In order to better understand the preparation method of the waterproof roll material for photovoltaic roofing of the present application, the following further explains the preparation method of the waterproof roll material for photovoltaic roofing of the present application:
referring to fig. 6, a method for preparing a photovoltaic roofing waterproof roll according to an embodiment includes some or all of the following steps:
and S100, obtaining a fluorine carbon film, wherein the fluorine carbon film is provided with clearance holes. It can be understood, if make fluorine carbon film and butyl glue film adhere to the back each other, even make the butyl glue film shaping after on the fluorine carbon film, then because the thickness of fluorine carbon film and butyl glue film is all less, if fretwork forms clearance hole on the fluorine carbon film this moment, then the accuracy of asking the fretwork is higher, whether organize and cause to form the gap and influence waterproof nature on the waterproofing membrane for the photovoltaic roofing easily, consequently, in this application, make on the fluorine carbon film, form clearance hole before the shaping butyl glue film on the fluorine carbon film promptly, the processing degree of difficulty of waterproofing membrane for the photovoltaic roofing has been reduced effectively, and the preparation of waterproofing membrane for the photovoltaic roofing has been realized betterly.
And S200, performing corona treatment on the fluorocarbon film to form a porous rough surface on the fluorocarbon film. It can be understood that form porous mat surface on making the fluorine carbon film, and then make the butyl glue film fill the shaping in the hole of porous mat surface, realized the promotion of the adhesion strength of fluorine carbon film and butyl glue film effectively, and then better guaranteed photovoltaic roofing with waterproofing membrane's waterproof stability.
S300, performing butyl rubber extrusion operation on the corona-treated fluorocarbon film to enable the butyl rubber layer to be adhered to the porous rough surface of the fluorocarbon film layer, so as to obtain a semi-finished product of the waterproof coiled material, and better realize extrusion molding of the butyl rubber layer on the fluorocarbon film.
S400, anti-sticking operation is carried out on the semi-finished product of the waterproof coiled material, so that one side, away from the fluorocarbon film layer, of the butyl adhesive layer is adhered to the release film, the waterproof coiled material for the photovoltaic roof is obtained, namely one side, away from the fluorocarbon film layer, of the butyl adhesive layer is adhered to the release film layer, the anti-sticking performance of the butyl adhesive layer is better realized, and the waterproof effect of the waterproof coiled material for the photovoltaic roof is better ensured.

It should be noted that the butyl rubber layer still has soft adhesion and variability on the receiving substrate, and when the butyl rubber layer on the receiving substrate is transferred to the fluorocarbon film, because the porous rough surface is formed on the fluorocarbon film, the butyl rubber can be effectively filled in the pores of the porous rough surface under the action of gravity, thereby effectively ensuring the adhesion stability of the butyl rubber layer and the fluorocarbon film.
