the washing tub. The bottom of the washing drum has a bottom end surface 13 of the washing drum as described in embodiment 2, and the bottom end surface 13 of the washing drum is provided with a mounting groove 15, and a positioning ring 32 can be fixed by using the mounting groove 15. A screw may be fixed to the mounting groove 15, a nut may be fixed to the nut fixing groove 22 of the screw fixing groove 19, and the screw may be correspondingly inserted into the screw fixing groove 19 of the positioning ring 32 and threadedly engaged with the nut, thereby finally fixing the positioning ring 32 to the mounting groove 15.
The washing machine provided by the embodiment can realize the positioning function by arranging the positioning ring 32, and the positioning ring 32 can be installed at the front end of the washing drum or the rear end of the washing drum. The embodiment also provides a reasonable position arrangement scheme for fixing the positioning ring 32 at the front end and the rear end of the washing drum, and the positioning ring 32 can be installed quickly and conveniently by fixing the screw at the front end or the rear end of the washing drum.
