and S3, mixing the mixture of the S1 and the S2 together, pouring the mixture into a die for stamping after the mixture is mixed by a rubber mixing machine, activating the mixture for 25 minutes under the microwave condition of 200-500W, and finally vulcanizing the mixture for 5-12 minutes at 140-200 ℃ and 15-30MPa to obtain the flame-retardant rubber plate containing the microwave activated rubber powder.
Tests prove that the tear resistance grade of the rubber plate prepared in the embodiment 1 is more than or equal to 150N/mm, the tensile strength is more than 30MPa, and the tear resistance of the rubber plate can be greatly improved by adopting the organic zinc compound and the activator complex salt with the concentration.
Tests show that the flame retardant grade of the rubber plate prepared in the embodiment 2 is 94-5VA, the flame retardant property of the rubber plate is greatly enhanced due to the adoption of the vulcanizing agent, the reinforcing agent, the accelerator, the anti-aging agent, the flame retardant, the anti-scorching agent, the chloroprene rubber and other components, the smoke generated in the combustion process of the rubber plate is reduced, and the safety is improved.

Claims (7)
1. A flame-retardant rubber plate containing microwave activated rubber powder and a preparation method thereof comprise the following steps: preparing a rubber activator material and a rubber flame-retardant material;
s1, rubber activator material:
(1) preparing 20% concentration of organozinc compound and 80% concentration of activator;
(2) mixing an organic zinc compound with the concentration of 20% and an activator complex salt with the concentration of 80% at normal temperature, and stirring at the rotating speed of 3000rpm for 8min to prepare a rubber activator;
the organic zinc compound consists of zinc salt of aromatic or aliphatic compound with single or multiple carboxyl groups, and the activator complex salt consists of one or more of simple inorganic zinc compound, organic acid compound with aromatic group, linear aliphatic organic acid compound or organic acid compound with double bond;
s2, rubber flame-retardant material:
(1) preparing a rubber main material, a vulcanizing agent, a reinforcing agent, an accelerator, a softening agent, an anti-aging agent, a filling agent, a flame retardant and an anti-scorching agent, wherein the rubber main material can be chloroprene rubber or fluororubber;
the concrete proportions of the required materials are as follows: 100 parts of neoprene or fluororubber, 10-18 parts of vulcanizing agent, 1-4 parts of reinforcing agent, 0.5-2 parts of accelerator, 1-3 parts of softener, 1 part of anti-aging agent, 10 parts of filler, 40 parts of flame retardant and 10 parts of scorch retarder;
(2) placing chloroprene rubber or fluororubber into an open mill for low-temperature thin pass plastication, wherein the roll temperature is not higher than 50 ℃, adding a reinforcing agent, an accelerator, a softener, an anti-aging agent, a filler, a flame retardant and an anti-scorching agent for mixing, after fully mixing, thin passing for multiple times, standing for a period of time after plastication, then carrying out back refining, then adding a vulcanizing agent, thin passing for multiple times, adjusting the thickness of each part to be uniform, then taking out the sheet, cooling the sheet, and detecting the hardness of the rubber material and the uniformity degree of mixing;
and S3, mixing the mixture of the S1 and the S2 together, pouring the mixture into a die for stamping after the mixture is mixed by a rubber mixing machine, then activating for 5-30 minutes under the microwave condition of 100-600w, and finally vulcanizing for 6-10 minutes at 140-200 ℃ and 15-30MPa to obtain the flame-retardant rubber plate containing the microwave activated rubber powder.

The microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet is characterized in that: simple inorganic zinc compounds include: one or more of zinc oxide, zinc sulfate, zinc chloride, zinc acetate, zinc nitrate, basic zinc carbonate, zinc powder, zinc phosphate and zinc sulfite.
3. The flame retardant rubber sheet containing microwave activated rubber powder and the method for preparing the same as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of: the aromatic organic acid compound includes: one or more of calcium salicylate, magnesium salicylate, potassium salicylate, aluminum salicylate, ferric salicylate, barium salicylate, sodium salicylate, calcium cinnamate, magnesium cinnamate, potassium cinnamate, and aluminum cinnamate.
4. The microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet is characterized in that: the vulcanizing agent can be any one or more of No. 1 vulcanizing agent, no. 2 vulcanizing agent, no. 3 vulcanizing agent and double No. 2.5 vulcanizing agent.

The microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet is characterized in that: the reinforcing agent can be any one or more of carbon black, white carbon black and magnesium carbonate.

The microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet is characterized in that: the anti-aging agent can be one or more of N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline polymer and 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
7. The microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the microwave-activated rubber powder-containing flame-retardant rubber sheet is characterized in that: the flame retardant can be one or more of antimony flame retardant, phosphorus flame retardant, boron flame retardant, halogen flame retardant and aluminum hydroxide.
