Abstract
The invention provides a nano antibacterial plastic film which comprises nano potassium hydrogen persulfate, a plastic additive and polyethylene, wherein the nano potassium hydrogen persulfate accounts for 3-10 parts by weight, the plastic additive accounts for 1-6 parts by weight, and the polyethylene accounts for 85-96 parts by weight; the nano potassium hydrogen persulfate, the plastic additive and the polyethylene are mixed and extruded out of the film by the film making machine, and the nano antibacterial plastic film has the advantages of good antibacterial effect, wide application range, no toxicity and harmlessness and can be used as an antibacterial fresh-keeping material for food.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of plastic films, in particular to a nano antibacterial plastic film.
Background
The plastic film means a film made of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, or other resins. With the development of the petrochemical industry in China, the varieties of plastic films are more and more, and the output scale is continuously enlarged. At present, the yield of plastic films in China reaches 1600 million tons, and the plastic films are particularly put in an important position on the aspects of prolonging the preservation period and the preservation effect of non-staple food and safe eating on agricultural packages of vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry and fish.
The inventor of the invention finds that the antibacterial preservative film on the market at present has high manufacturing cost and unstable antibacterial effect and quality guarantee period, and some preservative films can generate secondary pollution and influence the health of human bodies. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a nano-antibacterial plastic film to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a nano antibacterial plastic film, which is prepared by mixing nano potassium hydrogen persulfate, a plastic additive and polyethylene and extruding the film by a film making machine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.
The nano antibacterial plastic film comprises 3-10 parts of nano potassium hydrogen persulfate, 1-6 parts of plastic auxiliary agent and 85-96 parts of polyethylene.
Further, the nano potassium hydrogen persulfate accounts for 6 parts by weight, the plastic additive accounts for 2 parts by weight, and the polyethylene accounts for 92 parts by weight.

The nano antibacterial plastic film has the positive effects that:
the invention has low cost, good antibacterial effect, wide application range, no toxicity and harmlessness, and is an antibacterial fresh-keeping material for food.

The following provides a specific embodiment of the nano-antibacterial plastic film in the invention with reference to the attached drawings, but it should be noted that: the described embodiments are not intended to limit the practice of the invention. See fig. 1. The nano antibacterial plastic film comprises 3-10 parts of nano potassium hydrogen persulfate, 1-6 parts of plastic additive and 85-96 parts of polyethylene. In practice, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polystyrene and other resin materials can be used to make the film instead of polyethylene. The nano potassium hydrogen persulfate is nano potassium hydrogen persulfate.
The nano potassium hydrogen persulfate accounts for 6 parts by weight, the plastic additive accounts for 2 parts by weight, and the polyethylene accounts for 92 parts by weight.

The plastic additive adopts silicone. The preparation of the nano antibacterial plastic film needs to add a proper amount of silicone plastic additive into the mixed raw materials, the silicone is used as the plastic additive, the dispersion is uniform, the dosage is small, the strength and the unique wear-resistant and scratch-resistant performance of the nano antibacterial film can be improved, the fluidity of the raw material masterbatch is improved in the processing process, the masterbatch is rapidly dispersed in molten plastic fluid, and the application process is simple and convenient. Reduces the processing energy consumption, prolongs the service life of processing machinery and ensures that the nano antibacterial plastic film has good stability.
A preparation method of a nano antibacterial plastic film comprises the steps of stirring and mixing 3-10 parts of nano potassium hydrogen persulfate, 1-6 parts of plastic auxiliary and 85-96 parts of polyethylene to form mixture master batch; adding the mixture master batch into a film making machine; heating and melting the mixture master batch; and (4) extruding. The prepared nano antibacterial plastic film has the bacteriostasis rates of 98.9 percent and 99.5 percent on various harmful bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and the like
The nano potassium hydrogen persulfate adopts powder.
The polyethylene is in a granular form.
The stirring and mixing time of 3-10 parts of nano potassium hydrogen persulfate and 1-6 parts of plastic auxiliary agent with 85-96 parts of polyethylene is ten minutes.
Stirring and mixing 6 parts of nano potassium hydrogen persulfate, 2 parts of plastic auxiliary agent and 92 parts of polyethylene to obtain mixture master batch; adding the mixture master batch into a film making machine; heating and melting the mixture master batch; and (4) extruding.

The nano antibacterial plastic film prepared by the method has ideal antibacterial performance and good puncture resistance, and can be applied to fresh-keeping packaging of fruits, fish, vegetables and poultry meat products.
The invention relates to an antibacterial PE preservative film with excellent performance, which is prepared by taking a nano antibacterial plastic film as an inorganic antibacterial material. Low requirements on equipment and process, less used antibacterial materials, no influence on the mechanical property of the PE film, low cost, wide application, large market demand and the like.

1. The nano antibacterial plastic film is characterized by comprising 3-10 parts of nano potassium hydrogen persulfate, 1-6 parts of plastic additive and 85-96 parts of polyethylene.
2. The nano antibacterial plastic film according to claim 1, wherein the nano potassium hydrogen persulfate accounts for 6 parts by weight, the plastic additive accounts for 2 parts by weight, and the polyethylene accounts for 92 parts by weight.

stirring and mixing 3-10 parts of nano potassium hydrogen persulfate, 1-6 parts of plastic auxiliary agent and 85-96 parts of polyethylene to obtain mixture master batch;
adding the mixture master batch into a film making machine;
heating and melting the mixture master batch;
and (4) extruding.

7. The method for preparing nano antibacterial plastic film according to claim 5, wherein the polyethylene is in granular form.
8. The method for preparing nano antibacterial plastic film according to claim 5, characterized in that the time for stirring and mixing 3-10 parts of nano potassium hydrogen persulfate and 1-6 parts of plastic additive with 85-96 parts of polyethylene is ten minutes.
